Crowded. Spend most of your time waiting to look at a installation, and then cant take the time to experience it, because people are also waiting. Take the whole day to get your moneys worth as it is too expensive.

Great place for kids and their adults. Currently there s the Lego display where many families were creating together. Family of 4 costs ~$95 so we applied this to an annual membership at the end of the day which was $225 (for 2 parents & up to 4 kids).

This is the location where all the large cruise ships dock! It parked right at Canada Place, along with other cruise ships too. The disembarkation process was smooth, and it was easy to go through Canada Place (through customs, etc.) and out into the Vancouver streets. Our hotel was just a short walk from Canada Place too. Clean and easy to navigate. :) you'll see a mini attraction known as "The Canada Trail". Feel free to walk along this trail / path, as it's full of fun facts and historical tidbits about Canada's history. There are many bus stops and free shuttles that all park outside, it's a great meeting area and fun to check out if you're in the area. Great views of the ocean and some float plane action!

For a day of intense rain, it was the best tour we did. The museum is very interactive, has very interesting attractions and exhibitions, especially the part called Eureka!
As in most places like this, food options (restaurants, cafes and snack bars) are quite limited and are often expensive. This museum was no different. We saw a lot of people who brought food, especially parents with young children.
In my opinion it is not an unmissable attraction in Vancouver, but it was worth it due to the weather conditions during our trip.

Exhibits are all tailored for children, nothing for adults what so ever. Admission is over priced for a half hour walk through... I remembered there being a lot more when I was a kid, I was actually pretty disappointed revisiting science world as an adult.
