Great day out for families. Been here a few times and our kids learn so much while having fun. Particularly love the live demos and shows- always well presented. Recently got to enjoy the visiting Pixar exhibit. The kids (and adults!) loved the interactivity whilst also seeing their favorite characters. The IMAX movies also never disappoint.

The best science museum to visit at Vancouver. When we went, I thought that only my kids were going to be happy, but what really happened was that also my wife and me were happy as well. It has activities for everyone. It's a place to spend at least 4 to 6 hours. It's better to get also one extra , like the IMAX or the Pixar's room when you get the general admission.

Amazing! We went to half price Twilight Tuesday with our two year old and we all had a blast. The new room for 0-5 year olds was unexpected and wonderful. We also loved the T-Rex skeleton. It has been about ten years since I was last there and it was just as much fun as when I was a kid!

Lots of interesting things but definitely aimed more towards children than adults. If you have kids I'd definitely recommend taking them here, if you're looking for something interesting to do as an adult then I'd recommend the aquarium.

This was no doubt one of my best experiences as a tourist in Vancouver with my family. My 5yo enjoyed this a lot.
Many things to learn and experience. The short talks were awesome. The maze was a maze ing :) Food was great, both quality and also the cleanliness and tidiness.
The only issue was finding a parking spot. I wish they had provisioned more parking place for this great place.

As busy and chaotic as it seemed, there was an AMAZING flow thanks to layout. Each floor has "wings" that sections out the various themes. The exhibits in each themed area all helped reinforce the lesson and educate everyone. I can't wait to come back!

Always love coming here. The science never gets old, the staff are always entertaining, and time seems to speed up inside the ball.
There's only a triple O's in the building for food, so keep that in mind if you're planning to eat there. The burgers Are great and the fries are amazing.

So cool

As a matter of fact that this place doesn't have that much of exhibitions here. However, I'd still recommend this place for kids!

Most of the exhibitions here are playable and educational! There are many physical and biological toys or models here! It's a great place to learn all dimensions of science.

The IMAX here is excellent~
They call it OMNIMAX.
Anyway, the movie is not for free, it costs around CAD 6 for adults. And the length is 45 mins long~! So, make sure you won't go to toilet in the middle. And in the end, I got to say, the content of each movie is just spectacular! Very worth a try!

Definitely more geared towards children, but lots of fun and interactive exhibits. The movie in the globe was awesome and totally worth the extra money, highly recommended. We saw great bear rainforest and it was great!

it was insanely busy but if you go in knowing that, you can meditate your way through the chaos. There was a lot to do and really interesting activities. I would choose the Telus centre over this science world however, but still good fun to pass the day and the outdoor adventures were really cool and unique. The movie in the dome was underwhelming, sound wasn t as good as other iMax and dome theatres.

ok

We always had our yearly membership for Science World when my youngest Daughter was growing up.

Although the last time we went was when they had the real bodies/corpses on display . That was a little unexpected and still kinda haunts me to this day.

Was pretty fun, nice and clean event though it was very busy. Had njce staff throughout, the exhibits were very neat. Great place to take the family, interactive things for people of all ages, great place. Things always update, can check it out multiple times.

Desperately needs hand sanitizer dispensers. There are currently none that I could see, and almost every exhibit has pieces that can and should be touched. It is a great facility, and has amazing learning for children, but I worry it will be an epicenter of viral spread.
