Came across Schrier Automotive when looking for a car after the AC went out in my 2006 Honda CRV (176,000+ miles). The indoor lot was very welcoming on a day when the temp was in the high 90s. There was no pressure when returning from a test drive with my wife to make a purchase that day. When my wife and I initiated the numbers talk, we didn't initially agree on a deal. The staff took their time to actually ask us what they could do to make a deal, and after a short amount of time reached an amazing compromise that was too good to pass up. We walked away with a 2015 Subaru Forester and couldn't be happier with our purchase and the service we received from Schrier Automotive. No pressure and a genuinely friendly staff (we worked with Glenda) made purchasing a new car a memorable experience. We will definitely go back the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle.

I had a very specific vehicle I was looking to purchase. I found it online at Schrier Automotive. I was able to get in right away to test drive it and Frank was able to answer every single question I had. It's very clear that they only have quality vehicles for sale and Frank was awesome to work with. I'd highly recommend stopping here if you're in search of a quality used car. Even if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they'll find it for you and get it in!

My experience at Schrier was the equivalent of my buying experience at Scottsdale Ferrari, I'm not exaggerating and I'm not affiliated with this dealership in any way.
I was skeptical and guarded at first because everything was 180deg from the typical dealership experience, i.e. friendly, genuine, honest and, above all, fast and courteous.
This is a dealership run and staffed by automotive enthusiasts that understand that most people do not want to spend 3 hours to complete the transaction and are not idiots.
I rarely give 5 stars for anything but I'd give Schrier 6 stars if I could.

My husband and I were really excited to buy from Schrier. Everything appeared to be nice and legitimate but it was all a disguise. After we signed the paperwork we realized that nothing was as it seemed. Everything they promised us (detailing the car before we picked it up, picking up the car the next day, replacing a part on the inside of the car, resetting the "change oil" sensor, and replacing the front two tires) turned into penny-pinching. As they told us, we went to pick up our car and were told that we wouldn't be able to pick it up until the check cleared (from USAA), they couldn't fix the part inside the car, and we wouldn't get new tires on the front. Instead, they thought it was appropriate to offer us a $50 gift card because the part would cost them $350 (it's a Cadillac Escalade) and two used tires for the front. After showing our discontent and explaining that none of that was conveyed and a $50 gift card would not suffice for the $41K vehicle we just purchased from them, they agreed to order the $350 replacement part. They said it'd come in within a few days and we could make an appointment with them to have it installed.We also informed them that the tire sensors were going off on the car, the car was never detailed, and the oil sensor was never reset so they said they'd take care of everything once the part came in. After 2 weeks it came in and they tried to hand us the part to have us install it ourselves! We explained that we had no idea how to install the part and were not going to tear up the wood grain or leather interior trying to install it. They also wanted us to take the vehicle to their "tire guy" to have him look at the tires. After a lot of frustration with them and some tears, they finally agreed to have the tires looked at, detail the car, install the part, and reset the oil sensor before we took a family trip. Three days after we got the car back we found ourselves at a tire store on our vacation having them look at the tire. It turns out the rim was bent and was causing the tire to lose air pressure. We called Schrier to tell them and they said we probably hit a pothole and their pictures didn't show that the tire had a bent rim. I told the salesmen at Schrier that I felt like I bought my $41K vehicle from a shady car lot on the corner where they black-out the check engine light. They had nothing to say. Long story short, we had a terrible experience with Schrier Automotive. They don't care about their customers and they don't sell quality vehicles. Thankfully we bought a warranty for our vehicle so most mechanical issues are covered. However, I would caution everyone from buying a vehicle from them without having it checked out by an unbiased party and fully inspected. Also, if you're registering the vehicle out-of-state, Schrier will take at least 2 weeks to get the title and then send it to you. Most states require the vehicle to be registered within 30 days from the date of purchase or they charge you for each day late. (Schrier doesn't tell you that).

I had my car detailed after not being properly cleaned in YEARS and they gave me the keys back at the end of the day with my car looking brand new. Really brought my "well used" 12 year old Ford back to life again. From the interior to the exterior, they made sure every inch of the car was cleaned and accounted for. Isaiah not only helped me out with the detail but also pointed me in the direction for my next Auto purchase. And with their HUGE inventory of amazing vehicles, it was a hard choice made easy with his knowledge. Isaiah took my needs and wants in a vehicle and set me up with the perfect new car. Isaiah and the team at Schrier Auto really do it right.

Went in looking to trade my car for a 4x4. I was able to talk with Russ quite a bit via email before I made the trip to Omaha to test drive it, to make sure it was going to be what I was looking for and a feasible option for me. They were super easy to work with, and even though it was busy they did a great job of juggling everything that was going on. It was a lot more enjoyable going through buying process here than at other dealerships I've worked with.

Great place, kind people to work with and easy process to go through. Straight up with you and will take care of you. I still send text messages with questions on my new ride that Russ answers in a heartbeat! I will be back for my next vehicle!

I just wanted to thank Russ for a great experience at Schrier. My wife and I came down to look at a vehicle about 2 months ago. I am newly retired and was looking locally for a used Ford Ranger pickup truck.

Glenda at Schrier Auto is a rock star! Truly took care of everything we needed. Answered all of our questions (there were many!) and took the extra time to make sure our expectations were completely met.

I was in the market for a Dodge Durango when I came across one listed at Schrier. The car was in perfect condition despite being a used model. Jeff, Frank, and the staff were very helpfull and very straight forward about the vehicle. I was immediately assited upon entering the building. All of their vehicles are indoors in a heated/cooled environment so it is a very comforable shopping experience no matter the time of the year. The transaction process was one of the best I have ever gone through as it was smooth and worry free. Go check their inventory out, you won't be dissapointed!

I stopped in for a sales call and ended up leaving in a new Jeep. I had a 2005 Jeep Wrangler 2 door that I purchased new in 2005. Since then, I've had a litter of 2 and need to upgrade. Russ and his team presented a gently used 2016 Jeep Wrangler 4 Door in the prefect color. Test drove and never thought about returning it.
We were getting on the road for a family vacation Friday morning, Russ and his team stayed past business hours to get the purchased finalized so we can drive the new Jeep into the bush of Minnesota. It was a great trip. I owe that to Schrier Auto for a stress free purchasing process.

Glenda our salesperson was very helpful and provided excellent service. The original vehicle we wanted,sold just before we arrived to look at it. Glenda encourage us to look at anyway and she would find us another vehicle. The entire staff stepped up and found us a better vehicle within 24hrs. This is the third car I have bought from Schrier. I have always been pleased with my purchases. Many people I talk to have never visited their showroom. In my opinion, they are missing the best used car buying experience around. There is never any pressure from the salespeople and you are free to browse their indoor showroom. They have the cleanest used cars I have ever seen. I have never failed to find what I was looking for. The salesman made the process easy and enjoyable.

We were looking for a specific car, an Acura SUV in a certain color. Looked on line and found one right here in Omaha where we live. Went to Schrier Automotive, took a test drive and sat down to deal. We were trading in a very nice low mileage car and knew exactly what we wanted to get out of it. Didn't tell them, though. They came back and offered us what we wanted on the nose, and we made a deal right there in minutes. Russ and Greg were very easy and pleasant to work with and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right, and it was. We love the new car and plan on doing quite a bit of traveling in it. Great experience, they treat you like old friends, and NO PRESSURE! I recommend them.

When I came into Schrier I was approached by Randy Burns. He was amazing! He really listened to my needs and wants, took me around to view several cars that met my criteria. He found me the perfect vehicle, a Nissan Maxima, I absolutely love it! He made die the car was immaculately clean plus showed me how to use the features of it! The guys at Schrier were great! I mostly dealt with Russ and he was very helpful and friendly during the entire buying process. I was hesitant to purchase a car with only having seen pictures, but after reading many reviews I decided to go for it. I couldn't be happier! I flew in from Denver, they picked me up from the airport, took me to the bank and gave me a tour of their warehouse. My car was detailed and ready for me to test drive. The financing process was very fast too. All the paper work was in order and only took a few minutes. Customer service was great! They stayed in quick communication with me through fast email, texts, and calls.

This is not your typical used card dealership, they are an automotive warehouse . they have all types of vehicles from BMWs, SUVs to a Full size trucks. I was looking for a nice clean vehicle. Walking through their large inventory I spotted a 2014 Dodge Durango, it looked brand new inside and out. Everything was painless and they worked with my Credit Union. My son had been looking for an E36 BMW for a while. I happened to find one on the Schrier Automotive website and contacted Greg about it. He was great to work with, and when we got up to Omaha, he and Russ were a pleasure to work with. My son had worked hard to get the money to buy his car and he was treated as an adult, not a kid (he is 17) We were both very happy with the buying experience and the car was exactly as described and he loves it. We drove from KC to pick up our 2017 Buick Enclave on May 15th. We did all of the negotiating over the phone. They had all the paperwork ready to go & buying was a breeze! A short wait to sign & drive. First time in over 25 yrs we've bought a used car, but are thrilled with it! Super low miles & in perfect new condition! We too, did a lot of research on the exact model we were looking for. They were slightly higher than other KC dealerships & we had to drive 3 hrs to get there, but this vehicle couldn't be found in KC w/color & pkg this one has. The extra warranty is nice & their lender actually beat our bank's interest rate considerably, even with a 25 yr relationship & ALL of our accounts thru our bank. They were even very patient when I had trouble getting the title from our State, it took an extra 2 wks. I rec'd their title & paperwork right after that. The office has even contacted our local tag office to help me clarify paperwork needed to get my tags. I'm still working on that here, but they went above & beyond to help us "out of towners"! I highly recommend Schrier! I don't do reviews very often, but this one was necessary! Thank you to all!

Worked with a Mr. Russ Durkan. Very good experience. Walked out during the process as we were a little apart on pricing. Russ dug deep and worked his tail off to get us the best price on their car while finding top dollar for ours. Best part? Not having to go into a business office to be pressured into buying additional coverage for an hour straight. Wow- Schrier Automotive is an amazing place. My husband and I have bought may cars over the years. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience. Answered our questions, and if they did not know the answer, they said let us look it up for you, meaning they didn't guess. All of there inventory is inside, there is not a showroom like it. They were asking $1k over NADA retail and told me they had no room to negotiate. They then tried to tell me it was certified, because they include a lifetime power-train. They can't certify a vehicle, only a manufacturer dealer can certify a vehicle. He then told me he had it listed for $41k and were all the way down to $34k. I laughed said have a good day and walked.

Don't waste your time and do some research before you head to a second rate auto dealership like them.

Found a vehicle that I was interested in online, came in for a test drive with Russ and loved the vehicle. Chuck and Greg were also very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in about a total of an hour and forty-five minutes from when I first got there to when I left. It was a great experience and everyone went above and beyond to help make sure that was the case. There was no pressure and everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, which isn't always the case at dealerships. I would definitely recommend checking Schrier out if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Could not have ask for better service, plus if its cold outside the place is indoor and heated. I was in and out of this place in a 1/2 hour with my new car! Ask for Russ or Jeff they will make your life a lot easier when it comes to car buying.

Couldn't have had a better experience. I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler what set this experience apart was the service and LACK of high-pressure sales!

1. I found the car online, emailed and got information.
2. I stopped by test drove, and went on my way.
3. Exchanged a couple emails back and forth.
4. I returned and all my paperwork was ready, signed, wrote a check, and left!
