i have very bad experience with fibrex llc abu dhabi our company provide service but for payment we are suffering to much we are not get any payment in 18 month from starting

Just forget about u payment if u work with them is subcontractor

I am currently a tenant in a villa owned and managed by Fibrex Construction Group in Al Reef 2 Al, Samha. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was asked by Christopher Ibanez the night before I was suppose to move-in to change my move-in date after I have already confirmed movers. Thanks to the company eMovers they accommodated the last minute request.
Once moved-in the villa still was not finished. We are currently waiting for a pool to be installed and when asked for the date the pool will be installed we could not get an actual date. Instead management and Christopher Ibanez says we are on a list. However, pools have been installed in homes that has moved-in after us. When asked to speak to a manager they are never available.
We will be filing a formal complaint with the government. If you are thinking about renting from this company, do not waste your time. They are very unprofessional and the management of the property is horrible. Many fill this way about the company and the managers in Al Reef 2, Al Samha. I am available if they want to fix this experience until then this review and others will remain.

The overall is good, except they don't have any meeting rooms to meet purchasers and procurement guys

This company is totally 3rd class they are not giving payment to parties it is my request don t do any business with them my payment is still with them

Property management in Vibrex is not upto the standard, no one in this division is customer oriented, no one is ready even to deal with customer's problems or even to interact with customers through phone or any other means of contact. It's impossible to get somebody on the phone as the operator always says "not on his seat" and starting investigation with you till you give up.
