We drove from KC to pick up our 2017 Buick Enclave on May 15th. We did all of the negotiating over the phone. They had all the paperwork ready to go & buying was a breeze! A short wait to sign & drive. First time in over 25 yrs we've bought a used car, but are thrilled with it! Super low miles & in perfect new condition! We too, did a lot of research on the exact model we were looking for. They were slightly higher than other KC dealerships & we had to drive 3 hrs to get there, but this vehicle couldn't be found in KC w/color & pkg this one has. The extra warranty is nice & their lender actually beat our bank's interest rate considerably, even with a 25 yr relationship & ALL of our accounts thru our bank. They were even very patient when I had trouble getting the title from our State, it took an extra 2 wks. I rec'd their title & paperwork right after that. The office has even contacted our local tag office to help me clarify paperwork needed to get my tags. I'm still working on that here, but they went above & beyond to help us "out of towners"! I highly recommend Schrier! I don't do reviews very often, but this one was necessary! Thank you to all!
