I just wanted to thank Russ for a great experience at Schrier. My wife and I came down to look at a vehicle about 2 months ago. When I told him it was going to be her vehicle, he spoke directly to her the rest of the visit. I couldn't have appreciated that more. He made sure she understood nearly every aspect of the SUV she was looking at. The next day I came back to work out a deal and I walked away happy with a new car for the wife. Russ made it a very easy purchase.
