This firm perhaps more than most constantly plays commercials about how loving and caring they are, like family even. That s actually the reason why I called. However today on the phone I was given the real poo-poo treatment, even though I am calling about a serious personal medical issue. The medical assistant didn t introduce herself, was short, rude, and curt before I could even open my mouth.
Now I can only imagine what a horrible job it is to triage inbound calls in Baltimore City to a law firm, however it s pretty easy to tell that I am a well informed patient with a college degree, not some Shmoe jumping in front of a bus. A paralegal should be able to figure that out and adjust their tone accordingly . She said I didn t have a case- which may or may not maybe right- but she wouldn t take 30 sec to clearly explain why, she was grandstanding and actually using legal jargon like discovery . I called another popular TV firm and had a completely different experience courtesy, understanding, clarity, and all within 2 mins of his time. I m sure if I had a case this one would be right up in there with an outstretched hand. Fake.
