Played the upper 7/23/20. The golf course is still high level for sure. Though covid has perhaps limited the subtle extras that make it elite, as some cost cutting measures are obvious. Bunkers were hard, patchy dry spots in places, and flowerless/ beauty/ web.com tour stuff now absent. It s still the best course for miles, gorgeous natural scenery and challenging greens. Looking forward to seeing it return to former glory. 4/5.

I really like peak n peek. My parents took my brother and I here to ski as kids. It's only a about a 2.5 hour drive away from northeast Ohio. It has enough terrain to keep from getting bored. Three lodges at the base and lodge at the top of the main lift. I stayed in the hotel last year and loved it. The room was up to date and clean. The tv service was kind of sketchy but it worked. The restaurant has changed since i was there but it was very good. They have a little breakfast and coffee spot open in the morning which had a full breakfast menu. I like the traditional architecture which I think is Tudor style. They take good care of the facility along with the slopes themselves. It's like a hidden gem. There's really not much around the resort so if night life is your thing I'm not sure it would be the best fit. They have a bar and restaurant but you can't really barhop since the resort is pretty much the only thing around, I liked that personally. I've never visited in the summer so I can't really speak of the golf but I hope to one day.

Very family friendly. Rooms are clean & well kept. Pricing is reasonable. Ski rental and lift passes are affordable. Employees are great, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend this resort for new & experienced skiers & snowboarders.

Use caution if purchasing season ski passes in advance. After learning my grandson would be unable to use his 2020 Christmas present (Infinity Pass) due to COVID-19 restrictions, P&P refused to issue refund, citing "corporate policy." Apparently, the corporate philosophy prioritizes revenue over customer fairness. This was a sad $340 lesson learned.

Visited for the President's Day Holiday. Had a blast. Not busy at all, felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Easy day trip from Cleveland area. Recommend Monday holiday visits as Sat. And Sunday can be busy. Also, lift tickets are MUCH cheaper than Seven Springs.

Went to the fall festival, and it was wonderful. Weather was great, but get there early to avoid big crowds and difficulty parking. But all in all, vendors terrific, prices good, food well done, kid zone superb. All in all best time I've ever had at an outdoor festival! Well done Peek n Peak!!!

HOTEL REVIEW: Accommodations are advertised as "Romantic Getaway" offering Champaign, S'mores, etc. The reality is anything further from the truth. Our stay was analogous to a college dorm experience. The smoke alarm went off at 5:30 AM because other guests were hot boxing their rooms. The entire hallway reeked of pot. When the front desk was confronted, all I got was an apathetic "sorry".

All I can say is if you're set on staying here, lower your expectations, and bring bottled water as they do not provide more than 4 per room and the tap water has a yellow tinge.

The venue was nice. The rooms were your typical ordeal. We had a problem where you can hear people walking above you, and it actually woke me up around 7am. Needs updates. Not a bad hotel, great location, just needs updates. Not worth full price.

Accommodations are fine, clean rooms. Overall the Inn is good. Dining options limited but certainly adequate. Food at Bistro 210 very good. Other dining options fine. Slopes are well maintained for a smaller mountain. Staff overall were GREAT. Ease of parking. Great for a weekday getaway, miss those crowds.

The Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mother s Day, Easter Buffets are incredible- we ve been going to each one for years- it s so much better to relax and enjoy gourmet food- shrimp cocktail, salmon, prime rib, baked ham all freshly carved, many other entrees and vegetable dishes. Baked Brie with blackberry sauce, deviled eggs and a block-long table of deserts including Banana s Foster. Start with a glass of champagne and end with Starbucks coffee!

We enjoyed a day-away as a family of four here and THOROUGHLY enjoyed a round of mini-golf, iced coffees at the cafe, an INCREDIBLE adventure in the trees, and a couple hours in the pools and hot tub to finish off our experience!

The ropes course and ziplines were the perfect challenge for our 11- and 14- year olds. We hope to be back soon!

I grew up coming to the Peek. So much love for this locale. However, this time was very disappointing. The food has gone downhill, the maintenance of the building is poor, peeling paint, weeds, just not up to par! Where the lower course used to be, looks TERRIBLE.
The course was always top notch...today, not so much. The tee boxes weren't maintenance, no flowers planted, just really has lost its polished look. Overall, I'm saddened by this. Granted, a tough year with Covid but other courses, that are much less expensive, are in WAY better shape. My experience at the Peek used to be 4 to 5 stars...this time definitely a 2 out of 5. Hopefully Scott Enterprises picks it up after this year with Covid. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.

Hello,
I wanted to write to you regarding our Lunar Lights snow tubing experience on 1/2/2021. I don t expect anything in return, but hope to be heard and that my feedback can be used to improve future guests experience at your resort. At 10am, i called the resort to inquire about passes, projected wait times, process, etc., at which time, i was told a typical Saturday evening would yield a likely wait of 10-15 minutes for a snow tube. So, we began our adventure; we drove two plus hours from the Akron, OH area to take our nieces on a winter adventure to do something fun, for a total of four participants. We arrived at the snow tubing area at 6:45 pm; after getting dressed, we were in line for tickets at 7:02. We naively entered the line in front of the bathrooms side of the lodge thinking it s be a thirty minute wait. The biggest blessing of the night was that you had plowed your parking lot, resulting in something for our nieces to play in whilst we waited in icy conditions for two hours and twenty-six minutes to reach the ticket stand, at which point, we were argued with by the cashier about admission. Five hours after we started our journey to you, we got to spend a whopping hour and a half at your snow tubing, at full rate, even though your own disorganization caused me to have less than the two hours tubing as my tickets paid for. I was unable to purchase my nieces any concessions to pass the time due to out of stock items (what ski resort runs out of hot chocolate?) and I think I heard Ride, Sally, Ride, Downtown and four other songs about seventeen times (please expand your playlist, little things go long ways). The lack of employee direction caused its own set of headaches, with strangers on top of strangers sliding into one another. I ve literally looked forward to visiting your resort since I was twelve and I regret to say that I won t be going out of my way to visit again. Anyways, do with my feedback what you will and if you ve made it this far, thanks for listening.

Nice job grooming the slopes at night. Friendly lift attendants. Daily lift tickets and rental rates are much higher than Holiday Valley or Kissing Bridge however and those slopes have much better vertical drop

My friends and I wanted to go tubing at the resort. Wouldn't recommend it. The same four songs play on repeat, the standing lift was a safety hazard (huge holes off the sides, almost saw a kid get his foot stuck in one), and workers at the top weren't managing people. We saw two people get injured due to the lack of communication and management here...

What a great place to ski and stay. The character of the place is great. Truly a ski lodge feel. The bar is amazing, with multiple fireplaces and comfy chairs. The food at the restaurant was great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. You cant beat the midweek lift ticket prices. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. I'd recommend this place as a great get-away only a couple of hours drive from Pittsburgh.

We had a wonderful time! Stayed at the Inn and skied for 2 days. The hotel was clean and convenient and the staff were very friendly. They haven't had the snowfall they have come to expect, but you can't blame them for that. Overall, the trails were well maintained and fun. Bistro 210 was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely come back!

Great place, staff is helpful and respectful. Was there to teach my 7 year old daughter how to ski. Great selection of learning & bunny hills. Even got some free tips from instructors while I explaining parallel turns & stops to the little one. Food & drink was great when we got hungry. Prices were pretty good. Can't wait to go back and carve something steeper and taller!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit dated and needed a bit of cosmetic improvement in the hotel but it was such a classic Swiss chalet look but otherwise such an awesome pool area and jacuzzi. My kids loved the water slides and we loved the pizza deal that was included in the room price. I'd highly recommend for a fun resort with a lot to do. The soaring eagle ride was a bit lame for the price and a very short ride.

Was clean and offered amenities. We stayed Mon to Tues to take advantage of BOGO Snow tubing tickets only to be told the wouldn't honor that because it was a Holiday (happened to be Presidents Day) Dinner server in main dining room was nothing short of horrible. Not what you would expect when paying those prices. Will think twice about returning.

We went up for my son's birthday party with a few of his friends to do their zip line and climbing course. They we're a lot of fun and the kids really enjoyed their time. I thought $49 was a little pricey but well worth the money in the end. I would strongly encourage everyone to give it a try!

Went for their first annual wine fest then they're wine pairing event. Had some good food. Some that I haven't had before. The price was a little high. I guess since it's a resort, ppl kinda expect that. Since it's only once a year, we'll be going again. They had the ski lift running all day, with some other things. All at cost. (maybe they could include the cost of some of those things for the folks who bought their overnight packages) just a thought

Went there for the tubing. Was pretty disappointed. The place oversells tickets. Instead of being able to go on the slope over and over, you had to hand off your tube and get back in line. That, by itself isn't annoying, but when I pay for 2 hours on the slope, I expect to be able to keep the tube as long as I'm in my time. Also, several of the kids thought that meant they couldn't go again. The staff is also not on the same page. When the belt stopped, the guy at the bottom said we could walk up the slope next to it. When I did that, the guy at the top said we had to use the conveyor belt. I told him the guy at the bottom said we could walk up and he said he didn't care. There are several things that could be done to fix these things, but management doesn't seem interested in doing so.

Ok place but we had a bad instructor for 1st timer. Food is overpriced so it's nice you can bring your own. Lodge is cozy and views are good... we forgot ski pants but you can rent from the ski shop so that was a plus.

Just got married at the Peek and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure the day was fabulolus. Special thanks to Sarah, Annette, and Kristi who were amazing and individually went well beyond our expectations in making this weekend come together. Hats off to you 3 especially and I hope the Scotts recognize the talent and dedication you bring to this entire facility. I would recommend the Peek to anyone looking to hold an event such as a wedding because of how dedicated these woman were to me and my bride in making our special day amazing!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I wanted to pass along my thanks and appreciation for a job well done.

We booked our one night condo stay to attend a baby shower on site. The shower was very nice and the soup was so good! Every staff member my family (ranging from 4 years old to 70 years old) encountered in our 24 hour stay was absolutely wonderful! From my phone conversation with Karissa prior to arriving, and my check in (and check out experience with her) to the local recommendations from one of the lifeguards on evening duty, the Cabana Grill staff, Zip line operator and gentleman at the desk in the ticket office/store. Customer service goes a long way these days, and every person in my family was beyond pleased at how we were treated as guests. We asked for a few more towels before our departure and they were delivered with a smile Sunday morning.

I look forward to returning from Rochester, NY for another wonderful getaway!

Considering the weather we have been experiencing, the conditions were very good on the open runs. The Peak is a special place. The main lodge has ambiance in abundance. The hotel is just special. On whole it is a GREAT place for families, to start and ski together. We did when our kids were young.

Went for the swimming and play center. The kids absolutely loved it. There's an indoor/outdoor hot tub. Also a nice indoor playground area with slides, soccer and basketball. There is a toddler pool as well, maybe a foot and a half deep or so all around. There is also an outdoor pool and curving water slide open in warmer months, but that is closed in winter. There is a fitness center as well with various equipment including treadmills. Friendly employees and good service. We will be going back. Note: the resort has many other aspects including skiing and a hotel but we have not done these as yet.

Peek'n Peak is one of the best things about this region. they are always having fun events that feature local vendors and artisans and breweries and more. The lodging here is fantastic, as is the food. The adventure course is challenging for both children and adults, and my nephews really enjoy the zip lines and Soaring Eagle. Skiing, snowboarding and tubing are excellent winter time activities hereand you can easily make a weekend out of it. Same with the golf course in the spring and summer.

It has always been the coolest, most fun and entertaining place to get away. We were there this year for my niece's summer wedding. Autumn, usually the 1st two weekends in October, has the ski swap/fall festival; I get most of my Christmas shopping done there. They have a ZIP line and obstacle course that I've been trying to do with my twin sister on our October birthday but hasn't worked out the last few years. But it looks pretty cool! And BOY!! Do they have more ski lifts than I ever remember? YES!!! Add snowboarding and tubing! What a great way to spend the winter with the kids/family! Great place and has been for years and has gotten better and better!!
