Great pricing and great customer service. Love these guys. Big shout out to our rep Andrew, he is awesome and always helpful.

Business that performs spam phone calls. We asked them directly to remove them from their call list. The rep on the phone refused, saying she can't, but what she can do is decrease the frequency of our calls. Isn't that illegal?

I asked to speak to her supervisor, she put me on hold and then hung up on me.

Probably not a trustworthy business if they can't even work with integrity and within the law.

EDIT: The only reason they responded was because of this review. I tried to call them back to try to get off the list and was put into a loop. I don't buy your "apologies."

If I could give 0 stars I would! The rep (Stephanie maybe?) keeps calling and bugging me after I have told her NUMEROUS times that we will not be ordering from them directly. I was nice to start off with and explained to her that we have enough direct vendors and we only used them via Trxade. She was relentless so I had to resort to yelling and hanging up on her. She continues to call and try to coax other staff members into ordering stuff from her, they all tell her that she needs to speak to me. I tell her EVERYTIME- NO! Today she called yet again and our pharmacist told her she needed to talk to me and she said she did not want to because I hang up on her... I sure do, she does not listen. She informed me today they are no longer on Trxade because they are now VAWD approved and it cost more to which I replied that is not my problem, there are plenty of other vendors that are VAWD approved on Trxade. I have wrote this review as a last resort. I don't know how else to communicate to leave us alone.

Great, reliable company. I have been using Keysource as a secondary for three years and all the orders are delivered next day without fault. I would highly recommend my sales rep, Michelle. She always goes above and beyond to keep me informed and works toward getting me the best prices on drugs that mean the most to my pharmacy, not just what they have on special.

I've always found Keysource to have low prices. They have been very helpful and even taken some of my feedback and made changes. The rep is always friendly and very helpful.

Megan is very valuable to us at Rivertown Pharmacy. She treats us more than customers she is always helpful and tries to help us get a fair price on medication. I love the personal relationship we have formed. She has extended kind words and cards during floods we have survived and deaths in our family. Thank you for having her as an employee.

This is possibly the worst Pharmaceutical distributor company I have NEVER WORKED WITH! They harrass us with phone calls despite numerous requests to be removed from their call list. I have NEVER purchased from them, I WILL NEVER purchase from them, and I would recommend that YOU NEVER purchase from them. Why use a company that's run by disrepectful employees and management if you don't have to?

We love our rep Sarah P. She does an excellent job working to find us the products we need and will work for us to get the prices we need to remain profitable. She is now my go to for secondary pharmacy sourcing.

I have a great rep, Sarah. I didn't have much time as the owner and the pharmacist to go over sales and promotions, but glad I did. I use the online ordering the most and it is easy to use. Great prices and service.
