Fazoli's Restaurant Review

Good food, service was just okay. They didn't come to our table offering breadsticks like they have in the past.

The hours posted by Google were wrong! That was disappointing since Fazoli's was closed when I got there.

Loved the new chicken dish and the cashier was very nice.

The drive thru at this location is ridiculous. You shouldn't have to wait 20-25 minutes in line. Eight out of ten times the breadsticks are burned or super greasy. If you are a fazoli reward member you can forget about getting a receipt to scan for rewards points, they simply do not give them out. More than likely they keep them for themselves.

Toya was such an attentive and encouraging server! We love visiting this location!

Pasta was cold when it came out. There was flys they kept flying around us while we ate.

Not very good service in the dine in aspect of the restaurant. We stood at the counter without being. served for 10 minutes. we sat at our table for 25 minutes while another woman was giving the cashier an ear piece about the service and the food quality. When we did receive our food our plates were dirty and i did not receive my pizza even after asking twice. will not be back unless the employment issues are fixed.

Toya is an awesome worker! She was super nice and did an amazing job. The food is great, and they make sure you never run out of breadsticks!

It's ok. The fettuccine was watery and none of the food had enough sauce. There was no napkins and it was expensive for 3 meals almost 30 I would rather just went to a different location where its better.

Always so hot and fresh! I get my daily baked spaghetti xtra cheese & xrta pepp. & 2 slices of cheese cake. Today I got 2 slices of their Oreo cheesecake I ll try today! So excited! #Yumm

Normally I enjoy fazolis but today I used the drive threw and witnessed one employee with a mask that kept falling down so she would pull it up after a few minutes of it off she would take drinks of her beverage and not put mask up not washing her hands and touching and breathing on everything. No point in wearing the mask if you don't keep it over your face . If she has covid how many people will she get sick . Its amazing what you see when you spend 20 minutes in the drive threw. No I could not bring myself to eat my food. Shame for the lack of caring for others well being. Another place I will not visit for a while. Manager needs to be more aware of employees.

Service was slow. The ckicken alfredo needs more alfredo sauce.

The manager at this location waa very rudd to both the customers as well as his staff. If he was having a bad day, I should not have known it.

Went for the 2 for $5 lunch special today. New manager, Ken, was awesome! Loved my spaghetti and lasagne. Ken is a keeper!

Customer Service was 5 stars! Toya did a great job with having patience and knowledge throughout our entire experience! Food was great as usual but having someone that had a smile and great attitude throughout made it that much better!

Good food and always. We havent had any issues with food here. The only improvement would be organization and efficiency. They always seem to be confused about who gets what order even though we have order number signs on the tables. Other than that it's good place to eat

Fazoli's on Richmond Rd,has some of these best Managers and service and they even remember your orders when you come in there enough like I do and not to mention there new wings are that's what I order now and I love wings and they are very good.

I went with friends that their favorite food is pasta and they were very impressed with everything! And they said they would recommend this place to family and friends and he would definitely come back to eat there soon.

The diverse food, opportunity to choose different size in the portion. Very good attention, very friendly people and desserts and excellent parking!

Food was quick but it sat in a self while I stood at register waiting for an employee to come out of kitchen and acknowledge that I exist. Since the front counter is now isolated from the kitchen maybe someone should always be at the front counter ready to greet guest as they come in. Something like every restaurant in the country does.

I just got home with my meal. Yes, I ordered 2 ultimate platters. Waited 10 minutes whent and got them. Walked in, and 4, I mean 4 employees were leaving. I was standing at the counter, waiting, then one of the employees leaving said, "someone will be with you shortly" and they all left. I waited another 5 minutes and someone came out. He was friendly but I was already upset. When i asked for 2 cookies, and 2 brownies, he never offered to bag them . I walked home with 2 secured bags, and 3 loose bags containing 2 cookies, 2 brownies, and extra breadsticks .

The service was much. Drive-thru line went smoothly. Thanks to management for having a listening ear.

I ordered the fix it yourself lasagna. I went through the drive though. When I got home I found the noodles were so dried out from their Microwave, I couldn't eat most of it. Disappointed

Staff stayed in back and it was hard to get any service. Coke machine is wasn't working a few weeks ago and still not working today. Last week, they forgot to bring my order. I waited over 30 minutes. This visit it was bad also....

So I recently visited another fazolis location, where my order was completely incorrect, and the food/service was less then satisfactory. My family and I come to the Richmond road location and spoke with Toya about our last experience. She was very concerned with making sure this experience was completely different. Their compassion for a positive customer experience as well as the quality of their food being up to par was amazing! I highly recommend this location for the absolute best Fazolis experience!

The lady Toria at our Fazoli s was fantastic she was so kind and helpful I wanted something extra for my spaghetti and she help me you should have more employees like her

Stopped by this location today for lunch. I walked in with my two young boys and had never seen this place so busy before. I almost turned around and left because this usually means slow wait times and poor service in the fast food world. I decided to stay because we were having a lazy Sunday anyway. What came next was truly remarkable....We were greeted with a friendly smile and a patient cashier. We got our food extremely fast(considering how busy!) and it was hot and delicious. And that was not the end of it. A very sweet and nice lady named Toya stopped by cleared our plates and brought us more breadsticks. She was working hard the whole time we were there. Kudos to Toya, management, and the staff that worked today. Job WELL DONE!!!!

Food was quick and cheap and good... first time trying the sliders, opted for the parm chx version, and thankfully had the good sense to go ahead and get two with a piece of pizza. I inhaled both of them before i made it to chinoe.

The pizza is now sold by the single slice. When you ordered the adult portion you used to get two slices. Also, just fyi... the pizza I got was overly brown, dry, and past due to be tossed imo. So, watch that if you order pizza here. Sliders tho more than made up for it.

After a few days on the road eating burgers, this was a nice change to take back to the hotel. Love the breadsticks.

My Mom and I ate at the Idle Hour Fazoli s yesterday on Richmond Rd. Two of the employees really went out of their way to provide excellent service. Their names are Elijahwon and Mercy. They provided extra breadsticks, came to the table to check on us. Both displayed friendly attitudes and invited us back to that location. We will definitely return there for dining.

Waited in line at the drive thru for 30 MINUTES! I pull up to the window and the person making the food has no gloves on! How is that sanitary?! And the girls mask was below her nose! So glad I did not take that food and just drove off! I rarely come to this fazolis and now I know why!

Newly remodeled and server was very friendly. Made our visit enjoyable.

I work down the street from this location. Staff is always friendly, and it's a great place to stop on the way back to work! I've also noticed an improvement in prep time for customers, which is relieving for someone like me who has a tight window for lunch.

The only reason that I give a four is that a few times lately, I've placed orders and later find that an item I had ordered is missing. Other than that , I really enjoy dining here!

This is probably the best location in lex that I ve visited. The pizza is always cooked well (some other locations suffer from undercooked pizza in my experience) and friendly workers! Definitely recommend location.

The service was great but the spaghetti nearly had sauce on it i couldn't eat it.

I go to fazolis a lot and Ms Betty is the best she is friendly and courteous and the service is the best when she is there taking my order. If anybody derserves employee of the year and /or a raise its Ms Betty

Amazing food, friendly service, very good employees our server was ethan he is very good at his job and in my opinion deserves a raise or promotion. Food is decently priced could be cheaper but could also be much more expensive for the quality i recomend this to restaurant to everyone.

This is probably the best Fazolis I ve ever been to. The staff is super friendly, food came out very fast and was great! There is an older lady that walks around the dining area checking on everyone every so often. She made my experience. I ll be back! Keep up the good work!

The husband and i went in this evening to get some food to take home and a woman named Carol went above and beyond to help us... She was a very sweet woman... The lady in the drive thru was very rude to her and she didn't say a word if it would had been me I would of spoke up job or no job I refuse to allow someone to speak to me in that matter... The lady Carol was the only person trying to help us and the lady in the drive thru rung my order up and tried charging me 30 some bucks for a 17 dollar meal and when Carol went to see why it was so high that's when the lady was rude to her... When in the first place it was that lady's fault she was the one rung the order up... Hats off to Carol she deserves a 5 star.... But didn't give 5 stars cuz the lady in the drive thru was rude

When we want Fazolis, we always come to the Richmond Road location. Toya is one of the best employees I ve encountered. We love her!

My family and I love Fazolis and eat there approximately once a week as a treat. I've had two bad experiences with the Richmond Road one, both times involving a Fazolis offer on Facebook. They knew there is a special going on and both times, they insisted on seeing the ad (which is difficult to pull up on Facebook), and then they wouldn't let us get one for each member of the family. In fact, the guy acted like he was doing us a huge favor giving us two out of the four we needed. If your company is doing a promotion, then get behind it! Don't give your customers grief for being excited about a promotion. Fazolis is awesome which is why I won't give any branch a one star. Skip the Richmond Road one and hit the Hamburg one. The people there are so much nicer and far, far more helpful. The Nicholasville Road one is also better with a much nicer staff, and they also have a Freestyle machine.

The staff was very friendly. The facility was very clean. My food delivered fast. Can't ask for more.

I hadn t visited this restaurant until today, but I ll definitely be back!!! My service and food were both great! I had a server named Pac and he was one of the best servers I ve had in a while!! The restaurant was very clean! :)

The best Fazolis in town. Major shout out to Carol and Toya for treating people like family and keeping the place spotless and food delicious!!!

Definitely a classic but I miss some the other dishes you all had that was not serviced. Maybe in the future thatll change. Brick oven in the future may be something to secure for the restaurant chain.

First experience in a long time at a Fazolis. Took the drive thru on a very busy Friday night and asked for an altered version of a menu item. After I paid at the window, I heard the person that took my order catch that it was made incorrectly and immediately called out for a refire. The same person introduced herself as the manager, Angela. She explained the situation and gave me an idea of how long it would be. She even threw in a cookie for the trouble.

What I could see of the kitchen seemed like it ran well. I heard a lot of communication amongst the kitchen staff and everyone looked focused on getting through the rush. It all came across as a lot more professional than most drive thru experiences. Mask compliance was much better than what I've seen elsewhere. The food took a little longer than expected, but everything was fresh and hot. More importantly, I felt that the staff cared about resolving what could have been a negative experience with an apology, straight forward communication and an appropriate resolution. Definitely a solid overall experience despite the hiccup.

40 minutes for a slider and never came out , i had to leave.
