In 2016, I hesitantly entered this firm's offices in Baltimore with a family member. I met first with an intake person who forwarded information to other subject matter experts.About six months later, I met with an attorney who genuinely cared about me and had empathy for me in the situation. Whether calling the office or visiting the office, every member of the team I interacted with was professional, kind and always helpful. My questions and concerns were always answered and I felt like adequate time was taken with me.

The saddest part of my experience, is that there are no winners; no matter what side of the legal argument you are on. Thank you for helping to bring closure for me.
