Great store; very family friendly. If they don't sell it, you probably don't need it.

Was there just to compare prices on certain handgun, but saw a really nice used one for cheaper than what you can find online (I checked). An employee was quick to help and very friendly! Didn't bother going to other gun stores and just bought it from Scheels.

This store is amazing! My son and I had a great time browsing around. Any time we needed help, there were plenty of people to help out and they were indeed helpful.
I only wish I lived closer to the store so I could shop there more often.

I fun atmosphere. I will go here for sporting goods just because of the store layout and the fun attractions.

Such a huge store, but couldn't find what we were looking for. Surprised.

Ate at the cafe, wonderful food you won't be disappointed. The buffalo chicken wrap was to die for. Really tasty and they even brewed fresh coffee for me.

A family oriented place, clean, and lively. Most of the employees are placed in the department they have a passion with. They have alot of product to offer, and the employees have a ton of knowledge. Recommend stopping by and seeing what their all about.

Excellent customer service and a huge variety of gear and equipment that you don't see at other retailers like Dicks or Cabelas.

First time here, not impressed at all. Went in to see what the hype was all about. Was looking for a pistol for myself and while in that section I had 2 customers and a sales person all in a line at the same time walk between me and the case of guns. I finally said excuse me because it was that tight of a pass through. The sales person then said excuse me. Then had a guy that appeared to start my way and saw a man looking ( my husband) and turned from me to ask him. Never was I asked. Then we had one guy ask me if I needed help and immediately sent me to a guy already helping someone. He said I hope he can multitask and help you....nope. they walked off and after a good 5 minutes standing at this case and no help at all, we left. I really dont understand all the hype about this place because their customer service sucks!!!! I have worked retail for over 30 years so I do know how sometimes people get overlooked...awful experience!!

Lots of great products available. They had shoes in the right style that I couldn't find anywhere else. Also they have a good court, ferris wheel, and various other game areas. This place is awesome!

I took my bow into the OP store to get new strings. The bow is a Hoyt Carbon Element and it took 32 days to get the strings delivered after I was told it would only be 14 days. The price close to tripled to what I was quoted when I paid but I still didn t complain. It took 3.5 hrs of a very knowledgeable individual to re-tune my bow after it was serviced by your store. If your people are new they need to let people know that they are not qualified to work on bows. The cams were so far out of adjustment that this could have been a potentially dangerous situation. Please get them proper training before someone gets injured.

Very good selection of clothing for kids and adults and a very big place to walk around and let ur kids play while u shop

Plenty for kids to do while you shop, but fun for the whole family as well! You could pretty much have a whole date night inside one building.

Very helpful staff and friendly. Was very knowledgeable about the products. Went in to look at bikes and Robert helped me to the full extent. Even let me take the bike out back and take a test ride. Very impressed, would recommend if anyone is looking for a great bike experience.

Really cool place. Lots of fun stuff other than just sporting gear. Nice pistol and long gun selection.

This place has everything you could want under one roof and it is a darn cool store.

Customer service is top notch. There is a guy named Bill in archery that I can't compliment enough. He spent time with me setting up my new bow to customize it. Everyone seems so knowledgable about the products they are selling. I just went back to get a second bow for my son.

Tyler was a huge help finding the right chest protector. For my daughter he was very friendly. Also very knowledgeable. Made the shopping trip so much easier.

I love Scheel's. Great sports place with a phenomenal outdoor sports selection. Plus you can get E3 K9 dog treats and Black Rifle Coffee.

WOW!! What can I say? Amazing experience from start to finish. The store is so beautiful and clean. I love the fish tank, so cute seeing the little fish swim while I shop. The employees are really nice and super helpful and they are easy to find if you have a question. They show you where stuff is (take you to the item, rather than pointing) and answered my question with the best product knowledge!! I applied for the Credit Card and Got a free gift (water bottle) never had a store do that before. Don and Mac were also very helpful and the two ladies in women's active wear/ trend area( did not get their names) but they helped me find bright colorful workout clothes!! Again, with amazing customer service. I will definitely be shopping here for now on, to get super cute workout clothes! With all the "other sport stores" in the city. This store literally has EVERYTHING. I'm very happy with my shopping experience. Thank you so much.

If you want to do something outside, this place has the things to help you do it. Love that they price match if you find it somewhere else, so they are always the place I go.

It's a good store overall with a lot of variety. It is, however, a bit expensive.

Was a little overwhelmed by the size of the store & experienced a little bit of sticker shock. Susie in women's shoes was SUPER helpful & attentive. Cashier was very friendly as well.

Horrible customer service unfortunately. The place is very well organized and has a huge selection, however I went in one day making a purchase ,and there was this rude employee who literally threw my stuff at me and said there you go. I was so confused, lol. I was thinking that was crazy, so I asked her to find a manager or supervisor for me. They didn t really want to of course, but they brought out this woman named Kelsey. I was thinking she would have a talk with the employee and apologize. However, she went off at me. She said in a tone, what did I do? She thought I did something wrong, so I explained the situation to Kelsey just in case the employee didn t pass the information correctly. She didn t believe me and told me Sorry sir, but you need to leave. I just left the purchase and everything at that point.

I just couldn t understand their actions lol. I couldn t believe this would happen at such a nice store. It is a fantastic store, don t get me wrong. The customer service needs to be there in addition or this store can t go far.(or maybe it still can idk, haha).

Just watch out for Kelsey, and maybe look for another manager/supervisor to help you out. You might have a better experience.

I've only been one time, so I've yet to fully explore everything. We spent most of our time upstairs. The building is new and everything is clean. Wasn't too busy when we went and there seems like plenty to do here. They have a large selection of items. Lots of nice visuals around the store. I may add information to this review in the future after a few more visits, but I do recommend you check it out. Great place for kids, too.

Scheels is nice although well before Christmas they were out or very limited on inventory especially shoes, boots and women's high end coats and sweaters.

Always get the same from Scheels. Great selection, great service, fun store to kill an hour in. Just don't expect discount prices and you'll love it.

This location is huge. Has a Ferris Wheel in the center of it. Big selection on sports gear. Shoes as well. If you're into sports clothing I'd recommend checking it out. They have a little food restaurant that has really good fresh fudge too!

First time (and last time) and last time buying here. Horrible experience. I tried to buy a hoodie from their website, but it kept messing up the shipping. I called ahead and asked if I could buy something from online in store and they said yes. I went to the store on my lunch break and went straight to customer service. The guy in customer service told me straight up that they cannot order from online (even though I had called ahead and was told they could!) He finally called someone else to help and it turned out that they actually could! She tried to help me, but their system wouldn t take my card (there was nothing wrong with my card) and she said that this has happened before and that I have to call another company to order it myself. They couldn t even provide their phone number, I had to look it up myself. I ended up purchasing my order over the phone and was promised next day delivery, turns out it won t even be delivered until TEN days later! Never going back and urging my friends and family to never buy from here either.

An outstanding store. The staff are top-notch, helpful, and seem to enjoy their work. We buy anything sporting, athletic, or outdoors from Scheels!

Very impressed with every aspect of Scheels, from quality of merchandise, selection, but most of all CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Every employee I have come into contact with was excellent!!! Wish we had a Scheels closer!!

okay went to pick up bicycle shorts w the pads in them totally had know idea how they are sized or what was better
until Kylyn came around thank goodness another sales person went in grabbed her she told me everything i needed to know she's waited till i tried them on and went and got the size i needed she is Amazing!!!!

Nice store, but lacking management. My son fell out of the play place and split open his head. It obviously needed stitches. When my father in law found a manager to help assist us, the manager spent his entire time warning me that they were not liable, with no offer to help in medical assistance. After speaking to someone at the corporate office, I was told that there would be a follow up with the general manager of the store. Never happened.

They did send me a $25 gift card from the ordeal. Not sure if I will use it, as I do not want to return to the store.

Its cool and has almost anything you could think of wanting for fishing and hunting

Seemingly endless stock. Fun atmosphere. Great employees that always greet you with a smile. We just found out about this place from a commercial we saw last week. We had no idea what were missing!
