I rented from MM companies all of 2015 and had a great experience with them. Anytime we had issues they were fixed promptly. Mike was always sure everything was taken care of and was very easy to work with.
I had MM Property Management "fix" my front step. We were told we needed a whole new side walk as well. Within the first month of the finish job the step started to crack so they came and slapped some caulking on it. It cracked as well. Lots of money to fix the step and within a month the step looked just as bad as when they started. That was 2 years ago and over 15 phone calls and they still haven't fixed it. They gave me their word they would come back and fix it. Ya right.
Currently a tenant and they're terrible. My home was bought by them halfway through my first lease. Maintenance workers and office workers constantly change. My roof had 3 different leaks and my bathroom floor was rotted for a year and when finally addressed they acted like it was my fault. They're doing very shady practices between owners and tenants. Making arrangements with tenants and different arrangements with owners. The office attendant Cali is very rude and everyone in the office' communication is terrible. Will never rent from them again.
Just got done renting from them this year. HORRIBLE place to rent from. Slumlords 100%. When something needed to be fixed-it would take like a week + or till I threatened to hire someone. The last tenants still had stuff in the house when we moved in. The house was also infested with mice, once we found out, I had people come over and tell me it was either never bombed before we moved in or a neighbor has a bigger infestation and it's just moving over to other homes... The person I delt with the most either played stupid very well or should think about retiring ASAP. She had all the excuses in the world but would be little me as fast as she could.
I wish I would've checked the reviews....these people are terrible! They showed us the place, then a month later, they trash the place with dirt and debris all in the vents, now they.are refusing to clean it, hiding behind covid-19 pandemic, saying we just have to "breathe it in till they can get to it" is totally unacceptable. My wife has C.O.P.D, and has breathing in dirt for almost 3 weeks! Totally unbelievable! Only have 11 more payments to go.......
I currently rent from MMPMR. We found our house on zillow and we really love the house- it's an older house in a great neighborhood in midtown. The property must've been vacant for a while because the main sewer line was clogged upon move-in and we just found out the AC doesn't work. The dishwasher has old, rusted out racks that have still not been replaced despite my request and an affirmative response that the issue would be taken care of. The landscaping was an absolute mess when we moved in- it looked like no one had trimmed the bushes for years. And in general, the place was not clean like you'd expect when you move in to a rental- we're talking food crumbs in all of the cabinets, crusted sauce crap spilled down the side of the electric range, a bathroom where the sink, tub, and toilet were all still dirty from the previous tenants. I'm not sure if these are issues with the owner himself, or MM management, but we pay a lot for this place- more than enough for it to have been inspected and move-in ready BEFORE we actually moved in. Again- love the house itself. All wood floors, finished attic with a full bath and a decently fenced yard- all in a beautiful/safe neighborhood. I just wish someone would have inspected the place before we got there.
Literally the most retarded management I have ever had to deal with. Our property had switched managers and told us 2 days before our rent was due that we had to pay it somewhere else. We had already paid to the previous managers, so we called asking what we should do and they basically told us they would take care of it. They continued to HARASS us over this for the next month after we continuously told them where the money was and that we were told they would take care of it. We have paid rent for this month and the last one and they have just posted on our door that we will be evicted unless we pay last months rent AGAIN. Don't worry, M&M, you won't have to deal with us much longer as we will be moving and telling everyone how awful of a management company you are.
Management company does a poor job of managing properties and their rehab company is a joke.
They been managing the place I rent for the past 2 years now. They are responsive to issues and get them resolved quickly.
They do a good job, can't really complain. You get what you get, no one is perfect.
I see a property I would like to rent on three different sites.Every site has the same number and same location for office.Yet no one answers phone,returns calls,not emails.And office location is empty.
Great management company and better people. Will always use them for future needs.
