Staff is friendly and helpful with the kids that go. Kept clean and with their rules in play there is minimal typical teen behavior, unlike outdoor unmonitored skate parks. Definitely worth the visit on cold or rainy/snow days.

Took my two young boys there, staff is really friendly and welcoming, place was really busy and all the other riders were extraordinarily patient with my kids. Rates are great, and the park is laid out so there's good variety, highly recommended!

EDIT : Since my last review of the park, I have gone many more times, the new 2.0 park is incredible. Great expansion and lots of room even when busy.

The new box jump section is incredibly fun and really enjoying the new ramps ! Great job from the guys over at HOW ! 2 thumbs up Bevin !

Absolutely the best place to purchase and service your scooters or bikes. My son loves the park and has spent countless hours learning new tricks, I would definitely recommend house of wheels.

I originally went there thinking it was a bmx shop looking for a chain & chainbreaker. i walked in and thought i went to the wrong place as it looked like a giant indoor skate park. i decided to carry on and check it out anyway. but just around the corner was the bike shop i was looking for. they carry tons of bmx, scooter, and skateboard parts. so no matter what you re looking for they ll have it. once they helped me find my chain they didn't have a chainbreaker on the shelf but the staff were nice enough to let me use one of their personal chainbreakers and they have a workbench with tools and allan wrenches and whatever you need to set up your set of wheels, whatever your riding. my experience was absolutely outstanding at the house of wheels i will definitely be coming back again soon. P.S. for anyone who is wondering they are taking covid-19 precautions and have sanitization wipes handy throughout the building.

Bevan helped me replace the wheels and bearings on my 2 scooters and replaced the grips in a very timely manner. Pricing was very reasonable. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and you can tell he knew what he was doing. They also have a good selection of scooter parts in Edmonton considering it is even hard to find parts online right now. Didn't skate or scooter in the park but my experience with the shop was a great one.

Friendly staff, well maintained features with a great layout, and overall a great place to ride regardless of age or skill level. Can become overrun with scooters but there are times when it s quiet, and theme nights are great if you skateboard or bike. Have noticed some bullying happening on occasion so it is my hope that the owners continue to remind riders about park etiquette and provide a welcoming and safe environment.

the staff memeber/owner was rude saying i needed education cause i didnt know a certain name of a tool i have never seen before, also had no help from the staff until i asked, very poor customer service, been here a few times and the guys seem so dis motivated to own a indoor, i even held a door for one of the riders that is sponsered from there and didnt even get a thank you from him, What a great role model!!!! lol this is sad and wish you guys could do better cause theres so much potentioal to make this place great,

Went in for some advice on a broken scooter. They gave me a free head set spacer and all the advice I needed. I was able to fix the scooter so we can bring it back to ride. We love House of Wheels.

Every time I go there, there is less and less things to skate. The street section has been diminished to a box built by a two year old and a small 4 foot rail that s no longer secured to the floor and dangerous for anyone to use. All the coping is way too low and unusable on any quarter. It s great to have an indoor park but sad to see it run so poorly. Hopefully they do some maintenance before someone gets hurt, again.

Thanks guys!

Great place to go for a Saturday morning skate when it s -25C out. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and receptive to feedback and suggestions from park riders. Prices are fair, and they even have specials during the week (such as skate or bike night) at reduced rates.

Great place to take the kids! Ramps are great, education, safety all amazing. Downside is the bathrooms are dirtier than most outhouses I've visited- I mean terrible smell, no soap, downright nasty. There is also a thick layer of black dust covering every surface in this place. Stuff a business should really keep in check if they plan on passing any sort of health inspection.

Stopped bringing my kids here last year as the place was too small for the amount of people that were using it. Decided to check the new spot and was not disappointed, will be visiting more often this year. Great spot, double if not triple the size of the last location. At least that's how it feels like

Phenomenal course. Went in for a helmet and my 7 year-old rode until he was exhausted. Reasonable rates and knowledgeable staff. They adjusted our scooter with tools I don t have at home, and only charged a few bucks. Of note, they were great about keeping people distanced and had sanitizer everywhere. Nice to see such cleanliness during a pandemic.

This place is the Mecca of indoor scootering in the west. Friendly staff, awesome selection of scooters, custom builds and accessories. There is a huge scooter following in Edmonton and this place does not disappoint. Keep up the great work fellas, this place is a haven for the riders looking to try all types of ramps, rails and pits.

Finally somewhere in Edmonton you can go to learn more difficult tricks! I easily learned backflips on my scooter and bmx into their airbag. It was big and sturdy enough to make it a lot less intimidating for new learns. Great progression and flow to the rest of the park as well!

House of wheels is great for people wanting to skate scooter bmx or roller skate. There are things to do for people of any and all skill levels. Open Monday to Saturday. Check the website for individual sport nights. Thursday is skate only night.

Owners are very nice, down to earth people that u can talk to and not feel threatened or anything. They'll help u with pretty much any maintenance u need on scooters bikes etc. I've bought things here and their product is absolutely AMAZING. And I'm planning ok buying more in the future. Everybody there is very respectful, I've been there since opening day and it is only getting better and better, keep up the great work Bevan and Aidan!-cordell

Came with a group of 24 children from our childcare center. The main guy (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) was so knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. He put a huge emphasis on safety and made sure everyone knew how to ride, how to handle ramps, and that they knew skate park etiquette. It was so great seeing the kids go from nervous and scared to confident and excited with his help. Thank you House of Wheels!

Such a great spot! My son participated in their bike camp for a week this summer and is beyond excited to go every day and I pick him up sweaty and smiling. The staff are such nice young guys and are great with the kids.

Just the best place in Edmonton to take yourself of your kiddo. The owners are amazing and very friendly. This place is bigger then you can imagine. Lots of ramps for beginners to experts with a rezzie ramp and even an airbag to test your skills. This is the best place for extreme sports in Edmonton.
