Car shopping can be stressful. That is not the case at Scanlon Lexus. From the minute I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. Chris, Bill and Drew went above and beyond, answering my questions, explaining things, searching for the right vehicle, and helping me stay within my budget. They were patient, kind and I left feeling great about my new car and my experience. I also love being able to support a family owned business that has been part of the community for many years. Drew and Bill were excellent from the start. We weren t treated like customers, we were treated like family. The process was very smooth and efficient. We will definitely be a Scanlon Lexus customer for life. Drew and Bill helped our family get out of our old vehicle and into a brand new Lexus! The customer service follow up and check in s were so thoughtful. We will be forever grateful for the Lexus team!

The dealership is clean, bright and safety conscious. I was leasing my second Lexus RX 350. Mark Lee, my salesperson knew everything about the car, specifically the changes made between 2017 and 2021. He made every effort to answer all my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he got the answer. I never got farmed off on someone else. He also understood that even people who can buy a Lexus don't think money grows on trees. We worked out a deal with no theatrics, no threats that this is the only car left, etc. Also, I only dealt with Mark. He went to his manager for pricing approvals without involving me. For that alone, I'm theirs forever!
It was the best car buying experience I've ever had.

My wife and I just purchased a Lexus ES350h from Scanlon Lexus and our salesman was Gary Behnken. Gary did a fabulous job he s very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Ion Paton was our sales person. From the time Ion first greeted us and introduced himself as we walked around looking at cars outside Scanlon Lexus until the time he saw us off in our new Lexus RX 350 about a month later, our experience was pleasant and problem free, He guided us through the pros and cons of the various models, very easily answered all of our questions, and then found us the exact car we wanted.(which actually hadn't been built yet). Everyone we encountered at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Ion kept us updated with multiple phone calls as to the progress of our vehicle and helped successfully with a few minor changes we had requested. As we drove away in our new Lexus we commented to one another that buying a vehicle had never before been so easy, hassle free and enjoyable.

I stopped by to look at the RX 350 and Was greeted by Drew Williams! Such a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. If I do buy, it will be from him!

I just wanted to say this is the most ethical honest dealership that I've dealt with... From the get-go Mr Popp was very honest and upfront about the process of buying the car... The F&I specialist Susann Nogales also!!!!
I recently went to Plattner's automotive in Lehigh acres and I was not impressed. Theyre trash. because the car prices they advertised online for a 2012 prius was fake and it was false advertising. It was a bait and switch. When I got to the lot in Lehigh for Plattners they wanted plus $4,000 and they called it " on the lot deal ".
This time around for me, there was none of that with "scanlon Lexus." Very happy and pleased and impressed.

I will definitely keep them in mind for a car again at the top of my list.....

We recently purchased our vehicle from Lexus of Fort Myers. Our sales associate Gary Behnken made the process seamless. His kind, caring, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable presence during our purchase made the experience truly unique. I just purchased a new Lexus ES350 from Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers. I had an outstanding experience with the dealership as well as with sales consultant Jessie Robinson. He knew the product very well, took the time to explain everything on my new car and treated me with the utmost respect. I highly recommend seeing Jessie at Scanlon if you are in the market for a new or preowned Lexus.

A friend told me to go check out Scanlon Lexus while I was looking for a car recently. I laughed her off and said I couldn t afford a Lexus! She told me I had nothing to lose by going in there and I am so glad she did! Jessie Robinson was my sales guy and he was awesome. The feeling at Scanlon Lexus was unlike any other dealership! Jessie wasn t pushy, he got to know me as a person and listened to what I needed. And I can t say enough about Susann in finance. Susann made it happen and she has the best personality! I felt like I was an actual person buying a car, not just a name on a file being pushed through the process and that is because Susann is a master at building the relationship that will bring me back when it s time for another Lexus! Thank you Jessie and Susann for making feel welcome and part of the family! Everyone should skip all the other dealer visits and just go to Scanlon Lexus!
