The dealership is clean, bright and safety conscious. I was leasing my second Lexus RX 350. Mark Lee, my salesperson knew everything about the car, specifically the changes made between 2017 and 2021. He made every effort to answer all my questions and if he didn't have the answer, he got the answer. I never got farmed off on someone else. He also understood that even people who can buy a Lexus don't think money grows on trees. We worked out a deal with no theatrics, no threats that this is the only car left, etc. Also, I only dealt with Mark. He went to his manager for pricing approvals without involving me. For that alone, I'm theirs forever!
It was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
