Ion Paton was our sales person. From the time Ion first greeted us and introduced himself as we walked around looking at cars outside Scanlon Lexus until the time he saw us off in our new Lexus RX 350 about a month later, our experience was pleasant and problem free, He guided us through the pros and cons of the various models, very easily answered all of our questions, and then found us the exact car we wanted.(which actually hadn't been built yet). Everyone we encountered at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Ion kept us updated with multiple phone calls as to the progress of our vehicle and helped successfully with a few minor changes we had requested. As we drove away in our new Lexus we commented to one another that buying a vehicle had never before been so easy, hassle free and enjoyable.
