Drew and Bill were excellent from the start. We weren t treated like customers, we were treated like family. The process was very smooth and efficient. We will definitely be a Scanlon Lexus customer for life. Drew and Bill helped our family get out of our old vehicle and into a brand new Lexus! The customer service follow up and check in s were so thoughtful. We will be forever grateful for the Lexus team!
