We went to Savannah Toyota and was greeted by Brad Holcomb he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the car buying process. I will return to Savannah Toyota in the future if we need another vehicle and I'll make sure to tell my friends and family about my experience!

Jason was super friendly and helpful. The cheapest place to rent a vehicle in the Coastal Empire. Please check their prices before going to any other car rental facility. 200 miles a day and the best rental rates for a nice weekend getaway. Only downside is you can not transport your pet without paying an extra charge. I will use them again and recommend y'all do the same.

This is my first experience with Savannah Toyota. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. My salesman Brett Pommerenck was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted, and worked with me on financing. I am truly happy with my purchase and will be returning in a few years for an upgrade!

The 2012 & 2013 Camrys are missing a fourth of the tail light, looks goofy.

The 2013 Camry is looking square and boxy, very unattractive.

I believe re-sell prices on these 2 cars will be very low.

About 6 months ago I went by toyota to get info on a tacoma. I met with Jon Kodak and the first question asked was if I was gonna be trading in my 09 challenger srt8 (was my dads car and I got it when he passed) Of course I said no. About a month ago me and my friends went back to Jon and he remembered me even though there was no contact for the 5 months. He helped me find the unicorn of tacomas. He took his time and understood that for me this was a big decision. He was there to answer any questions or concerns about the truck and was only just a text or call away. We had bumps along the way such as there being none in stock, then the shipping taking longer, and then finding out that the port forgot to put on a package. Jon fought for me, updated me along the way and was even able to get the package put on at the dealership! He took his time and we even got that kodak moment!

My friend is now looking at a RAV4 and I know for a fact that we are going back to him once we get closer to that time. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else when there is someone like Jon here.

This is the worst experience that I've ever had in Savannah Toyota on Abercorn. I paid for a reservation an advance from two weeks ago they canceled my reservation because they said I was supposed to be there at 11:30 but my reservation paper never said a Time. They gave my car to somebody else. I had to wait for them to find a car when the car came the car was filthy. I didn't had to wait for them to go clean the car after I complained about it. It took a very long time to handle this I'm very disappointed with the customer service.

I will never send anyone to Savannah Toyota . The people full of it in there . My salesman was Steven . Terrible . How you sell me a car and only had it for one day and smoke start coming from the hood . Really

It was the first time I ever walked away happy without a new car. Jay Lewis was friendly, he listened to what we asked him, and he went to work for us to find a vehicle that would potentially fit into our price range. We dont think we will come back this dealer for buying cars anymore. We wanted to buy two new cars and they were very nice at the beginning. Everything seem went smooth until the end when we just about to take the cars home. One of the car was not the same one we looked at the other day. First, they told us that car was sold, and the system automatically pull out another one to replace, but they are not actually the same. They told us if we still want the same type of car then we have to wait couple days for them to locate from other dealers and drive that car in, and whatever the miles different we have to accept that. Later, they told me the different story that the car is not sold yet, a customer went in during the weekend and want to take the car home couple days to test drive, and it will not back to the dealer till Monday. We came back Monday to pick up that car which now had over hundred miles on it instead of 8 miles like the beginning. We talked to our saleman and the manager told him to tell us if we not satisfied about the vehicle let unwire the whole thing and start everything over again because they already gave us a lot of discount on the two vehicles. How funny was that. That was the negotiation process, it has nothing to do with the fact that you did not deliver to your costumer the exact one that they paid for. You make an offer, we accepted the deal and paid for it. It has nothing to do with the fact that we paid for the car only has 8 miles now we take home one had over 100 miles and you don t want to do anything about it. Long story short, we really love the salesman and appreciate him; he tried very hard to make us happy. The only great deal we got from out of the whole thing was to know that saleman.

Absolutely amazing! Aric worked very hard getting me into a car I was happy with. Very respectful, and fast to get me in and out leaving with my new 2016 scion.

Good service, love the waiting area and free food while you wait. The only thing negative I can say is if you don t pay attention there s sometimes a miss communication on prices on the phone versus in person when you talk to customer service. I m normally charged lower on the phone, but when I m in person they try to charge me way more, but they did honor what I was told on the phone before I showed up which is great.

My wife bought a 2017 Tacoma and traded a 2016 Hell Cat 3 weeks ago! My spouse credit is well over 700 and now they think they made a mistake on the trade! Really what kind of dealership is this? The salesman was GREAT but the Gentleman who called my Corperate office in Fl to try and make my work think that I Gary Farmer did something unethical!!! My Name isn t No where on the contract. Now my work has handed the recording of the call over to me. This is the WOW factor!!!! Unlawful at its best... It takes a used car MGR 3 weeks... Really? Be careful....... Also they owe my wife 8,000 dollars back because of the equity we had in our trade when we bought the hell cat.

While traveling in your area, our tire pressure indicates low press. We pull in serv. A woman named Donna came and had our car looked at while she showed us around,gave us water,and spent time with us while they fixed the problem with our tires! Thanks for having people who care working there!

10 star service! Stopped at chatham parkway toyota and had the worst experience. Gave quotes 150 dollars higher than savannah toyota. i had the opposite experience at savannah toyota. Every detail of my deal was fully explained by our wonderful salesman Rodolfo. He offered great deals and incentives for my college graduate. We will be lifetime buyers of savannah toyota, especially of Rodolfo!

Last evening we came in to see about getting a vehicle. Our 2007 Prius has served us well, but we wanted to move into something with a bit more room.

We ended up working with Kyle, and what a great experience we had! I sort of dread going into these sorts of transactions, but Kyle made the whole process interesting, pleasant, and ultimately successful, taking as much time as we needed to zero in on the right car. After looking at a whole range of possibilities, Kyle paid attention to what we were really after, and suggested that we consider looking at a 2013 Highlander, pointing out that it would be a good compromise between size and gas mileage, since it had the 4-cylinder engine.

He brought it over, and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted. He demonstrated something I haven't seen in most car salespeople: He wanted us to get something WE wanted, rather than trying to sell us something HE wanted, and he nailed it. Super patient, super knowledgeable, he's really an asset to the team there.

By the way, even our experience with the finance manager was outstanding. We must have gone through half a dozen iterations of the coverage options, and every time he patiently explained the options until we were satisfied that we had the right mix for our needs.

I just purchased a Tundra from Justin Patrissi. at Savannah Toyota today August 21, 2012. The service was excellent and he was very courteous. I purchased my first car from savannah Toyota and it was a really great experience. I left with everything I wanted in a car and not having to compromise with something I did not want. That is all thanks to Aaron Brusso taking the time to listen to my must haves and finding something within my budget. I don t think I would have found something that fits me so well without his help!

Horrible experience!! I ask for my keys back three times before they brought them to me. I told them what I could spend and not a penny over. Well they told me it wouldn't be a problem when I first got there. By the time I left the double the figure!! On top of that, I was accused of lying about my current interest rate. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

We were traveling to FL and noticed our oil change lite come on . We also were planning to get a car wash once we reached our FL destination.We passed this Toyota dealership on way to interstate after a one nite stay-over in Savannah and decided to see how long it would take to change the oil . Lo and Behold they offered a 45 min oil change with a CAR WASH INCLUDED!!!!...Boom! in and out ... easy decision...So we got all comfortable in their designer waiting room. After 1 hour passed I checked on the progress and lo and behold it was still in the lower lot.... bummer!.... I raised an incredible fuss , and found they had mistakenly put it in the full service lot because of our hi mileage on the Venza. That is a reasonable mistake, BUT we had to get on the road! Well they immediately made space in front of another customer who had dropped off their car, and then performed the oil change , cleaned the battery terminals, washed the car, and apologized for the mixup and delay by NOT CHARGING US FOR THE OIL CHANGE!! The mechanic was superb!
