About 6 months ago I went by toyota to get info on a tacoma. I met with Jon Kodak and the first question asked was if I was gonna be trading in my 09 challenger srt8 (was my dads car and I got it when he passed) Of course I said no. About a month ago me and my friends went back to Jon and he remembered me even though there was no contact for the 5 months. He helped me find the unicorn of tacomas. He took his time and understood that for me this was a big decision. He was there to answer any questions or concerns about the truck and was only just a text or call away. We had bumps along the way such as there being none in stock, then the shipping taking longer, and then finding out that the port forgot to put on a package. Jon fought for me, updated me along the way and was even able to get the package put on at the dealership! He took his time and we even got that kodak moment!

My friend is now looking at a RAV4 and I know for a fact that we are going back to him once we get closer to that time. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else when there is someone like Jon here.
