Last evening we came in to see about getting a vehicle. Our 2007 Prius has served us well, but we wanted to move into something with a bit more room.

We ended up working with Kyle, and what a great experience we had! I sort of dread going into these sorts of transactions, but Kyle made the whole process interesting, pleasant, and ultimately successful, taking as much time as we needed to zero in on the right car. After looking at a whole range of possibilities, Kyle paid attention to what we were really after, and suggested that we consider looking at a 2013 Highlander, pointing out that it would be a good compromise between size and gas mileage, since it had the 4-cylinder engine.

He brought it over, and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted. He demonstrated something I haven't seen in most car salespeople: He wanted us to get something WE wanted, rather than trying to sell us something HE wanted, and he nailed it. Super patient, super knowledgeable, he's really an asset to the team there.

By the way, even our experience with the finance manager was outstanding. We must have gone through half a dozen iterations of the coverage options, and every time he patiently explained the options until we were satisfied that we had the right mix for our needs.
