We were traveling to FL and noticed our oil change...

We were traveling to FL and noticed our oil change lite come on . We also were planning to get a car wash once we reached our FL destination.We passed this Toyota dealership on way to interstate after a one nite stay-over in Savannah and decided to see how long it would take to change the oil . Lo and Behold they offered a 45 min oil change with a CAR WASH INCLUDED!!!!...Boom! in and out ... easy decision...So we got all comfortable in their designer waiting room. After 1 hour passed I checked on the progress and lo and behold it was still in the lower lot.... bummer!.... I raised an incredible fuss , and found they had mistakenly put it in the full service lot because of our hi mileage on the Venza. That is a reasonable mistake, BUT we had to get on the road! Well they immediately made space in front of another customer who had dropped off their car, and then performed the oil change , cleaned the battery terminals, washed the car, and apologized for the mixup and delay by NOT CHARGING US FOR THE OIL CHANGE!! The mechanic was superb!
