I will never buy a car from anywhere else. Everyone was fantastic. Our salesmans name was Lonnie and he took amazing care of us. He even called me back a few weeks after the sale to make sure we were happy and didn't have any issues or questions. We were there with my 3 year old grandson, and he was completely entertained in the kids room. They had drinks and popcorn and hotdogs. There was also a big screen that played Disney movies, coloring books with crayons, toys, and a little table for him. It made the whole process so much less stressful knowing he was enjoying himself. The paperwork can take a couple of hours and this room saved me from trying to keep a three year old bored in his seat the entire time. My husband and I both love our new cars and all of the services Savannah Toyota includes with your purchase. We will be back when it is time to trade:)

The worst experience ever we had. They made feel us so bad. They never showed us a car just like others. They just put an emphasize on my husband's credit wasn't good enough and never showed a car or options to buy a car according to our credit.
Scott was extremely professional and made the whole dealership experience a pleasure, The whole process felt more like talking to a friend than a car salesman. I definitely recommend him for anyone trying to purchase a new or used Toyota.

A huge shout-out to Conrad and Ryan O'Donnell of Savannah Toyota. We are visiting Savannah and supposed to leave early tomorrow morning when we heard a scraping sound under the front wheels. We called at 4:00 and explained our predicament. Conrad figured out how to get us in to have our 2012 Prius checked out. Ryan saw us right away and figured out it was a loose splash guard! We were on our way in 30 minutes with peace of mind! With just a handshake, we experienced true Southern and Toyota hospitality! Thank you, Savannah Toyota!
Had a very poor buying experience with the dealership and would not recommend them for anyone looking to buy a Toyota. While I feel that Toyota manufactures a great, reliable car, I also feel the sales manager was dishonest with me regarding a trade-in when I asked a very specific question. Because I asked him why he was low-balling me so badly on the value of my trade-in, he stated that the trade-in value was based on various factors, indexes, and local trades, etc, -- misdirecting me from a single source of information. Then I received a mailing from the dealership two days after I bought the car telling me they would give me 115 percent of the Kelly Blue Book Value of the car for a trade-in. KBB had the car valued at 8500 for a trade-in (this would have resulted in more than $9700 for the trade) and I was only asking to increase the trade-in to what I found on Edmunds (which was $8300) -- and I received only half what I had asked from the sales manager for the trade. Also, the salesman and sales manager did not know the car well enough. We asked if we could add a 110v outlet into one of the dashboard punchouts (like the 2004 Matrix I have), they both said "yes." Well, after we purchased the car and discussed this with their service department, they could not do this install -- this was a factory install due to the wiring and they could not do that as a dealer install. So we are stuck with having to settle for an external power inverter being installed. Lesson learned on my part -- don't trust the salesman...check it with the service department before agreeing to anything. Again, were I to do it over again, I would definitely not have gone to this dealership and I cannot recommend it to anyone else. Issues with trustworthiness and knowledge of the cars and their service department are my primary reasons for this review.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had, not only with buying my car but with the service to follow. To begin with, the car I received on delivery didn't have the options (including navigation and a power hatch) that I paid for. They had to find the right car and exchange it. The next vehicle had Toyogard- which is an extended maintenance plan. Toyo being in the name sounds like it's a Toyota plan right? Wrong. I tried to get the services I paid for at another Toyota dealer and they had never even heard of this plan. Then, I came back to Savannah Toyota to receive the final service I paid for and they told me that I'd already received it! Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor- go to Chatham Parkway Toyota. You can work a good deal anywhere but this company will steamroll you.
Its funny, everytime I bring my vehicle there is something wrong afterwards and O have a brand new 2015 Toyota Sequoia. But when I take it to Chatham Toyota, there's nothing wrong. For example: first issue, they told me that my brakes are bad and need to be replaced. I decline service and took them to chatham and there is nothing wrong with them. And then I brought them back after a year, and still nothing wrong... Mmh, right! Second issue, I brought it in for sync oil change and tire rotation, and guess what. NOW it vibrates after 60-65 mph, mmh. Never need it, had 2011 Tundra with over 65000 miles not once did it need balancing. Granted, balancing could have been thrown off, but not on a new vehicle and it gets baby-ed for everything. Service through Toyota only. This is the worst service dept. I'VE been to in this state! If this doesn't get fix, This will be the last time I bring any of my vehicle to them. Regardless of the discount or coupons, $60 sync oil change with tire rotation vs chatham $90 Sync oil change only. If its too good to be true than it is!!!
For those of you considering working here, let me warn you. Don t. They claim to promote from within, they don t. They claim to not support nepotism, couldn t be further from the truth. The comptroller s daughter actually works here, gets paid for things that actually sales people do not. Not to mention, the GSM s wife also is a finance manager, used to be a receptionist.
I feel for my family who worked here, it caused them a lot of stress. Be wary of allowing any of your family or children to take on this job.
Scoot Drown was absolutely amazing! I didn't think that I would be able to take home my dream truck, but he did everything he could to make it a reality! He was honest and up front but was not pushy at all like so many salesman are! If you need a new or even used vehicle go see Scott! I have not had better service from any dealership than I had here! I recently had a issue with the hood protector on the XSE. Brian Buftin and Ryan O' Dingell contacted Toyota and jumped in the ring for me. They fought for me like I was family. Brian kept in contact with me during the parts ordering, the rental car while being repaired until everything was completely finished. I am so grateful to these guys. They were professional even when I was displaying irritation initially. I am thankful for Brian & Ryan. They are quite an asset to the dealership. Big Thumbs Up! As far as the dealership, I was very impressed with the facility. For a Wednesday afternoon, it was pretty busy. They have a quick oil service center in addition to the normal car service center. I can even bring my car for a wash!

Came for service today and left the car to be serviced. I got a call to pick my car up but when I got there a customer service rep Julie was very inattentive and displayed an I don't care if they called you attitude. When I asked how long she thought it would take she replied I don't know just have a seat and her facial expression was not of one who works in customer service. Toyota really should work on the face of their company!
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We brought a used vehicle from them with about 75,000 miles and was told of we paid our payments on time we could trade in a year. Well, we did our part paid on time and when we came to trade we were upside down the vehicle wasn't worth what we were finace.One employee (who put us in the vehicle)said that's what you get for going to rookies and I responded that I thought you are all were a team (knowing that couldn't be true) He said no that's not true. I was highly upset that this situation was messed up now, not for them who was paid a commission to sell me anything but for me a vauleablessed customer. So I will never TRUST THIS COMPANY AGAIN NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DID How ever get a new car with vaden nissan.
I have always taken my Toyota Rav 4 to be serviced at a dealership. Always great service; no one trying to sell me 'extras'.Just keeping my vehicle in perfect working order with everything it needed when it needed it.
I didn't buy my truck here due to the sales team gave me the run around. Now their Service Department reminds me why I won't take my Tundra there for service any longer. Everytime I get my oil changed they find something wrong with the truck that isn't covered under warranty; a 2017 truck with 18,000 miles.
If you don't have the time for an unprofessional staff who is always trying to rip you off or waste your time, avoid this place like the plague.

If I could give there service department 0 stars i would. I needed a oil change and i called and asked is the shuttle there to take me back to work and they told me ues i told them i was 3 min away they told me ok i will have the shuttle waiting for you. I get there and they tell ke the shuttle is 40 min away like really and then for them to act like they don't care is a understatement. This is not the first time this has happened.
wonderfully friendly staff who go above and beyond to answer any questions you may have and make sure you're comfortable with the purchase experience. I did not feel any high pressure sales tactics and they truly seem to have my best interest in mind.

We recently traded in our 2015 Rav 4 for a 2018 Highlander. We were very pleased and happy with the whole process. Jay (Country) took care of us from the beginning. We went to the dealership a month or so ago inquiring about trading our old car in and Jay was very helpful in hearing all the things that we wanted and making sure we got them. He worked with his Manager to give us a great deal. He was very attentive and expedited the whole process in a timely manner. It only took about 4 days for our new car to get here, and he was kind enough to even bring it to our home and explain every single detail of our new car. Went to begin looking into buying my first car, just to get an idea of what I want. After looking at a car, we asked what the price was and what financial options/rates were. He said he didn't know.
We went inside after looking at some more cars, and finally discussed price. It was about double what I previously mentioned my budget was, and when I said I wanted to come back another time after giving it some thought, they said "what is there to think about?" They were adamant I should buy that same day.
I find this type of salesmanship scummy and distasteful. Will not plan to return here.

We gave Darrell (an impossible) 15 minutes to check their inventory, "knowing" there was no way he could convince us to stay longer. We went in knowing our situation and exactly what we wanted, and to our surprise, he made it happen -- and on a newer truck than we thought even possible. As a matter of fact, although we were in the market for a newer vehicle, we didn't even plan on buying a car that specific day! We decided it was "magic"!
