On Thursday I went to get my oil change on my 2014 Toyota Corolla at the dealership. While there a salesman called my phone. He said that I could qualify for an upgrade of my car. Well my old car runs really well but after his professional knowledge and education on the new 2018 Toyota Corolla I made the decision to make a change. We used to do Maintenance Services at Savannah Toyota but I won`t go back to this store. I changed my Corolla Tires and changed my battery and they didn`t adjust my tires pressure correctly, leaving my tires at 38 PSI, when the manufacturer recomends 32 PSI, and they didn`t tighten my baterry terminal cable, and I couldn.t start my car the next day after the service. When I took my other car for service, I asked how could I leave a complaint about it, and Chris told me that he couldn`t do anything for me . He said that I should bring my car back for another service. I asked to talk to a manager, it took one hour for Tricia to come talk to me and she didn`t even apologize about the mess they made with my first car.

My car buying experience was largely influenced by my individual experience with the dealership's salesman. Luckily my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Brett Pommerenck. He slowly earned our trust when we realized we were buying from a salesmen with integrity.
Brett knew the features of the 2014 Toyota 4runner we purchased backward and forward. He patiently explained the benefits of the APP suite and hands free phone capability that came with our 4runner. But he did not stop there instead he went above and beyond when he voluntarily worked until after 9:00 on a Wednesday evening downloading the APP package for us and connecting my cell phone adding my contacts.
Brett understands selling cars is about relationships. He knows today's consumers know market prices and expect a fair price. He gave us a great deal upfront so we did not have to deal with all of the stress that comes with going back and forth negotiating price. My husband and I left the dealership that evening feeling excited about our new purchase and had piece of mind knowing we bought a quality product for a good value.
The memory of my last car purchase a number of years ago in a land far far away was not pleasant. Today I had a far different experience at Savannah Toyota. Amanda Mandiola was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable, making the entire experience easy and stress-free for me. Mr. Foster in finance walk me through the process and explained anything I wasn't clear about . I highly recommend this dealership . I drove away a very happy customer.
My experience was pleasant with the sales personnel. But when it comes to financing the terms of your vechicle... come in with a pre-approved loan from someone else. For me preticular I had one from USAA, Savannah Toyota said they could be the APR rate of the USAA loan and they could bet it. But un be-known to me and not discussed with the finance officer... the finance charges were way higher. This was not clear to me till a month later when the first bill came. They basically made away with 10k over the loan term in Finance charges. For this, I rate them so low on Ethics.
No high pressure sales like other dealers in the area! Had the best experience ever buying a car! The staff were courteous and helpful and Abram Batts was my sales person. I highly recommend seeing Abram, he's the best!

Just bought a used Prius from a little used car dealer. Brought it to Savannah Toyota to change all fluids and do a inspection. Came in $200 under the estemate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable waiting area. We were told it may be up to 3 hrs wait time. They came in 2 hrs later. I highly recommend their service department.
Purchased a 2014 Prius about a little over 2 years ago with a clean Car Fax. The passenger door lock did not work (lock or unlock) from when I purchased and they would not fix it, complimentary. Yesterday, I just picked my car up from Hollingsworth Automotive and they informed me that the car had been in an accident, due to the poor body work and paint. They said this is probably why the door will not unlock or lock when button is pressed. Would have liked to have know this before the purchase. Will not be buying anymore cars from Toyota Savannah.

Well where to begin? First the Folks there are great... A Team... My sales Rep was Justin Patrissi he was Outstanding. Covered all aspects of my deal handily and made the purchase fun... I like this in a dealership. Financing was more than I expected with a very competent staff Lead by Scott Brown.
Brian Lolly is the internet Guru there and was very helpful when asked anything.
As for personnal touches I found all my contacts with this dealership helpful and always preceded with a smile. Smiling is contagious there. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with all aspects of this sale.

I had an amazing experience at Savannah Toyota. All the sales men were very polite and helpful. One met me at my car as I was getting out to see how he could help me. My sales man's name was Scott Drown. He was amazing, so very kind and helpful. He did things quickly and was very honest. He helped me and my mom pick the right cars for our needs. My mother bought two cars from them that day and we couldn't be happier. In fact they already had a foot in the door before I even got parked because they had a "welcome home troops" sign at the entrance. Any one who supports our troops in okay in my book. I am so pleased with the service and the vehicles we purchased. I would recommend them to everyone.
We had an appointment at Tuesday at 7AM to have our vehicle serviced. We dropped it off the afternoon before and now it has been three days and we still cannot get through to even get a status update on when it would be completed. We left several voicemail messages and have yet to receive any return phone calls. They have held our vehicles hostage. Poor customer service and even worse communication. The one piece of information that we did get is that they only have one mechanic currently on staff. If they knew this, then why did they schedule an appointment? The service we requested should have only taken two hours to complete. I would give no stars, if it were possible.

My fiance and I originally went to Savannah Toyota just to look over their inventory and get test drive some vehicles to see what we could afford and what would suit us best. I had previously purchased a 1996 Corolla from this dealership during a sale in 2008, so I was familiar with them and liked the convenience of the dealership to our home. After some online browsing, I set up an appointment with Eriq Bush, and he was very helpful and understanding that we weren't ready to purchase that specific day, but that it was something we were prepared to do as soon as the perfect vehicle was available. We checked out other dealerships to make sure we were keeping our options open, but none provided the same care and understanding as Savannah Toyota. A couple of weeks after our initial visit, I found THE vehicle I wanted on the Savannah Toyota site, and as if he had read my mind, Eriq called that afternoon to tell me all about it! We went in and checked it out and absolutely fell in love!! The staff was amazing throughout our entire buying process and they have made me feel at home the few times I have been in for complementary car washes or other service needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and its staff to anyone in the market for a new (or used) vehicle!
So, I had an issue with my car when I felt like I took my car in to get fixed and I felt the job wasn t done. Called them, explained the issue, and Justin told me that they would fix it for free and that the only thing I would have to pay for was parts.
When I got there, we did a walkthrough together and he told me that they would try to fix it without having to use a new part for me, which I appreciated since I was low on funds.
I also spoke with a Mr. Rich Pisanti who explained to me what he think happened with my situation, he apologized and offered to align my tires for free, which I absolutely needed.
Overall, I was super impressed with the length these guys went to earn my business back. I was absolutely set on never coming back, but they have effectively changed my mind. Even got a free car wash out of it!
While I recognize that I have had issues in the past with them, I really think they hold their customers high and they care about them. Which is a nice change from other places I ve been to. I think these guys have even earned being my go to service providers.

Abram was a delight from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made my dad and I feel like family. You could tell he was very invested in making sure he found me the perfect Toyota. The other dealerships around Savannah didn t seem to care as much as the people of Savannah Toyota! I know who I m going to from now on for my car needs.
The first part of buying my vehicle was amazing. The rep I worked with was Rodolfo Panta (manager was Ken) and my husband and I had an amazing experience with them.
However, as soon as we were passed off to the finance department, things took a turn. It has been a nightmare. There is little to no communication kept with us. We have been jerked back and forth about the registration (out of state) process for over 45 days so my temporary tag expired. I received no contact about it. When I went in to try to figure out what is going on, we still had no progress toward our registration even though I had come in and paid over $1100 for the registration two weeks prior. Once again, I had not been updated with any of this information.
Then I was told I would receive a phone call Monday. Monday, the same person told my husband he would call me Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no call.
At this point I am so fed up and regret coming here. The first part is amazing- they will sell to you and get you a good deal.

Great experience! Dealer had good selection of vehicles. I drove 4 hours to get there. It was absolutely worth it! My salesperson was Scott and everything we discussed on the phone happened! There was No switching anything from what we agreed on by phone. A lot of times that happens with dealership and salespeople! Not here! Scott is the Man! He is absolutely amazing, trustworthy, honest, kind, and very professional!! I got the vehicle I had been searching for awhile and other dealership told me they had it or could get it. They couldn't! I did not buy a car from Savannah Toyota, specifically because of the way that I was treated during my visit. I made it clear that I was looking to buy a used car in a very certain price range. I was given a brand new car to test drive. When I came back, I waited for my driver's license. While I waited they pressured me to do a credit check. I declined several times, simply asking for the sticker price of the car. The employees were polite, but aggressive and made me feel uncomfortable.
This was my second time returning to Savannah Toyota. Patrick Jackson assisted me both times and gave EXCELLENT service. Made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. His level of knowledge about the cars surpassed my expectations. He gave me an awesome experience. Thanks Patrick and Savannah Toyota.
We were travelling and stopped to ask a question about our 2018 Toyota. Right away a young lady came eagerly up to ask me how she could help. I was transferred to a service advisor. Conor was polite, well-spoken, genuine, and answered our question thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend Conor and this dealership.
The service department was excellent. They keep you updated along the way through your vehicle's service and don't try to push anything on you that you don't want. When the maintenance looked like it was going to take longer than anticipated they gave me a complimentary rental car for the 3 days they had my vehicle, which was amazing. They also offer complimentary Uber for shorter maintenance visits if you like.
The sales staff was great. It was an easy experience that was very straight forward. You can call the GM/owner from their website and deal with him directly. The saleperson he assigned us was great too. The new facility should make it even easier.

I knew I wanted a Toyota 4Runner and got the scoop on the different models/packages from John at Bluffton Toyota. He was great except he passed me off to a guy who asked me how much do you want to spend? Not an unreasonable question, but it really hit me wrong..I was not in the mood to play games. I was there 3 hours, had not had lunch and I was tired from my recent move. I went there to purchase my vehicle because John answered my online request promptly thoroughly and professionally. My situation was that I had just moved here without a vehicle and I knew mostly what I wanted and knew basically what it cost.... weeding through what machinations sales people do to eek out that last bit of profit is hard to know and it s frankly exhausting and can be unpleasant to feel you re being managed and/or taken advantage of. I then called Chatham and Savannah dealerships.... Chatham followed up late. At Savannah Toyota the receptionist was polite and put me straight through to Ray.... Ray was pleasant easygoing took all the stress out of it and said meet me at 9am tomorrow and we ll figure out what you want. Simple as that. We met and went through they re large inventory, settled on a fair price and I drove off happy.....everyone at Savannah Toyota was friendly and yes they re selling cars which is a tough business... certainly tough on the consumer too !! Thanks Ray for reading the situation accurately and selling me a vehicle I love !!!! Parts was good too Front reception awesome... thanks for the Yeti cup !! Extended warranty and purchase went smoothly. I don t usually get extended warranty because Toyota s have never given me any maintenance issues... however when you hit 100k there s a big maintenance.. which is why they run to 200k plus, so I purchased coverage through 120k which was about 5% of the cost of the vehicle.... for me I wanted costs up front amap. Thanks Ray (6 stars !!!) and everyone at Savannah Toyota for having the right blend of inventory, serious about selling, and serious about happy customers. (And I liked that the manager didn t sugarcoat anything)
