We dont think we will come back this dealer for buying cars anymore. We wanted to buy two new cars and they were very nice at the beginning. Everything seem went smooth until the end when we just about to take the cars home. One of the car was not the same one we looked at the other day. First, they told us that car was sold, and the system automatically pull out another one to replace, but they are not actually the same. They told us if we still want the same type of car then we have to wait couple days for them to locate from other dealers and drive that car in, and whatever the miles different we have to accept that. Later, they told me the different story that the car is not sold yet, a customer went in during the weekend and want to take the car home couple days to test drive, and it will not back to the dealer till Monday. We came back Monday to pick up that car which now had over hundred miles on it instead of 8 miles like the beginning. We talked to our saleman and the manager told him to tell us if we not satisfied about the vehicle let unwire the whole thing and start everything over again because they already gave us a lot of discount on the two vehicles. How funny was that. That was the negotiation process, it has nothing to do with the fact that you did not deliver to your costumer the exact one that they paid for. You make an offer, we accepted the deal and paid for it. It has nothing to do with the fact that we paid for the car only has 8 miles now we take home one had over 100 miles and you don t want to do anything about it. Long story short, we really love the salesman and appreciate him; he tried very hard to make us happy. The only great deal we got from out of the whole thing was to know that saleman.
