Super sad, went there late night the friends for coffee. On asking if there restaurant is open. We got a big yes. Went to the first floor coffee shop to find it warm as the AC was turned off. Asked for coffee , after 20 minutes there was still no AC and the coffee machine was not working

Arranged buffet on roof top and it was too hot there.

Good hotel for stay but In room dining service poor. For corporate people if you have office drop inclusive, limited no. Of cabs are there causing a lot of delay.

Average hotel. Nothing of Sheraton standards! Poor room service, breakfast buffet is average! Kitchen hygiene needs to be attended to. I got a insect in the bread rolls served with tomato soup! Even though chef apologised and corrected it but damage was done!

This is surely a wonderful & cosy hotel. The staff is wonderful & cheerful. I had stayed here overnight where they had upgraded me to Executive suite with no extra cost.

Pros: Location, Ambiance, Customer Service, Marriott Loyalty Rewards, Easy to reach

Cons: Breakfast buffet can be more elaborate, lack of open spaces

One of my friend was in the hotel for lunch , his experience was that the hotel is located in an accessible area, also catering is fine. Pretty much everything that you see in the menu is available and the food is prepared using fresh ingredients, so tastes good. Definitely on my list. Might make plans someday.

Hotel is located in middle of office & residential colony, staff is extremely polite & humble. Just hotel need overhauling

It's about the restaurant only.. The buffet is not offered with much menu.. it's neither tasty nor served hot.. Couple of items in chicken and fish.. There are very less starters and not served in desk.. Prawns, any biryani, are not part of buffet.. The deserts aren't sweet, Nothing is spicy and all the items is so blunt.. Pasta tasted yuck and fish in the curry was old one.. I will never recommend this to anyone as this totally disappointed us..

It was a wonderful experience at Four points. Service was amazing. Also, Chef Sundar and Chef Ravi were really sweet to us and offered us Brownie on a plate with Happy journey written on it with a chocolate sauce.amazing gesture

Hotel is great, staff are AMAZING, it has all that you may expect to find in a small hotel, food is not bad too.

Breakfast is nice with some variations. They have super friendly staff and good amenities, instead. If you got a trip for business then it may a good choice for friendly price compared to other hotels in the location and a quiet ambience. Unless you want to go into Whitefield's hotspots area, you can just walk across to find a coffee shop or get 10mins taxi to the shopping mall from here.

The Hotel is near to our office and hence we have booked this hotel. They also provide pick up and drop from Office . The Hotel is neat and clean with basic facilities. Very reasonably priced . The rooms are very good with high speed internet facility, big beds , working table etc... The breakfast menu is quite elaborate with options of all kinds of Indian cuisines . The people are helpful and courteous too. The cars are neat and clean . I recommend this to traveler who are visiting Bangalore and have work at this part of the city( white field) . (Remember that this is far from the main city . If you have work at city then you need to travel 4 hrs in Bangalore traffic. )

I went to Four Points Whitefield for a breakfast buffet only, on 20th June 2018. The buffet was amazing and it wasn't very expensive. There was a good variety of cuisines and we could also order stuff. The items ranged from north indian, south indian, to dishes like baked beans, boiled eggs and many more. There was good range of brownies, doughnuts and muffins as well. several types of cereal along with various juices and milk was also there. In short we had an amazing time eating to our heart's contentment. The staff was also very courteous and attended us well. I would love to go there again and also stay in one their properties when i travel.

It's a nice place to have a lunch or dinner. I had given my birthday treat at this place. The ambience is superb, the quality of food is very good. There is a separate room for a group of 10 to 12 people who wish to party away from the crowd. There were 2 non veg starters, both of them were excellent. The dessert was really nice. The main course includes both Chinese and continental which were good enough.

I won a complimentary lunch buffet vouchers courtesy 93.5 fm and hence made reservations for lunch today and boy what an experience ...
The starters , the soup and the salads were so delicious... appam and the vegetable stew ... full points... for main course I ate paneer and dal makhani with rotis so totally yummy...
For desserts I tried gulab Jamoon recommended by Diya and it was sooooooo good
Hubby tried the home style chicken curry with rotis and thoroughly enjoyed the food

Ambience was good but the buffet food wasn't good at all. It was bland and cold and the service was very slow.

Buffet dinner for a business event. Good food. Limited options in the buffet, but great nevertheless.

Fairly typical business hotel. My preferred place to stay when I'm in Bangalore because it's close to office (but very far away from anything else). The beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious.

A quiet locality, is what I liked the most. Though a bit difficult in terms of reachability. Events are good.
