i just bought a 2012 dodge journey from SMP i can not say enough about my car sales man i dealt with Mark Sugar and i was amazed i have been to other dealerships in the past and had a bad experience but Mark made my experience a good one he was not pushy at all and when i was undecided on whether i wanted to purchase the vehicle or not he went out of his way and offered to even let me take it for the night to decide if it was the car for me. He spent a lot of time with me asking me what my concerns were and talking me through them. I ended up coming back the next day and purchasing the SUV.
Mark was amazing with my whole family he offered a coloring book and crayons to my youngest child and he never excluded any of my children. Smp even went and gave my three children i pads to play on while the children waited for me and my husband to talk about the vehicle. I was very impressed to see that SMP was very family orientated. We were offered coffee or a drink when we first got in there as we waited for Mark to finish up with his appointment before us.
We were shown the car fax on the SUV which was nice no other dealership has offered me this . The staff at smp are very caring, energetic and wonderful to work with.
Rob Bryant was amazing in the finance office to and went above and beyond trying to get me financing for my SUV. He was very pleasant to work with and made me feel very comfortable purchasing the vehicle. He gave me my options and talked me through everything. absolutely amazing place to be i would highly recommend this place and will from now on only be dealing with SMP to purchase my vehicles in the future. if i could give more then 5 stars i would.
