It is an average... Max 3 star hotel. Not to the class or level of The Sarovar group of hotels. The staff are untrained, callous, dont have the basic etiquettes of escorting the guest after checkin, Towels, Soaps, Water Bottles need to be reminded and demanded repeatedly... It is not a bad place. I would say standard hotel if you dont have much of expectations. Food is standard and services I have said already...
