Hi all. Please do not go by the previous reviews and stars given by people.. I did that and it was a huge mistake....i regret booking my stay with my family, they are just so damn non understanding and confused characters with zero ethics, manners and talking sense. They do not understand what is service and what's like taking care of a customer. I was so unhappy because I was not informed about anything by the staff neither was I told about my room facilities check in details nothing...no doubt their staff is kind and helpful sometimes...only..but I had to call the reception for every damn facility and amenities to be used.. Which I have paid for.. No quick service, the WiFi sucks big time..gym under maintenance.. Etc The sad part was their staff they are not at all groomed... They work long hrs and their uniforms is non ironed so bad body odour...they are not welcoming at all....i had to greet to tell them that I exist hello..... I had to literally call their reception for tissue for towel for door mat for toilet being dirty for everything... Uufff I had a crazy experience. The biggest surprise was I had to pay for the breakfast after booking it online which included the breakfast for free... I was embarrassed by their staff who walked up to my table and sad u have to pay for this... I have never ever ever in my life had this experience.. I would not RECOMMEND ANY 1 TO SELECTED THEIR HOTEL FOR THIER STAY. The worst part was THIER General Manager who did not know how to talk at all....who just put her hands up in the air and said talk to the Online company u booked the same for u.. W can't do anything about it.... She was so rude and disrespectfull... Hate it being treated so badly after paying for the service. PLEAE DO NOT BOOK WITH AGODA THEY HAVE CRAZILY HIDDEN CHARGES WHICH ARE ONLY REVEALED AFTER YOU CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL. I HAD A CRAZY MAD TIME WITH LILY SAROVAR HOTEL. NO DOUBT THE FOOD IS TASTY. . BUT FOR DAT FOOD TOO I HAD TO INFORM THE WAITER TO REPLENISH ATLEAST 5 TIMES. IT WAS DISASTEROUS EXPERIENCE.
