Their standards are apparently so low that our apartment complex is littered with dead snails, dog poo, dead worms, bird poop, black stains, chunks out of the concrete, and uncaring management who refuses to fix these problems. Brittni Best claims there's nothing they can do to clean or fix these issues, even though the apartment complex brings in about $400,000 per month, and a pressure wash is $400, 0.01% of monthly revenue.
Don t ever live at one of their properties, worst decision ever.
I came here with big hope, have not lived in an apt in 12 years, they sold a pool, hot tub (thats literally not usable and cold, yes even the spa), fitness, community rooms, that just went into renovation a month after move in, with NO rent deduction and NO disclosing of these works being done, NO word of renovations during lease period. THEY are a TOTAL scam, also leasing office sides with people if you are NOT WHITE american, stay away even more, they suck your $ while siding against you! Never seen such an unprofessional run company. Sadly to spend one mor dime in this shady and a truly unhonest business, I am shocked and disappointed. PLEASE do NOT spend your money there!!!
Unbelievable - I have been trying to track my $200 waitlist check for low income housing from Eastown Apartments since last February. It's been 6 months and I have not received my refund after multiple calls, email ... etc. I am getting the run around.
I'm going to Kingsley report to rate them today.
I live in point Niguel for 2 years and after I left they refund partial my deposit now I figure out they report to collection for $200 .

Moved in to the property in Scottsdale and it was never cleaned! Master bath shower filled with nasty hair and god knows what from previous tenant. Told the managers and they Never responded. In fact the guy left. Next item dirty filthy smoke filled curtains in master and kitchen I told first week (mid May) it s July I m still waiting for the blinds to replace these nasty curtains. I m highly allergic to smoke and have had migraines nightly as a result. No one seems to be concerned with health and safety issues of tenants. We had ants black widows and huge cockroaches, I ve lived in AZ for 25 years and never seen this before. I have a 12 year old dog and this black widow could have killed her. It doesn t stop here. The latch to the ac filter was broken they shoved it up and hid the fact it was broken now I m holding the damn thing together with duct tape and we are in 110 degree weather. The dishwasher smell like sour eggs the sink in the kitchen does not drain well. Caulk was in my disposal when I moved in. Yet no caulking where it was supposed to be in the bathroom where all the bugs came in so I had to caulk myself. The maintenance portal does not work. No one responds to repeated requests. The lights are out in various areas around the property which is a huge safety risk. This could be a nice place if they just cared enough to take care of it. Integrity and customer service are huge where I come from and I do not see that happening! At the prices being charged its time someone step up!
I was a tenant at one of their properties an moved out. I wrote a check to my final payment to end my lease that didn t clear my bank, by the time I was noticed they had reported me to a collections agency. I immediately went an paid Brookwood Villas and asked why didn t they call me they had my direct contact info. I m now trying to move an they still after one year have not cleared the error on my credit report. I called Sares Regis an tried to explain I was being talked over put on hold an sent to a voicemail with no returning call.
If I have an chance, I would give zero star on Promenade Rio vista. this is terrible apartment community. their service management team is bad. I would not recommend anyone to move in here. you will be regret big time if you do
Don't bother trying to call Sares Regis if you don't have an exact contact name of who you need to talk to. The receptionist is either clueless, lazy, spiteful, or probably all three - and LOVES to transfer people to voice mail, never answer her own phone, and cut people off mid-sentence when they call. We'll take our business elsewhere, thank you.
Barrington place is the worst and the manager is friends with her boss at Sares Regis. Is there anyone at this company that will listen to tenants and provide customer service. Please send someone out here to see conditions and treatment of tenants for repairs of issues or read the multiple bad review all tenants write in on your server. It seems helpless here to be heard with the manager protected by her boss at your company. Glad im moving soon along with all the others looks like mass exodus around here and if you wonder why wake up.

To you, Potential Crossings Resident, know that the front office WILL let you down time and time again. Don't expect anyone to answer the phone during the day. Don't expect return phone calls to the messages you leave. Don't expect friendly office staff that say hello in the morning. DO expect to have your packages stolen, to see dog poop everywhere, and to be woken up at all hours by inexplicable Ferraris and Porches rumbling their way through the property.

I was informed that residents had free use of the clubhouse if it wasn't reserved. I was surprised to hear this and thus verified with the office staffer several times: "The clubhouse? the clubhouse that's decorated in red that's by the pool? I can use my own key to get in there any time???" I was told "yes, yes, yes." "Great," I thought. I went on my merry way planning a taco dinner with 10 friends to celebrate a birthday. Then, an hour before the party, "the office strikes again" (a favorite saying among my roommates). Turns out the office staffer was wrong, I don't have access to the room. I won't be getting into the clubhouse for dinner. My 10 guests will be distributed among the 4 dining chairs I possess and I get to be mortified and apologetic for the duration of the party.
My car was towed due to an office employee's mistake. Both my fiance and I lost 3 hours of work to go pick it up and they never offered a sincere apology or compensation.
I've had about $800 worth of property stolen throughout my time here. Someone even took a .99 cent glittery rock I had as a holiday decoration. Twice I've seen a resident on the phone with the police because their motorcycle had just been stolen.
Honestly, the cleaning crew and maintenance crew are great. Super friendly and on top of things. No complaints there.
This is the most unprofessional management I have ever encountered. I have dealt w tons of management given I am a 46yo physician. If I could give minus stars, I would. I have lived in the Royce in Irvine since March 2018, and I have seen one disaster after another. The manner in which I have been addressed and the MULTIPLE issues have been handled (they haven t) is utterly unacceptable. I dont know how this place is not at zero occupancy. Oh yeah- people are unable move as was I due to illness or too lazy. I predict this place will slash prices drastically in order to keep any residents.
This place is horrible and discriminates against Asians and my marital status.

I AM A DISABLED MILITARY VETERAN/SCHEDULE A AND ALISO CREEK APARTMENT PUT AN IQ DATA INTERNATIONAL a third party collection, not an attorney on my credit report without notifying me of anything. This third party agency (FDCPA) is reporting false data which is preventing me from obtaining business credit. I had an 11 month lease. I purchased an investment property and notified Aliso Creek Apartment that I was in escrow and I was not renewing my lease and moving out. The contract amount/rent was $2157 and Aliso Creek was raising all tenants rents anywhere between $2286 - $3405.00 due to the renovations they were making. I paid my contracted 6/16/17 -05/15/18 rent amount to Aliso Creek Apartments for the month May 2018 ($2218.07), returned the keys and the unit was move-in ready. Aliso Creek was not able to get a tenant into the unit and tried to bill me for the vacancy - first $921.29 and a third party put on my credit report that I owed $3411. I reached out to Aliso Creek Apartments and their parent company Sares Regis for litigation, however, have been given me the run around. They are reporting false information to the credit reporting agencies which have placed me in a hardship situation. They are an unethical company. There apartments are a joke. My heater never worked. My water had a lock placed on it so I couldn't use it to clean my vehicle. There was a dead rats in the top floor of my children's room. A complete joke. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They already lost their Temecula property to GreyStar property management because this is an unethical company. I also contacted Dunn and Bradstreet and the California attorney general.
They tried to take 10,000 dollars from my bank account and I dont even live in California!!! First time hearing about this company but my bank account was trying to get debited of a huge amount from them.
