Great office facilities at a great price. This would suit micro to small businesses that are just starting up or can operate with a smaller team. On site parking available on first come first serve basis. Tenants can rent a space for a nominal annual fee.

Admittedly I haven't spent a huge amount of time here but 2 of the companies I have worked for have had offices in this building (4 offices in total). The offices all look to be well maintained as do the toilets. There is clearly some work going on in the building up in some of the offices past the upstairs toilets but I am sure once it is complete it will be in keeping with the rest of the building. I have deducted one star though as last time I was there it was evident that there is no longer a receptionist
Excellent facilities and a well maintained building
This is the second time I've had an office at Bayside. You can't beat the friendly atmosphere and great facilities, free parking, broadband and VOIP systems already in-house so no need to contract with BT! Offices are smart and clean, plus I've picked up additional work from the other tenants :) I can't recommend them highly enough.
