I purchased Aspire One 722... not a particularly b...
I purchased Aspire One 722... not a particularly bad little system, HOWEVER, Acer Tech Support is worthless in every respect. Many, many simple solutions could be provided BUT ARE NOT! For example, providing a downloadable Windows iso file for recovery from a software issue would be simple and helpful... but no. A downloadable Windows recovery program to be transferred to a USB key would be simple and helpful... but again no.
So, shall Acer ever get another penny of my money? Not just no, but, HELL NO! Spread the word to anyone and everyone to buy anything EXCEPT Acer products... this the only power we have left. And for those of you who are teachers, like me, make Acer the BUTT of any and all technical jokes! This action will ensure future generations kids knowing not to waste their money on Acer products.
