I live in CT, I was looking for a 2017 F150 by Tuscany, they were able to get what I wanted, took my cash, and that was it. Messed up the title, had the truck for a month, couldnt get it registered. Now it has a recall, I called the service department got their voice mail and no one calls back. The service is aweful, buy from here but go some where else for your service

This is my second new vehicle purchase in a year. I purchased a 2013 escape for my wife last august and because of that experience I drove back down to Sarat to buy a new F150. My salesman Austin was as he was a year ago, a pleasure to deal with. This place listens to your needs and works their tails off to make it happen per your requests not theirs. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Sarat Ford. I will recommend to anyone I know this is the place to go for the best buying experience. Thank you.

All personnel and staff members were extremely helpful and cordial, not only in their work for my routine 25,000 maintenance, but also in answering all the questions I had about the Lincoln MKC that I'm considering to lease in 2018. In fact, Ken let me test drive a 2017 MKC, and I liked the car enough to consider leasing the 2018 model when it becomes available.

In spite of being extended this opportunity, my primary reasons for coming to Sarat on Monday, April 10, were to have my 25,000 maintenance complete, but more importantly to have the problems resolved relevant to my Touch System and Icons on the console section of the instrument panel. This was the second appointment for which I specifically requested that the Touch System issues be resolved.

The maintenance work took almost 2.5 hours from the time I dropped off the car at 10:30 a.m. until my car was returned to me around 1:15 p.m. The Touch Systems problems remained unresolved.

I seriously doubt that I'm the only individual who has or has had similar problems with the Touch System on the 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. There is no reason, in my mind, that such a problem continues to be left unresolved with the catch phrase: "The problem could not be replicated." (2 visits in a row). This is the primary reason I have given Sarat Lincoln a 2-star rating....in spite of the fact that I wasn't charged because my wait was so long.

Such lengthy wait times seem to be par for the course at Sarat, unfortunately. I'm amenable to an extended period of wait time for my car's repairs and maintenance if they are completed to my full satisfaction. A Lincoln luxury automobile merits much better in the repairs that I have requested during my past 2 visits.

I genuinely appreciated that the Maintenance Department did, once again, return my car to me fully washed on the exterior and vaccumed on the interior. Although I appreciated the free maintenance this time around, I would much prefer that my wait time in the future is significantly reduced and that the Touch System problem is finally resolved.

Dean at Sarat Ford was very helpful in getting my truck ready after a little delay due to work load. I had told him I needed the truck for work and he put someone on it that night. The mechanic got if fixed after hours and I was able to get it the next day. Hats off to him for taking the extra step..

Your service sucks when the customer come in and said there a noise coming from his brand new truck and you say the noise is normal when it's not!! and your mechanic notice the noise why would you sell a truck like this to someone .

I have been buying and or leasing cars here for years i am always very satisfied with the professionalism of everyone there and very happy with how i am treated when i go there. I have a great salesman in kevin hughes and the only finance manager i will ever use is steve g as for the sales manager brian foley cant say enough he is amazing and funny. Jeff sarat is a class act hands-on owner. He is available to customers which is un heard of in my experience. He goes above and beyond to acknowledge me when im there and the new renovations to the buding are amazing. I will always get my cars from here no matter what. They will always get my recommendation if someone asks me where i go im 100% all around satisfied with sarat ford and the vehicles i get from them.

Went to Sarat for an oil change and they found that the tie rod was in need of repair. I transport my grandchild in the vehicle so I was happy that they found it. It avoided any danger that could have happened if the tie rod broke completely

The sales and finance staff were friendly, helpful and patient with our numerous concerns. The car looks and runs beautifully and is loaded with features even at the standard package level. We bought our first Focus from them over 10 years ago and just traded it in for a new Focus without any major issues along the way.

For those of you with children he always is great with children having to be there for the car buying process! In general he's just an amazing car sales man! He's not like a typical car sales man!

Chris Rivera in the service department was very helpful getting me in for an appointment and making sure I was completely satisfied with my appointment time and what needed to be done with my truck. While it is painful at times to have to purchase new equipment it has always been a pleasure to deal with Rick Daigneault, Jack and Jeff Sarat. Rick is a true professional that knows his product,treats the customer with respect and is honest and up front about issues. I have delt with Jack and Rick over the past 40 years and highly recommend them as the best Ford dealer to deal with.

Recently I had a Recall for my F-150 and had the work performed at Sarat Ford. I made an appointment, it was followed up with an e-mail reminder, which is a great way to confirm my appointment. The service person I dealt with, Dean Hoppe, assisted me when I arrived and gave me an estimated completion time, which was met, then he went over the paper work with me, all very informative and courteous. This was my first experience dealing with Sarat Ford service and will continue to use them for future needs, based on this initial visit with their service department and Mr. Hoppe. 5 Stars for professionalism.

Needed to replace the battery in my F150 2 days into the frigid temps. Mike Colson gladly accommodated my schedule. Barely got sat down in the waiting room when I got notified the repair was done and truck ready to go. Mike has helped me out on short notice before. Greatly appreciated his help.

I made an appointment with Cole on Wednesday April 7th to look at an Expedition MAX they had available. The appointment was for the coming Saturday morning 11-11:30 arrival. My wife and I drove an hour to drop off our kids and go look at this car and as we pulled into the parking lot I received a text saying the Expedition was on an overnight test drive ! This was at 10:50! 10 minutes before our appointment!! Not even a call, just a text, as we were about to get out and go into the dealership. Absolutely ridiculous! Needless to say we never got out of our truck, just pulled right back out of the lot and left. The only response was an apology for their lack of communication, no offer to make things right, no attempt to reconcile the issue. Absolute horrible customer service and they lost out on a sale.

A particular mechanic was requested to work on our truck. Service dept ignored the request. Part of the service was to rotate the tires AND check tire pressures. The tech did not check the pressures as shown by checking the dashboard readout. My wife called the service manager regarding this issue, no response. I can get poor service anywhere, but had hoped our experience would be better at the dealer.

Brought my 2016 F-150 for first ( free ) oil change and checkup. As usual , the Service Rep was courteous , helpful and on top of it. My truck was done in a short time , and I was on my way. This is our 3rd purchase from
Sarat Ford and they are a top notch dealer. I have only positive things to
say about the salesmen and service folks.

I would be hesitant to take a vehicle here for rep...

I would be hesitant to take a vehicle here for repair. I can't complain too much because they put me in a loaner for 3 months other than to say that the timing belt on my car slipped whilst it was in for the repair of a recall so they had to rebuild the head. Not a problem as it's a difficult task and the engine runs great afterward but when I picked it up I had a wrench light they missed in regards to a fuel sensor they had to replace and a day later I had to install and tighten some exhaust bolts after I investigated some rattling. Luckily the bolts hadn't fallen off the protective cover and it was an easy fix. Nice guys but they lack attention to detail and quality assurance as I was told that both the technician and the service rep had driven it.

The old car is running like new again. Our 15 year old Lincoln developed rear axle noise. We thought it may be the end of this very nice car.
Jamal in the service department looked at a few different options to repair the car with a budget that made sense.
The car was ready when promised at the agreed on price. What a difference! The rear gear must have been failing for a long time. Now nice, smooth and quiet.

How refreshing to find a dealership where everyone is kind, knowledgeable and ready to help you find the perfect vehicle. Kevin was amazing. He was so patient with us and found us a great SUV with a very fair price. Brian and Cameron were also super and just made the whole process enjoyable. Make the drive to Sarat, even those of you in CT. We will only ever shop at this dealership.

Everyone was very nice. BUT I told the person when I made the initial appointment that the axle was to be changed as suggested in the past recall exams. Several days later I brought my van in, went home and later was called and told they did not have the part on hand. They knew for several days that the part was needed yet no one bothered to make sure it was in stock before I brought the van in for the service. Clearly someone did not do their job. Other than that all went well.

Sad customer service....

Sad customer service....
Went there to look at potentially (2) vehicles
One for my son, me for me.
Made an online appointment for a test drive, business site said to check in at the front desk upon arrival.
My son and I stood at the front desk for over 20 minutes with NOT ONE acknowledgement that we were even in the building.
Finance Manager sat at his deck playing with his phone
One Salesman was actually working with a customer
One Salesman was on phone with customer from NH.
Two other salesmen staring out window
And another picking his nose for 10 mins looking at us but not saying anything

I had an appointment for 2:00 for an oil change. I arrived on time . At around 3:00 I was told I had a bulb out, would I like it replaced. I said sure. They never told me they didn t have it in stock, that they needed to go down the street to get it. I didn t get out of there till 4:30. An oil change doesn t take 2 1/2 hours. I won t go back.

First I would like to thank my salesman Mr. Stephen Phaneuf for being very helpful, attentive, never once slacking on and giving us tons of information, for also having so much patience with me while I was back and forth on my decision making. Stuck by our side through the whole process til the end making me feel jubilent with what I brought. Steve is definitely an erudite in car sales. I would like to thank the Sarat Ford staff for being so welcoming, kind, courteous and respectful. Thank you also to Mr. Dave Jackson of financing, he was very talkative, making us laugh and keeping us in high spirits.
One word for the team at Sarat Ford AWESOME.

I spent a few weeks shopping around for a new vehicle. Originally I visited Sarat to test drive a 2016 Ford Fusion. On my initial visit I met both Jeff Sarat and my sales guy, Nate Kilelee. They were both very friendly and professional and did not pressure me when I let them know I was still looking around to explore all options, as this was the first time I was shopping for a car that wasn't just a purchase of necessity.

Nate asked me to let him know how my search went. I visited multiple dealers, and had some poor experiences that got me thinking back to how impactful my initial meeting with Nate and Jeff had been.

Lo and behold I went back to Sarat about half a week later to test drive more cars. Nate not only hooked me up with the most AMAZING 2018 Focus I have ever been in, but covered me with their plates so I could drive it until they got my plates in (there was a complication due to the car being used in some demos prior). To top it off their service dept has been in touch with me since to bring the car back in a few weeks so a paint issue on the back bumper can be taken care of, providing me with a loaner when it happens, and making sure I get a back-up key fob.

The experience with these guys is unreal, and after scoping other dealers in the area I feel very confident with this start to what I expect will be a long-term partnership with Sarat. Really cannot say enough, but THANK YOU Nate and Sarat for my awesome new ride!!! Highly recommend!!

Bought a 2008 Fusion ( my Camry unexpectedly died). It was quick and painless. My first check up on it was easy and done on time. IF I had to find something that needed attention, it would be that I cannot get a text when car is ready. I am unable to get phone calls on cell as I work in the basement and calls won't go through. I was told it would be done by the time I get out of work and it was.
In October 2017 I took it in for some work, received a text when it was ready.. Place is clean, staff friendly, especially Service Manage John Gentile
Update. Needed to be squeezed in for an oil change....totally accommodated me. Ready in 2 hours.

Experience in parts and Service was not great at all, like most dealerships they only"care" about you to buy a car, other then that they treat you like your their pain in the butt just for ordering a part, when they could be sitting there and peacefully doing nothing.

Everybody was very nice and as I was waiting for my daughter to pick me up, I was asked if I needed a ride, if I wanted coffee and everyone salesman asked me if they could help me. Pete was very personable and thoughtful and professional. Very satisfied with Sarat Ford service.
