I'd never buy a car from Sarat again. I was treated great when purchasing a used car, but was treated poorly afterwards. I think most strikingly, I purchased two new front tires for the car and they were mounted incorrectly!! Directional tires with SIDE FACING INWARDS written on them, and guess what? Yup....they mounted them with "side facing inwards" facing outwards!?? Zero confidence in a dealer that can't even mount tires correctly :(

I chose to come here based on a referral from my friend, she had set me up with Jacob in the service department and he did not disappoint. Every concern i had he addressed, then he called me and went over all the other stuff , and when I asked him the benefit of doing it, he gave me a very educated answer that I appreciated so I decided to do the work. Before I came in I got a call and he made me aware that there was some discrepancy with the warranty company, mean while i am getting myself prepared for a massive bill mentally, he called back to tell me that it was all taken care of, I came picked up my car and now he has received a customer for life. Also on a side note them rental ladies Katie and Chelsea are amazing.

Disappointed with sunroof issue. Apparently truck needs new roof rails. Took delivery of vehicle at end of March. Never tested sunroof during test drive as it was raining during the entire process( was a Sunday afternoon). Surprised issue not covered under warranty, hard to believe that vehicle passed the CPO certification with this issue. Decided not to fix. Don t really use sunroof ( discovered issue by accident), dealer can fix it when I eventually trade vehicle in another year.

Worked for me! I bought a new F150 from Sarat Ford in 2013 and had an issue with the truck 4 months outside the warranty period. After talking with Sarat Auto Body they referred me to Mark Crawley at Sarat and Mark went to Ford Corporate to resolve the issue. After about a week Mark called me with some good news and the truck was repaired to like new condition, Flawless workmanship! Kim and Jack at Sarat were great and I don't think any of it would of been possible without Mark's ability to work with people to a point you rarely see anymore. 5 STARS without a doubt!

By far the worst experience ever buying a vehicle. After purchasing an F150 from them it didn't pass inspection right out of the gate. Then I brought it back for a second time to get the inspection sticker and I get a call saying the truck is all set. I get there and they gave me a rejection sticker and didn't bother to tell me. So it took the third time to FINALLY get the inspection sticker and then since the very beginning there was a grinding/rubbing noise coming from the front end, Clunking noise when steering, Door switches kept saying the doors were open and they had put there newest service tech on it because they weren't making any money off of me from labor hours so they didn't want to put a top guy on the job. After the fourth time back the noise was not fixed so I was going to have to bring back the truck for the fifth time to get fixed. They would not give me a rental the fourth and fifth time even though it was there fault for not getting it taken care of the first couple times. Getting an update on the progress of the truck would sometimes take about 6 hours. So the last time I brought it in they said they fixed the door switches, Not even 5 minutes after I left the door was saying it was open when it wasn't. Overall I would love to return the truck and get all my money back if I could and I can confidently say that I will not be returning and I will definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

Well not only did Vermette Auto fix it they didn't even charge me. I took my car back to Sarat Ford and it passed this time. I want to thank the employees who helped me today.
