Had a great experience with Jim Driscoll as my salesman. Would highly recommend him and Sarat Ford as a whole. They really went to bat for me.

I'd never buy a car from Sarat again. I was treated great when purchasing a used car, but was treated poorly afterwards. I think most strikingly, I purchased two new front tires for the car and they were mounted incorrectly!! Directional tires with SIDE FACING INWARDS written on them, and guess what? Yup....they mounted them with "side facing inwards" facing outwards!?? Zero confidence in a dealer that can't even mount tires correctly :(

I had a headlight out. When I tried to change it, I realized it wasn't just the bulb, but also the connection. As I was on my way out of town, it had to be fixed and right away. I brought the car to Sarat and they took it right in and the problem was fixed and I was on my way.

The reception center at Sarat Ford in Agawam is first-rate. Your car receives a complimentary checkup (tires, alignment and electrical) before the reason that it is at the service shop is attended to.
The replacement of the Takata airbag took less than 1 hour.

I was having a problem with the heated seat in my Lincoln MKC a few weeks ago. Justin S. was very helpful and gladly answered all my questions and repaired my seat very quickly. I'm so thankful for a technician as knowledgeable as him.

While everyone is always very pleasant, our appointment (I feel) took too long. It was scheduled for an 8:00 oil change, we arrived at 7:45 and we did not leave until 9:00.

I chose to come here based on a referral from my friend, she had set me up with Jacob in the service department and he did not disappoint. Every concern i had he addressed, then he called me and went over all the other stuff , and when I asked him the benefit of doing it, he gave me a very educated answer that I appreciated so I decided to do the work. Before I came in I got a call and he made me aware that there was some discrepancy with the warranty company, mean while i am getting myself prepared for a massive bill mentally, he called back to tell me that it was all taken care of, I came picked up my car and now he has received a customer for life. Also on a side note them rental ladies Katie and Chelsea are amazing.

Actual purchase of the car went smoothly.
The following two months that it took to get extra work done (that was part of the negotiated deal) that proved frustrating.
When things finally came together, the work only took a day and a half, and I got my car back in a reasonable time frame.

The staff could not have been more efficient or helpful. Extremely pleasant experience with service department.

I stopped by yesterday to take a look at the new continentals. As I'm getting back into the car this salesman named Ken Carrington literally pops out of the dealership and keeps trying to talk to me as I tell him i was all set and didn't need help, he keeps asking me questions about the car as I'm getting into my vehicle, then as I'm closing my door he literally sticks his hand into my car so I cant close the door and gives me his card. This is your dealership if you like high pressure salesmen.

Service was quick, convenient and reasonable. The person at the front counter was polite and professional and personable.

Absolutely DISGUSTED at this dealership. Bought my car a year ago when I knew very little about cars or the buying process. Now that I work for a dealership they completely took advantage of me and I am $13,000 in debt because of this I can not think of purchasing/leasing a new car for years. The sales and service staff are terrible and every time I go in I have problems. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Better off buying from a used car dealership then this mess.

This is for their service department. A B.S. 99 dollar diagnostic fee to discover a loose clamp in my relatives car. Great, ok fine at least reposition or replace the 2 dollar clamp.

No, they want to be greedy and charge parts and an hour labor for the two minute "job."

This is basic customer service being swept aside to take advantage of someone who isn't car savvy for a quick buck.

Luckily my relative reached out and we got the vehicle out of there ASAP.

Terrible! plenty of other places to take our business.

As always service was prompt (a heads up your coming helps) and no issues . Mike does a great job of scheduling appointment and communicating.

A few months ago, I purchased my first Lincoln. I recently had a service issue and brought the vehicle into the service dept. The service reception experience is excellent. Nicole (Service Advisor) was very nice and very professional. She not only provided a loaner while my vehicle was in the shop, it was a late model Lincoln! At one point in the process, I did have a concern and asked to speak to John (Service Manager). John is very responsive and very professional. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome.

John Cassidy was extremely helpful, informative and very patient throughout our transaction. He made it possible for me to drive away in a vehicle that I have wanted for quite some time but thought it was out of reach. I have already recommended him to a friend who is looking for a Ford Explorer. John Cassidy is a great asset To your company.

Hi Jamal was great. However when I called to make the appointment, the operator was not helpful, told me I could not get a rental, even though my car would be tied up all day, and maybe 2. And I also told her I have coverage for this under my own ins. Would not budge. Very disappointing human relations. You should know.

I received great assistance from service representative Dean Hoppe. He got me in had a new tire on my vehicle in time. Many thanks for your Service Rep and techs.
This is the reason why I buy from Sarat Ford and do my best to get service done there.

2013 Ford fusion with 63k motor blown due to faulty coolant sending sensor 4 months out of warranty and Sarat Ford can't do anything for me purchased new at same dealership needless to say that is our last Ford vehicle I will ever purchase!!!!!!!

Salesman wasn't bad by any means. However, I was pretty much called a liar when I said another dealership in Windsor was offering XXX price for the vehicle I wanted. They maybe thought I was bluffing, but ended up getting in at a much better price and without so much attitude at Mitchell Selig Ford.

I had an oil filter adapter issue and the it was resolved by changing the adapter. Great customer service from Sarat. I always believed the great service sells new cars. The people at Sarat always make me feel like a VIP. That why I buy my vehicles from Sarat Ford

Bought a Tacoma pickup from Sarat Ford. They were nice and professional. Went back for an oil change and they did a great job and informed me of everything done to my vehicle. Everyone was helpful and attentive. Great dealership.

Highly recommend going here for a vehicle whether brand new or preowned..came in to look at a preowned truck and ended up buying here..Nate was our salesman and a great down to earth guy..no gimmicks and was very helpful and cared about what we wanted and got us in exactly what we wanted..Jeff the owner is a great guy and knows how to run a business and was also very helpful. service is great and didn t feel pressured..will continue to always do business here.

I like that they find a problem and reporter to the owner of the car and dont push to fix the problem let customer make the call on fixing it and getting second to think of there

Walter White at Sarat ford is the best! He helped me get into an amazing vehicle for a better price. He really works for his customers! For those of you with children he always is great with children having to be there for the car buying process! In general he's just an amazing car sales man! He's not like a typical car sales man!

While folks were pleasant, I waited over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Got there at 5:15pm for a 5:30pm appointment, and didn't leave until after 7pm.

Courteous greeting and a pleasant experience with the Lincoln service writer. My next appointment is recorded and retrievable to update my calendar.

Oil and filter change. Appointment made for 7:30AM. Dropped vehicle off and let them know I was waiting for it. Also was having a problem with sunroof looked at. Service finished up at 11.30.
Disappointed with sunroof issue. Apparently truck needs new roof rails. Took delivery of vehicle at end of March. Never tested sunroof during test drive as it was raining during the entire process( was a Sunday afternoon). Surprised issue not covered under warranty, hard to believe that vehicle passed the CPO certification with this issue. Decided not to fix. Don t really use sunroof ( discovered issue by accident), dealer can fix it when I eventually trade vehicle in another year.

I get my Fiesta ST serviced here. I've purchased two cars here and both have been good to me.

3 hours to change just oil, no other maintenance. Under carriage panels not properly installed. Asked to fix it and was told they didn t have the ability to fix it. Not good coming from OEM service.

Worked for me! I bought a new F150 from Sarat Ford in 2013 and had an issue with the truck 4 months outside the warranty period. After talking with Sarat Auto Body they referred me to Mark Crawley at Sarat and Mark went to Ford Corporate to resolve the issue. After about a week Mark called me with some good news and the truck was repaired to like new condition, Flawless workmanship! Kim and Jack at Sarat were great and I don't think any of it would of been possible without Mark's ability to work with people to a point you rarely see anymore. 5 STARS without a doubt!

By far the worst experience ever buying a vehicle. After purchasing an F150 from them it didn't pass inspection right out of the gate. Then I brought it back for a second time to get the inspection sticker and I get a call saying the truck is all set. I get there and they gave me a rejection sticker and didn't bother to tell me. So it took the third time to FINALLY get the inspection sticker and then since the very beginning there was a grinding/rubbing noise coming from the front end, Clunking noise when steering, Door switches kept saying the doors were open and they had put there newest service tech on it because they weren't making any money off of me from labor hours so they didn't want to put a top guy on the job. After the fourth time back the noise was not fixed so I was going to have to bring back the truck for the fifth time to get fixed. They would not give me a rental the fourth and fifth time even though it was there fault for not getting it taken care of the first couple times. Getting an update on the progress of the truck would sometimes take about 6 hours. So the last time I brought it in they said they fixed the door switches, Not even 5 minutes after I left the door was saying it was open when it wasn't. Overall I would love to return the truck and get all my money back if I could and I can confidently say that I will not be returning and I will definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Sales service was great and very informative. Very fair with my trade in and the overall process was enjoyable. Facilities are very nice and selection is great.

Service was professional, timely and courteous. Vehicle was taken in quickly and serviced while I waited. All issues were addressed and corrected.

Customer service is fantastic. Attention to detail is a main focus as well. Communication to me throughout the repair of my truck was excellent. They have gained another customer through excellent communication, prompt service, and going the extra mile to ensure a happy customer.

Had my car inspected there. They told me it failed because of the front headlights were foggy. They had already call Vermette Auto for me and told me to take it there and they would fix it. Well not only did Vermette Auto fix it they didn't even charge me. I took my car back to Sarat Ford and it passed this time. I want to thank the employees who helped me today. I would definitely recommend Sarat Ford for your car inspection.

I made a 7am appointment to replace 4 tires a oil change a air filter and a cabin filter I dropped the car off the night before so I stopped in to check on my car at 1:30 pm to see if my car was done they didn t even start it I was not happy I was told that they would call when it was done they were going to start on it shortly it should take 2 to 3 hours well I live over a hour away they called after 5 pm I said I would pick it up the next day what is the purpose of a 7 am appointment if you re not going to abide by it I thought I was at a doctors office I have always had great service from Sarat I have buying cars and trucks from them since 2001 never had a issue always 5 stars this one got me it cost me time out of work to get my car the next day

Brad was very thorough in taking down and documenting our concern with a Navigator. He kept in touch along the way erasing any doubts that our vehicle would get taken care of.

Did not offer decent prices on Explorer, go elsewhere for great deals. Salesperson sent us packing with no interest in working with us or even contacting us again. Plenty of Ford dealers around who actually want your business.
