Recently had our Lincoln MKC serviced at Sarat For...

Recently had our Lincoln MKC serviced at Sarat Ford in Agawam, MA and couldn't be more pleased. Normal scheduled maintenance and inspection performed and completed to my total satisfaction as have all my previous appointments have been which also includes our Ford Explorer LTD. The new Lincoln and Ford Service Centers are great with a superb waiting rooms. Thanks to everyone in the Service Department and especially Carol for being the type of Service Representative that any customer would fully appreciate.

I've been a customer at Sarat Ford for more years than I can remember. Their new facility is outstanding. It is the people who work there that keep me coming back. They fix it right the first time. It is the owners, Mr John Sarat; Jack Sarat; and now Jeff Sarat, who manage the operation to see that it happens. I can't ask for better than that.

My 2013 Escape Titanium has 91.000 miles on it. I've had great service at Sarat and no.problems at all. Now, I had an oill leak on the right axel.
Sarat fixed the problem and loaned me a vehicle so I could work during the repair.
John, the service rep could not have been more helpful. I appreciate his following through for me. Excellent experience!

We have always brought our cars to Sarat. Anna and Mike are superb. We still bring in our cars, but the only bad thing I have to say is that my husband's truck was brought in for service and Nicole waited on him. His car sat for a full day without being seen until around 4 p.m. At that time, he was told that they needed to order a part and that it wouldn't be ready for the next day. We had an appointment, were told by Nicole that people who wait get waited on first. That makes no sense. Being without a car for 2 days.. while having an appointment ... and not being seen was poor service. We now wait for Anna or Mike, or we don't bring in our cars/truck

We purchased a 2018 Ford F150 from Sarat. We came to the experience a bit frazzled as our current vehicle had just died and we needed to replace it quickly. Our sales person - John Cassidy - was very knowledgeable, knew his inventory, and had a vehicle identified in no time. Once identified - he did offer us up sale AND down sale alternatives just to make sure we were fully informed. We had the old vehicle towed to Sarat. They took care of everything else - and we were on the road again within a week.

I was waiting for 30 minutes and no one approached me. Very bad customer service. Chuck Micky was on his phone the entire time I was waiting for someone to help. I eventually asked someone to help me look for a new car and chuck was the employee that was referred to me.

My wife and I had 1 day to find a replacement for her car. She was reluctant to look at Fords, we met Jim Driscol who has been with Sarat for over 2 decades and now we see why. His professionalism and knowledge of Ford products assured my wife she had come to the right place.He was able to locate a vehicle that was not on the lot but it was exactly what she wanted. Our Sales Mgr Brian Foley did all that was necessary to ensure a great sales process through his pleasant and professional disposition Jim spent a good deal of time showing us all our explorer sport's extensive features. The Certified Pre Owned inspection was performed under the guidance and direction of senior master tech Justn S. He has provided us price of mind knowing that our explorer will be a safe reliable vehicle for years to come. Bottom line is there is a reason why this dealership has stood the rest of time, sure there lower prices at other dealerships but in my opinion you cant put a price tag on integrity.

I am currently leasing a brand new Fiesta ST from ...

I am currently leasing a brand new Fiesta ST from Sarat. The whole deal went very smoothly and easily. And the salesman worked very hard make the deal work. I planned on leasing the car now and financing to buy the car after the lease ends. Now this is where the pros end. I made a boo boo and went into a touch less car wash with a alignment ramp on one side. The bumpers had no rubber and chipped one of the wheels. This was obviously my fault. I called the dealer and ordered a new wheel $500 with core. They said it would be in next week Friday so I set an appointment to have it installed that Saturday. The next Saturday I went to the service counter and come to find out the wheel had never been ordered. Very upset that I wasted a Saturday I spoke to Jeff letting him know the wheel was paid in full but was never ordered. All it took was a phone call to let me know what happened and I would of not been upset. So they ordered the wheel and said they would call when it came in. Another Saturday later the wheel was in and I had them put it on. They charged me for mounting and balancing which is fine. After all was said and done when I looked at the wheel I noticed it had a small chip in it from mounting. Now going to school for automotive I understood they did not take the care to mount the wheel properly. I've mounted corvette wheels without as much of a smudge on them. I was told Jeff was not there and talked with someone else who was in charge. He told me that they would fix the wheel if the chip expanded. Already furious I let it go. Paying this much for a wheel I expected the wheel to be in the same condition as when the factory installed them. If you buy a car from them I recommend having someone else service it. I don't think I or my parents will buy or service another ford here for the agony I had to go thru.

I had 2 appointments. One with the service department and one with the body shop and both were excellent. I will be going back probably next week to have new tires put on my Ford Fusion and I'm sure that too will be very satisfactory

I wish I could give a NEGATIVE 5 star review but that's not possible. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE!!!! A family member purchased a car from here and the dealer kept it for 6 months telling my family member that it's being worked on and my family member received a $50 ticket from ezpass in the state of NY! Why is the vehicle on camera in a different state?! Not to mention the vehicle had 700+ miles on it WITHOUT my family members permission! They still have the vehicle! They've also lied about parts being on back order, I called another dealer for availability on the same parts and they said they were available the next day. Jeff wouldn't even look at or apologize to my family member or offer a loaner car. I keep urging my family member to get their lawyer & the local news involved. If my family member doesn't contact a news station, I will because this is absoululy absurd that my family member has to deal with this and be without a vehicle for this long. Have I mentioned the warranty ran out on the vehicle because the dealer has had it so long. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Great selection of new and used vehicles! I bought my last two trucks from Sarat. The sales staff is great! They don't try to sell you on anything, they sincerely want to help you find and get what you're looking for. The finance department is awesome too! They work hard to get you the right financing. I highly recommend Sarat Ford!

Awfully slow, dishonest and rude. My car has a seized front driver side caliper. The customer service said she will have someone look at it and she will come back with a quote. I have been waiting for almost 2:30:00. Eventually I went to talk to another customer service personnel and obviously FOR 2 HOURS NOBODY HAS EVEN LOOKED AT IT YET? He was explaining that it's because she put me in as a "leaver" instead of a "waiter" and it's not his problem that they don't know I'm waiting! WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T KNOW I'M WAITING???? YOU JUST TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL COME BACK WITH A QUOTE!
Considering how dishonest and inefficient they are, I would say this is the worst place to get your car fixed.

Sarat Ford is the place to go to buy a vehicle and to have it serviced. I bought my F150 from Aaaron Coon, Sales Manager at Sarat Ford. A fantastic truck and the price was right. On my last visit for an oil change, John Gentile, Service Advisor made sure that I was completely satisfied with the service. Many thanks Sarat Ford for having such a caring and client centered staff.

Had a very good experience my lease was up went in without an appointment and was greeted with open arms from seller Lenny he took the time to go over my options, I was very pleased after thinking everything over I decided to keep my lease. I returned did some paperwork was put in a loaner my vehicle received a oil change new tire and breaks and inspection ,car washed and ready for me the next day.. I m very pleased staff was nice and worked with me to keep my vehicle..Great experience..

I brought my car in for service Friday morning. My car was ready that day but I was unable to pickup until Saturday. After picking it up, I drove about 5 miles when there was this HORRIBLE sound coming from the back end of the car. I was furious and called Sarat Service. Lincoln Roadside Assistance was called and I was towed back to the dealer. When I got to the dealer at 3:45pm (they close at 4pm) my car was immediately surrounded by several service dept employees and brought inside immediately and put up on the lift (the mechanic that had serviced my car who had come in for something else, hung out and waited for my car to get there). Turns out one of my rear wheel barrings blew (nothing that they had done wrong). They went out of their way to get me a loaner car and Nancy stayed past the closing time to make sure I was all set. I will honestly never go anywhere else for my cars in the future. We are customers for life! (And I was so happy to see Nancy back!!!!!)

I bought my 2017 F350 SuperDuty new at Sarat last ...

I bought my 2017 F350 SuperDuty new at Sarat last September 2018 and had two complementary service appointments for oil changes and tire rotations. Walking in with no appointment on a busy Saturday 3/23/2019 at 9:30 am I thought may be a long wait before the service would be completed so I planned to walk down to the Friendly's and have breakfast to kill at least an hour. Service Advisor Dean Hoppe seemed a little busy when i asked him if he could take a walk in and he really looked like he wanted me to schedule the appointment. But, after saying i could wait and asked again if he could squeeze me in, he said ok and said they would take me.
I went to the parts counter to order a part for my other 2011 Fusion and came back and let Dean know i was gonna kill some time and walk down to get some breakfast and he asked for my cell to notify me when it was completed. I got back after about an hour 10:52 am (i took a picture so that was the time stamp). They didn't need to call because as i walked in it was done. The truck was in the bay and had just been completed and was ready to go. Dean Joked that i should write a good review and i said i would so here is a satisfied customer who expected a few hours wait because i was a walk in with no scheduled appointment. Thanks Dean! great job! - hoping all service is this pleasant.

My husband and I drove 3 hrs from NY to buy my 2011 Ford Raptor. We were very impressed with the owner being so hands on and personable. The sales person Steve P. had all of the leg work done over the phone. Steve P. went over all the features on the truck all while balancing 3 customers at the same time. Steve R. made the paperwork very quick and easy. These gentlemen made this experience so quick and easy. Never pressured us. We will make the drive again for future purchases and service. My husband, Roland, brought our Ford F-150 in for a recall appointment and told customer service that he needed a courtesy ride home. He then went to wait in the waiting room. After an hour and a half he went back to customer service to remind him that he wanted a courtesy ride home. Apparently there was some confusion the first time he asked. He eventually arrived home.

The recall on the truck was done in a timely fashion and like always customer service is very helpful and polite.

I have utilized Sarat Ford-Lincoln for the service of my Ford vehicles for the past 12+ years and I have always found the Service Team very accommodating. Tricia, Nicole and Mike are always eager to please and make time for my needs. Even when I call at the last minute for a service need, they always find a way to squeeze me in even on a Saturday. Their quotes are spot on and when I compare those quotes to other service locations, I found the quotes competitive. In addition to the great service I have received from the Service Department, I also found the Sales Team very supportive. During my recent purchase of a Lincoln MKX, Derrick and Jack went out of their way to work with me to assure I ended up with the vehicle I wanted. I will continue to do business with Sarat Ford Lincoln.

It's unlikely that I will buy another vehicle from...

It's unlikely that I will buy another vehicle from this dealer. What an awful delivery process. The vehicle was not inspected before delivery and the wait time to get a sticker at Sarat is absurd. The day I picked it up they said I had wait 2 hours for a sticker. They said "come back in the morning when it's slow." Show up at 8:15 the next morning and it was 2 1/2- 3 hours wait. I finally got it done by arriving at 7am the following week. I was there until 8:15 even though I got there right when they opened. I spent 26K on a vehicle and had to go back 3 times just to get it inspected. Probably not doing that again and unless you have time to waste I wouldn't recommend going there.

We test drove an she purchased... we had such a great experience I came back the next week and leased one for myself. Sarat bought out my Jeep lease and put me in a new car the same day!!! In the past , always dreaded going to a dealership and sitting thru the process. Finally a fair positive experience at a car dealership, just recently traded my original purchases, a F150 Black opts to a 2016 F250 FX4, and a 2014 escape to a 2017escape. The sales department, the finance department and the service department provided an excellent experience. Great product, professionals and friends. Look forward to future purchases.

The service department is terrible. They way over ...

The service department is terrible. They way over charge you for everything. All I needed was for the clamp on a hose to be moved back to it's original position which takes two minutes and new coolant to stop the overheating. They wanted to charge $250. I said no and because I said no to this and wanted to take my car out and do it myself they still charged me $99 anyway for labor...for doing absolutely nothing. Stay away from this place!!!

They have the most Ford and Lincoln vehicles on their lot then any other dealership that carries the Ford name. We had to drop off our truck for service and we had requested a loaner. The loaner that they provided for us was beautiful. No headaches about no you can t get a loaner, they were spot on. Jamaal in service is our favorite advisor
He is courteous, not always available because every body wants to work with him. When your truck is ready he goes over it with you, opens the door for you. Nobody does that for you. When it comes time to get into another truck it will be this dealership because of the exceptional service that you receive from Jamaal in service. If you treat your customers right in-service you will always have them as forever customers to purchase vehicles from you. FYI
Also Brad over in Lincoln is also extremely professional and detailed oriented. Very polite.

A few months ago, I purchased my first Lincoln. I recently had a service issue and brought the vehicle into the service dept. The service reception experience is excellent. Nicole (Service Advisor) was very nice and very professional. She not only provided a loaner while my vehicle was in the shop, it was a late model Lincoln! At one point in the process, I did have a concern and asked to speak to John (Service Manager). John is very responsive and very professional. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome.

i have always had an excellent re pore with Sarat Ford and appreciate their honesty and quality of work. The work is done fairly, honestly and there are never any surprises.
Whether it is an oil change or something more serious, I will always bring my vehicle back for service there.

I have always had good service when I go to Sarat Ford. On this visit I went in for an oil change but ended up needing brakes and calipers installed which made it quite an expensive visit. I knew my brakes were in need of service and they had to be taken care of. the service representative gave me an honest price and explained all the items I needed and I felt it was fairly done with an appropriate price. They performed the service in a timely manner and I know I was treated appropriately with no secret charges.
Sarat Ford service is a trustworthy and full service facility that I trust.

We just purchased a 2014 Explorer. We found all staff to be absolutely wonderful. They all went so far above and beyond any expectations we could have had. From our test drive, to sales and finalizing the sale. We found the atmosphere to be very family friendly and sweet to our two young daughters. Beyond the positive interactions, we were able to purchase a dream car for a very reasonable price. We have been driving all over the state in just one week because it's so comfortable. Thank you for making our experience such a positive one! We will be back for our next purchase!

I made a 7am appointment to replace 4 tires a oil change a air filter and a cabin filter I dropped the car off the night before so I stopped in to check on my car at 1:30 pm to see if my car was done they didn t even start it I was not happy I was told that they would call when it was done they were going to start on it shortly it should take 2 to 3 hours well I live over a hour away they called after 5 pm I said I would pick it up the next day what is the purpose of a 7 am appointment if you re not going to abide by it I thought I was at a doctors office I have always had great service from Sarat I have buying cars and trucks from them since 2001 never had a issue always 5 stars this one got me it cost me time out of work to get my car the next day

Where Customers Become Friends is the motto the we so often hear on the radio, advertising that if you purchase your car from Sarat Ford, they will become your friends. I found out recently that this slogan is far from the truth.
My father purchased his third vehicle from Sarat at the end of June and unfortunately passed away 10 weeks later. To our dismay, the salesman had sold my father a car that was too large for my mother and the loan pay off actually had exceeded the value of the car since there was an additional $3000 extended warranty added on to the loan. We were shocked to find that my dad had made such an egregious error in his purchase. I find it hard to believe that any salesman would have in good faith agreed to sell the car that they sold him and an extended warranty on top of it...to a man as ill as my father was when he purchased it.
After doing all the math after my dads passing, I felt compelled to reach out to Sarat Ford. I called both Jeff and Jack asking advice from them on what to do since we had never expected this of course, and thought in good faith that they would steer us in the right direction, ie. sell it ourselves, turn it back to the loan company, possibly trade it back to them for a more adaptable car for my mom...something. The loan for the car was astronomical. Well .surprisingly what do you think happened??? NOTHING!!
I never received a call from Jeff after Peggy in service told me she would actually walk over and speak to Jeff herself to tell him about my dad (they all knew him there and thought the world of my father) and said he would certainly call me back. I waited four days and called Jack myself.
He was sympathetic to my dad's passing and said that he and Jeff would discuss it and call me back. That was a month ago. I am writing this because I am incredibly disappointed in the sad realization that Sarat is just like every other dealership; They are basically concerned with the sale of the vehicle and the additional cha ching of selling the extended warranty. Please look to another dealership and don t go to this place. I am completely disheartened. I would give NO stars if that was available...

Everyone here was extremely helpful. They were not pushy or just trying to get a sale. The salesman I worked with, Ron, was very knowledgeable and helped me to find exactly what I wanted. I test drove several cars multiple times, and he was patient until I made up my mind. As a first time car buyer, I felt very comfortable. The sales manager, Aaron, was also great to work with. Overall a great experience, WAY better than my experiences test driving cars at Hyundai, Honda, and Toyota.

We bought or truck at sarat ford and just want to say they have been everything and more to us. We didn't even buy a ford from them but they still treat us and our car like family. Drop off for service and they explain repairs to you before they do them and are very reasonable for prices for a dealership. Nothing but great things to say and i look foward to doing more business in the near future.

I can't say enough good things about Jamal Martin in the service department. He has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. His efforts show that he cares and truly wants to help the customer.
As long as he is at Sarat Ford, that's where I will bring my vehicles.

Salesperson took his time to explain the cars and options to me, and packages available. I was just casually looking at CPO cars at this point in time but was very pleased with the level of service offered. Ultimately, I did not purchase a car here because they did not have one with the options I wanted when I was ready to purchase. Also, pricing was on the high side for the CPO cars they had in stock.
