We will not use our local hospital in Venice. Two mis-diagnosis situations that were corrected at SMH.
We have unfortunately spent a lot of time at SMH - but the upside is that your attention to detail, the care of the service providers, and the experience is always a 10. We love you, we are still here to be able to praise your good work.

I recently had major surgery here. Everyone on the 6th floor surgical were super and went over and beyond any expectations! I especially want to thank Raylen, Sandy and Lori and Yuri, my nurses. They made my visit truly great and all were compassionate and caring. They never once made me feel uncomfortable or a bother....just the opposite! I know there are many others like them but they were "mine " and I want them to know they are appreciated. They are a dedicated group and the hospital is very fortunate to have them. THANK YOU!!

I have spent fair amount of time staying with surgery and treatment. ICU, Rehabilitation, Cardiology and general admission. I rate all these are 5 star.
The ER I rate a 2 at best, I have experienced this poor service more than once. I came close to death due to their mistakes in ER. I continue to use SMH because of superior care inside after admissions.

Sarasota Memorial is the BEST hospital! Many thanks Dr. Ruffin, nurses and staff. Thoughtful beside manner and confident skills. Brought my 91 year old father in to the ER and they treated him so well with respect and great care. Had him in and out swiftly.

The technician, Shanna come out to the waiting room , greeted me and brought me back to the room where the swallow test would be done. She was very pleasant and explained what was going to happen. The doctor entered the room, greeted me and shook my hand. The procedure was efficiently completed. When the doctor left, Shanna showed some of the video to me and explained what was taking place. Seeing the video helped me to understand my swallowing technique. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

I would recommend this hospital to anyone that needs treatment. But now for people who are trying to work there. THE HR Department has never called me back when I have left messages for them. If you are qualified for one of the positions trust me look somewhere else. They do not call people for interviews and you are stuck trying to find work in other places.

Doctor said couldnt take my gallbladder out. Night before said if I felt worse to come in and they would remove my gallbladder. Then they refer me to a surgeon that is only open on tuesday for consults. Until then I guess I stay on heavy pain meds and have family come in out of town to take care of my kids for I dont even know how long. Sarasota memorial doesnt care about its patients, their pain, or their needs to get health under control. I guess what is left for me to do is sit in pain until the surgeon can see me almost a week later.

The ineffeciency here staggers me. Dropped off a patient and they were supposed to be done at 12, but didn't end up finishing until 1:30. Then it took me over 20 minutes to find patient pickup because the directions they gave me were wrong and signage was minimal at best, only to find I had to do a u-turn in the parking garage to access it. Waited 20 more minutes for the patient to be wheeled out because the nurse didn't recognize my car. At least drop off was super easy but everything after that was so stressful. The crazy thing is I didn't even go inside the hospital (though I heard stories from the person I picked up) and it was still a ridiculous hassle.

I am not from this area but had bad chest pains. Went to the ER in North Port. They transferred me here to Sarasota Memorial in Sarasota. I believe the Good Lord sent me to the best Heart Hospital in Florida. After Heart Catheterization and a Stent, I feel great. The nurses are all very caring and attentive, and the food was good too. A big thank you to everyone that helped me.

Sarasota Memorial Hospital Pre-Authorization MIS-Q...

Sarasota Memorial Hospital Pre-Authorization MIS-QUOTED me for a procedure I was having taken place at their outpatient center. They put in the wrong codes to my insurance company. I would have never had the procedure at this costly rate knowing it was twice as much as they quoted. I contacted the Pre-Authorization department 1/2 dozen times if not more and they were extremely uncooperative. (Jordan, Nick, Candy, Sandy, Stephanie, Christopher, Margaret, Don Mc Cain, Alexander, McKenzie) I left messages with billing, Pre-Authorization department asking to speak with a manager and NO ONE gave me the common courtesy to call me back. This went on for months that I would leave a message and NO ONE would return my call. I would think TWICE before having a procedure with them again before talking to your insurance company. The girl screwed up Stephanie and plain and simple would not take responsibility.

I can give this 2 stars because 2 of the nurses were amaxing. Very real and obviously loving the profession for the right reasons. They both deserve 5 stars. The rest of the stay gets 1 star. It's hard to have a loved one sick and in the hospital. The night my husband was admitted through the ER (I'm not even going to get into that horrible experience), his nurse on his floor was fantastic. He told me I was welcome to stay as long as I like and be with my husband anytime. The person at the security desk in the ER took my license, printed my sticker and never questioned that I should be with my husband. His first 2 nurses were awesome and I was so happy to see this after past experiences haven't been so great. When the new nurse came on duty for the second night everything took a nose dive. She seemed overwhelmed and bothered by the same things the other nurses handled with ease. I left at 8:30 and received a call from my husband at midnight that he was still in a lot of pain and would like me to sit with him. I drove 20 minutes to the hospital, checked in with security who told me their policy was not to let anyone in unless the person they were visiting had a private room. She called his nurse to ask if I could be with him since the policy is actually "at the caregiver's discretion". His nurse said no and the woman at the desk told her he called me. The nurse went to his room and asked him if he was having a problem. Since they were doing everything they could to try to keep him comfortable he said no. The nurse told the woman at the front desk he didn't know anything about me being there and I could not go up. I was on the phone with him at the time and heard her ask him if there was a problem, she never asked him if he called me to go up there. He kept saying he didn't know why she was doing this. She would not change her mind and I asked the woman at the front desk to please mention to someone how upset this made me and how wrong I thought it was. She said. "I'm a nobody, they won't listen to me."
After my horrible experience in the emergency room with deceptive billing explanations, I was again extremely uncomfortable knowing a person who had just lied and deceived us was now caring for my husband and I was not allowed to be there. The lies made me feel like she was hiding something or on a power trip that tore my heart up knowing he was there alone in so much pain. It was a Friday at 12:30 AM, there was nothing else I could do.
What is your purpose of keeping people away from their family members when they need them the most? I understand he had another patient in his room but I don't see why I couldn't just sit next to him and hold his hand while he was going through so much pain. This is a hospital, not a prison. If I became disruptive I would understand if you asked me to leave as you could with any family member comforting their loved one. This is so heartless and not in the best interest of the patients or their families.

I was on a FMLA because my husband was Diagnosed with colon rectum and anus cancer and I needed to be with him for his
cancer treatments.Radiation and chemo 5 days a week.we had to drive to S.Petersburg bay pines VA hospital from Bradenton.SMH HR approved my FMLA time off but they said that I wasn't able to get pay from my bank B sick time, which I have 223 hours accumulated and They're excuse was that only apply for me only if I get sick and hospitalized for over 40 hours that if I didint have any vacation time on bank A which I didn't have any time in my bank A because they use that for evetything.I have to send a check to them every two weeks to cover my part for my medical insurance and if they didn't receive my payments my benefits will be suspended. So I worked very hard at SMHCS for almost 5 years.I earned those 223 hours and they said that even if I resign I will never get paid for that sick time.So this is pretty much there rule that you used or loose it.That's what happens to me.I was never sick for over 40 hours.SMH sick time policy sucks!!!!!. And this is the worse part I tooked my husband to SMH ER first because he was having diarrhea and bloody stool for two weeks. They did a CT ,Blood test and urine and 8 hours after they told him Mr.lebel you can go home they're is nothing wrong with You.Three days after He went to The Bay Pines VA ER hospital and did the same test that SMH did And they saw a big mass on my husband colon right away. The VA can't believe that Sarasota memorial hospital that 5 start hospital didn't catch this. MY HUSBAND insurance did get a bill from SMH for almost $11,000 dollars for a misdiagnosed .

I have had many cardiac and other surgical procedures done here in the past but something has definitely changed for the worse at this hospital. I was admitted through the e.r for symptoms of a heart attack at 8 PM by2 am I was so infuriated with the staff that I insisted on leaving against dr recommendation. Iv always been able to accept that hospital environment is not the ideal comfort zone but I couldn't take the conditions I was under any longer !! Sad that in the past things where always good but decided to take my chances and leave. I hope if or when I need to go back the next trip will be good . Definitely whish ther was someone to talk to about my unexpected short stay .sad when you're willing to put your life at risk by signing yourself out .

Officer Ken Dudley was outstanding in helping my loved one this week during this challenging pandemic time. No visitors were allowed at the ER so he was able to check on her progress for us and showed compassion and care. We were waiting for her outside on the bench for hours in the early am and were very concerned. We did not want to just leave her at the hospital alone and in extreme pain until we knew she was ok and there was a treatment plan in place.

Officer Dudley was doing a patrol later that am and stopped in to check on us. What an excellent example of going above and beyond. I am hoping that one of his supervisors in the security department reads this and he gets some recognition. It is well-deserved.

DO NOT GO TO THE SMH URGENT CARE CENTERS!!! They will take your copay and then send you a bill for $200. They take your copay at the register - mine was $50, then bill your health insurance $140 for a "service" and THEN bill the insurance company $200 for the doctor. The insurance company will pay the $140, but they won't pay the $200 for the Dr. because he/she will be "out of network." SMH will send you the $200 bill. So what am I paying the copay for? A bench to sit on? That is the $140 charge for? Save your money and go to the ER. I went to the Care Center for an ear infection.
Shame on you SMH!!! Taking the public's tax money and charging us as well.

****If you go to any other urgent care center they will just charge you the copay. no sneaky bills later.

Had total keen replacement 2 weeks ago. Could not have been a better expirience!!! While i was only there 1 night, from the moment i walked in the door the hospital was great. All staff (from the lady that prepped my leg to the doctors to the nurses as well as the food service/meal quality) were wonderful. Everything was explained to me. The place is clean and very organized and has upgraded systems/technology. They also have a person at each hallway corner to help direct you. Definitely a big plus considering how large the facility has become as well as the avg age of the patient. I could ramble on but i think you get the picture. You ould not be disappointed going here.

The slowest, uncaring ER staff ever! Brought my 80 year old Dad in cuz he thought he was have a stroke. Told the ER staff. They finally took him back to see a doctor after 3 hours. They didn't have more than 8 patients in the waiting room. I tried to get a status cuz I'm his ride home. Got told the nurse will let me know. I've been here 4 hours and am disgusted. I checked on my Dad at hour 5 and was told normal time in the ER is 6 hours and they are so busy. Don't know who the bicycle helmet masked employee is at the desk, but he hasn't done anything except work on the computer and text on his phone. Don't come here ever because the staff is uncaring and rude!

After 5 hours of waiting in the waiting room they ...

After 5 hours of waiting in the waiting room they finally took my husband back to the ER area where they put him on a rolling bed in the hallway. It took them 2 hours when waiting in the waiting room to take my husbands medical info and find out what his medical issue was. They took him in only after we said we were going to go elsewhere and then by some miracle they all of a sudden had room for him- in the hallway. We waited another hour for the only doctor I saw on the floor see him. That is 6 hours. Another hour later and they released him. We saw a woman come in that was screaming in agony (spinal problem) and they left her in the waiting room for 2 hours before they finally decided the screaming was disturbing. There was an elderly man in a wheel chair that was having problems breathing and he was in the waiting room for 4 hours. When we were waiting for them to escort us to the emergency area they brought a women in on a stretcher from a car outside and she was lying down vomiting and screaming in pain. They left her in the end of the waiting room hallway on the stretcher and people in the waiting room had to listen to her. It is unbelievable to me the things we saw. It was not wall to wall people in that waiting room. When we were back in the emergency area for 2 hrs I only saw the one doctor. I even asked the nurse is there only one doctor on duty. Her response was no they are over there- pointing down the long hall - around the corner in the doctors area on their computers. For 2 hours on their computers?? Something is very wrong with this emergency room. They are so totally unorganized it is a death trap. I would never recommend their emergency room. Our neighbor warned us after her all night waiting and they sent her home saying must just be indigestion when she went to doctor next day and found out she had to have her gall bladder removed. Thought maybe that was just an error that can happen. Well after what I saw I would highly suggest people find another emergency room. Try Doctors Hospital.

This hospital doesn t even deserve 1 star. Maybe only cause the 1700 cafe sandwich was really good. ELEVATOR B- floor 7 has the RUDEST nastiest nurses Iv ever delt with in my life!.. US families are going threw a hard time & they have the nerve to be disgusting and rude towards us. They should read over charts get a little background on their patient before they walk in! .. They waited 4 HOURS after surgery to take his vitals and start his antibiotics.. and the lady comes in and goes umm why didnt the other girl do this ..... the oxygen tubes were on the floor and she goes was he suppose to have this?... oh well then walks out. We expressed our concerns and was telling the doctor about what was doing on and the nurse says Iv heard this 17 times already . I m SHOCKED how disgusting their attitudes are!!!... they DONT make you feel comfortable or confident they are not on the same page with each other AT ALL. And the young man doing the blood work; kinda chucked and goes I m so sorry, I hear this all the time . STAY AWAY FROM THIS DAMN HOSPITAL.

Wow! After reading the reviews, I wish I had known this before. My husband was referred from the Sarasota Memorial Urgent Care to the ER of the hospital. The ER doctor was incompetent to say the least. After a perfunctory exam whereby she looked at my husband's back and pronounced back spasms, which we knew was not the case, we were sent on our way with scripts for a new round of muscle relaxers. Went to Venice Hospital a few days later again with severe back pain. After completing a round of testing, my husband was found to have an aggressive form of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. So severe we could not return to our home state before receiving at least one round of chemo. Cannot recommend this hospital. Go to the Venice Bayfront Regional Hospital. Excellent diagnostic services as well as caring and compassionate staff. Thank you to the Florida Cancer Specialist staff as well. I don't know what we would have done without them.

ZERO STARS!!! ER staff is extremely rude! The treatment I received while checking my vitals was awful. Terrible bedside manner. Slouched over and didn t look at me while I was talking to him. Definitely needs new staff that actually cares about those walking in because trust me, whoever is in pain most likely would rather be home too, BUT THIS IS THEIR JOB and their attitudes really need improvement. Honestly, do not waste your time here.

On the morning of Monday. January 27th, 2020, I experienced a cardio MRI.
As with all previous SMH visits, this procedure went extremely well . All hospital personnel with whom I dealt, the receptionist , prep nurse (Karen, I believe) and MRI technologist, Brian, performed their tasks with absolute professionalism. I especially appreciated Brian's encouragement and patience during our 50 minute interaction. He was able to deflect my initial anxiety resulting from the confinement of the procedure, and convert it into a confidence building situation.

If you have to be in a hospital this is the one you want to be in. The level of professional care in the staff are incredible in this day and age of hospital care. My sister broke her ankle and requested to be taken to Sarasota Memorial Hospital was the best choice for her surgery and care. The surgeon, nurses and staff made her time spent here amazing and off to an excellent healing start for both surgery and aftercare. This is where you want to be if a hospital is needed. Most impressive!!!!

I'm sure this place is great for middle class people with disposable income. Their billing practices are rigid and hurt people. Your options are to accept the payment plan they offer or be put into collections. If you do accept the payment plan, great, still in collections. They do offer 50% off during tax season, so make sure to plan your hospital visits accordingly.

First time in er with my father very good round 2 let me just make a special mention of a nurse Rebecca Bean. She was highly defensive about questions continually said I don't know or I can't say and refused to get the doctor. Spent 4 hours for her to say if the symptoms get worse come back, problem was this was the come back visit. Saw Dr Steven r. Newman once for about 5 mins and never again. Was told we were already informed of things we weren't and basically ignored by a staff with an attitude. I understand it's busy I understand it's a weekend, but please try to remember you chose your profession.

I have never wrote a review about a hospital, but I have to say this to everyone at SMH: thank you all the nurses and doctors in the delivery room on April 29th 2016! I have been there for my son's birth and couple other times for different health issues, but everybody was very friendly and caring each time I went there. Also my husband stepped outside the room door, because they were going up inside of her for a second and he did not know and it was like OMG! ( why are you hanging out here?!)
Why do they have to be so rude??????????
Maybe you need to post it in the rooms and wherever so we know your rules !!!

This hospital has very good accomidations and real...

This hospital has very good accomidations and really beneficial programs for a variety of medical situations, including addiction related cases. One example is patients suffering from an infected heart valve that is directly related to an infection known as endocarditis. These patients are usually sick and suffering as a direct result from intravenous recreational narcotic drug use. Patients are then enrolled in a special care program where visitor's are closely monitored to make sure the patient does not have visitors try to bring and sneak in illegal narcotic drugs, so the patient can focus on sobriety and healing. For approximately 6 months the patient is administered strong antibiotics, by I.V. and orally until the deadly infection subsides and the patients then ready for the next phase of the program. The next phase is the surgery to replace the damaged heart valve. After the surgery and recovery rehabilitation, the patient recieves a discharge plan and is suggested to start a vigorous recovery program completely focusing on sobriety. In closing, I really think Sarasota Memorial Hospital is quite exceptional in there programs that help people reintegrate back to productive members of society and recieving a healthy start at a normal life again.

I was here for a vbac birth. I am aware that they cost more but my first was a trial of labor and ended up in an emergency C up at St. Joes in tampa and my experience there was completely different. This hospital nickel and dimed us. My son was born in may and since then we have gotten over 25 different bills sent to us from the hospital and random different things! every single week we get a new bill. IT IS SO CRAZY. How disorganized can they be?? At St. Joes we received ONE BILL and then we were done with it. Here, we have no idea when they will end!!! It is seriously annoying. I can't believe how many bills we have received from just one visit. Why can't they just put it all into one bill? I am ranting. Also, on the labor and delivery floor I started out with an amazing night nurse, however, the day nurse was absolutely miserable and i believe her misery had to do with my unsuccessful vbac. She was terrible. I have her name if any of you want to avoid her. Luckily my son was born healthy, but I do think the whole experience could have been much better. The doctors were fine, but not great. The nurses all seemed new... except my miserable one who definitely had a chip on her shoulder. Next time I will travel back to Tampa if I need surgery or to give birth.

I recently had a heart cath performed by Dr. Fox and the incredible Sarasota Memorial staff. Although having this type of procedure is not something to look forward to, I must say that the experience and the care that I experienced was exemplary. Everyone was friendly, caring, and seemingly had my welfare and comfort in mind. I am happy to say that the outcome was as good as I could possibly have hoped for and recuperation is ongoing. Once again my thanks to everyone that was involved in my procedure.

I have 3 rare invisible illnesses and only come when I have kidney stones or something along those lines. I have received subpar treatment from the staff and hospital on several occasions. I will be reporting my latest visit to the state medical board.

I have waited sometime to write this review because the outcome of the treatment was the death of my Mother. The facts are simply stated, my mother was admitted to remove a tumor in her throat which was determined to be small and not immediately life threatening. The surgery was completed and my mother was in ICU and recovering. We were asked to select a rehab center for recovery and we did. Immediately after we discussed this a social worker was assigned to us requested that we sign a release for when she was well enough for her long term rehab. At midnight that same day I received a call notifying me that she was in a ambulance and being transferred to rehab. She remained at rehab for 4 days where between the transfer or stay at this recommended rehab facility she contracted MRSA. She was readmitted to Sarasota Hospital where she later died. I enlisted an attorney to discuss any action for wrongful dead and I was instructed that the Florida Law doesn't protect the elderly in this case. Sarasota Hospital received $45K from my mothers insurance. Take your loved ones to Mayo. My opinion is Sarasota Hospital is only concerned with money and not care of elderly. They seem to have been desensitized by the passing of elderly and recovering isn't a priority.

Excellent staff, phenomenal doctors, rooms equipped as 5 stars hotels. 3 of our children were born here. Smooth sailing, great care, nurses always friendly and smiling. Even ER visit was like a luxury vacation...expensive, that is.

Would not recommend Dr. Robert Eckart on the Cardiac floor. Had a loop recorder (heart Monitor device) implanted in my chest and he forgot to turn it on (went 3 weeks with a device that was not even turned on!) And now I have a scar for no reason. Woke up from surgery and couldn't see for days, Dr. told me he thought I may have had a mini stroke during surgery due to giving me fentanyl. Heart was staying in the 30's and he said "There's no way he would put a pacemaker in for me because "I'm way to YOUNG." Worst experience ever! Checked myself out and went to another hospital I was immediately admitted into ICU and pacemaker was put in!

My wife is here for almost a week. She came for a procedure in her bile duct through E.R. She is having an excruciating pain for almost a week. We're dealing with a very inexperienced group of nurses and doctors in the 5th floor. After 5 days and a lot of requests the doctor finally showed up. I'm really in shock. I have been here a couple of times in the past and the treatment was always outstanding and the team was respectful and careful. We're dealing with a group of people that seem to be very disoriented. The doctors ordered a treatment and the APRN did something different and then the nurses did something different again. Crazy to me. Doctors ordered a medication through IV after we explained how pills can affect her actual condition. They agreed to use an IV pain medicicine. After we were waiting for hours doctors orders never show up in their system. We have to go to the APRN who are in charge of the floor. They did order a pill medications that affect my wife condition and also causing another long delay in her pain treatment. After a couple of times of talking to them they decided to put my wife in a IV pain medication. Believe it or not, in all this time the nurse disappeared and his assistant came back with another two pills saying that my wife already took a pain medication. The nurse left the pill in her room a pill in a cup (oxicodone) and her assistant went out to look for the nurse, leaving my wife without any medicine for hours. I was then forced to go downstairs and start a complaint. I had to explained the whole situation again and asked for a room change to avoid my wife's mistreatment specially with the night crew. Do you think that a patient with an almost 9 or 10 in a pain level has to stand up at 2 or 3 am and take her pole and bag of fluids and carry it to the nurse station to get assistance to go to the bathroom and they start laughing and told her to go back to her room and use the bottom in her bed to call. This is unbelievable that nurses who are supposed to bring care and love are leaving her with more pain. These has really been a nightmare for all of us. Affecting us in every possible way. So sad to experience these kind of situations in our health system. In which hands are our health today?. Beautiful facilities, lot of equipment with a top technology and many many employes but where is the HEART.

I have over the past two months, since July 3rd spent a total of 3 times in SMH. The latest stay a week long. I do not even know how to properly convey the outstanding care I received from all the nurses I encountered. During my first stay around 4th of July, I was scared and riddled with anxiety. While all my nurses were kind and caring, my night nurse, Annge (pronounced Angie, but I know she spelled it different :) ) - anyway, she was the kindest and most caring nurse I cane across during my stay and sat with me at one point just listening to my fears and was sympathetic to my pain. She showed a true calling to what she does. My second visit was just as good with kind and friendly staff. However, my third visit I must rave about the team work and care of the nurses and techs from the C elevator, 4th floor - I believe it is the short stay unit. My stay was anything but short, however each and every nurse and tech was incredible! And I truly mean that! It is such a wonderful team up there, especially with the amount of combatant patients that they have to deal with daily, they still managed to make sure I was well taken care of. From my day nurses Jessica, Terri and Kristina to my night nurse Marelize, Naomi and Chris I felt so well looked after and advocated by them. I must also rage about my techs that I had such as Maria M, Norma, Gina, Makela and Lindsey. While I know there were so many more who helped me during my stay all those girls do stick out to me. I just hope they all know how thankful I am for the care and kindness they ve showed me during a difficult time in my health. SMH has yet to fail me in my health care, and I am so appreciative to all the nurses and doctors who have helped me get on the mend.

I'm in Hawaii and my niece went into the hospital unexpectedly. I checked out the website for Sarasota Memorial once I knew that was the hospital she was brought to. I wanted to send her a gift that was not flowers. On the website, there is a link to the gift shop along with some downloadable pictures of some of the stuffed animals they have available. It also says to give the gift shop a call and they will assist with purchasing a gift/delivery of said gift over the phone. Being that I'm halfway across the globe and in the middle of the ocean, this was a perfect solution for me. I called and was NOT disappointed! She was so patient and so helpful and made it easy for me to make the purchase sight unseen. I told her what my niece likes and BAM! She came through with a little stuffed white kitten, a pink unicorn that makes 'magic' noises, a coloring kit, and a get well balloon. Needless to say because of the 6 hour time difference, I called at 5:15pm and she was able to take my order, put it together, and deliver it TODAY!!! My niece couldn't be happier and I couldn't be happier with the service I received and the service she is receiving at Sarasota Memorial. These little things make a world of difference when you under so much stress already. Thank you so much!!

I am sure the lab does a great job as would any hospital lab. However, I was treated as though my visit was definitely an imposition on the staff. The clerk who treated me was on her cell phone and I had to wait until she finished her texting. Then because I was the last patient of the day and there 1 hour before closing, the phlebotomist hardly said a word to me and was very curt, hurried, and obviously didn't want to be bothered. I would like to think that they were just having a bad day but they obviously were not very busy. I can't recommend this lab for their people skills but assume that they are quite competent.

I subsequently had surgery at SMH. This is an absolutely wonderful facility. I was very impressed with the treatment I received at every step of the way from registration through surgery, recovery, and discharge. This is really a first class hospital. As a physician i recommend it highly and wish that my former hospital could benefit from some pointers!

I have spent quite a bit of time at this hospital over the past few years and I have to say that it is an excellent facility! Each and every staff member that I have met is not only professional but personable. That goes for every single RN, LPN, and CNA. And it also is true for the cleaning staff and the food service folks. We have had to travel to The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio for some of the really technical surgeries, but we live locally and for most of my wife s issues we come here.
