This hotel/motel rating should a more like 3 1/2 stars. Rooms are nice, a bit small (queen beds). Best part is easy walking distance to many places. Stayed here summer of 2015 for the Opera (shuttles to and from arranged the the opera), and October 2016. Price is good.

Very convenient location with a shuttle. Every employee from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and pleasant. The breakfast included is an added bonus.
Great value for the price. Loved the bar and lots of folks praised the food. 0It is a popular place so make reservations. They were sold out on Thursday. A little worn around the edges. Comfortable and clean. Great for families and pets.

This is a cute little hotel! I love the landscaping and the little outdoor seating areas. Tons more character than a chain. We didn't get the double queen room we booked, but we ended up with a suite-type room with a king bed in one room, a fold out couch for our kids in the other, and 2 bathrooms. No complaints about that. My only real complaint was the lack of parking, and my husband says they threw in a $5 parking fee which he didn't know about until check in. We arrived super late and our room was in the back of the property, but the only parking was at the front. Not a huge deal, just a small annoyance. Oh and the breakfast was meh, but whatevs, it was free. Loved the hotel's location and staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again if we're ever back in Santa Fe.
