Just wow place. Great customer service. Excellent rooms. Will come back again.

The room is great. However they will nickel and dime you to death. As in you pay $15 a day to park. Then it says complementary Wi-Fi. Try to use it, it say $15 a day. Gezzzz.

Easy on and off the freeway. Close enough to walk to Levi Stadium. Lobby restaurant is fantastic!

Rooms are clean. Lobby is large and spacious. There are two gyms next to one another. One for cardio workouts and one for weight training. The weight training room is a bit small when there's 4 people working out there, you can expect it to be a bit crowded. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but you have to pay for parking, internet, and the TV is mounted so you can't plug anything in.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The caterred food was excellent especially the fish. Overall the Marriott added to the event and I would not hesitate to attend another event at the Marriott.

You have to try restaurant Parcel 104. Phenomenal meal.

Front desk service was wonderful, room was clean and very comfortable, and the small balcony was a nice touch.

Good location if you're attending meetings in the heart of Silicon Valley. The service was great and the breakfast was way better than I expected from a breakfast-included rate. Would totally stay there again.

Renovated rooms have srrange lighting. Spacious bathroom with tiny sink and walk in shower. Thermostat installed but not working. Older noisy unit in corner. Rooms on first floor have no privacy without blackout curtains drawn. Restaurants and bar are pleasant. Good wine list. Limited food selections for vegetarians. Food and drink expensive.

Beautiful hotel and staff are very helpful. Not far from the mall.

Love this hotel bring my girlfriend here all the time for weekend stays. Leaves a good impression, service is great. Housekeeping helped with setting the room with rose petals which works great in making up with my girlfriend. Great place.

Good hotel but a distance from Stanford University if you're looking for a place to stay when attending a friend or loved one's graduation.

The food and room were good, but the shower was weak

A very nice hotel. The place is spotless, the staff are very friendly, and it'll definitely be my first choice if got back to Santa Clara and was looking for a nice stay. The Shower is of good pressure and the hotel WiFi works well with a very good coverage.

Clean, modern hotel. Good staff and great concierge breakfast in the champs bar. Good food in the main restaurant.

Location is nice. Parking is good. No food allowed in the main halls though.

Mostly out of date but the bed and bathroom were fine so my stay was comfortable.

Our room was 902 and right by the elevator and there were so many noises we couldn't sleep. They wouldn't give us a refund. They sent up one pair of ear plugs for two people and never sent the noise maker that was already suppose to be in the room. The worst night ever in a hotel

The hotel hallways and rooms are dated and the prices are pretty crazy during the week. They also charge for parking. Other than those negatives, everything else is good. If you are Platinum Elite or higher status there is breakfast buffet set up for you in the sports bar. You can be in and out in minutes. This was extremely helpful for me.

Very large, comfortable hotel just steps from the whole area of Santa Clara

Hotel is located in middle of the Bay. So it's convenient to reach both sides of the bay. Room and service was good for the price.

Came here for a cinference; employees friendly, meeting space appropriate, and excellent lunch catered by hotel.

Parking lot is too expensive and inconvenient. No takeout from the hotel restaurant.

Great rooms, comfy beds, fast room service. Very fast check in. They are very accommodating and respectful. The room is great spacious two queen beds very comfortable.

This is usually my go-to when I'm coming to the area for work. I never realized how huge the property is until I was assigned a room in the courtyard and it took me about 5-10 minutes from the lobby to get to my room (I also had to take a separate elevator that you can't see from the lobby), if an attendant hadn't seen me and walked me to the elevator there's absolutely no way I would have found it.

The staff is friendly, and the valet people *always* remember me when I'm here. They're probably the highlight of this place. They have breakfast and a lounge for Elite members, and a decent sized gym for a hotel. I've only had one maintenance issue with a room and it was solved by the time I had left for work and returned. I will likely continue to stay here when I need a hotel in the area as it's close to my work, friendly and nice to be remembered each time I come back.

We stay here every other month or so for a weekend just to enjoy the kind service and the awesome pool area

Nice facilities and reception but needed signs to direct to event better

Prices are really great but rooms are fairly outdated. The best part about this hotel is the restraurant. They have really great food with friendly waitstaff and attentive management. The drink lists are quite extensive for various scotches and whiskeys. Prices are a bit steep but the quality more than makes up for this. The hotel itself has a decent spa area that must have been really great a few years ago. The pool seems to have yellowed after old age and looks a little dingy. The customer service is great and there are lots of perks to being a Marriott member such as free wifi and the ability to restrict housekeeping to increase accrued points per night (500). All in all my stay was 4 nights and it was an overall positive experience.

Was at the Marriott for a conference, so I only saw the ballroom area. Three rooms were fairly typical, but still nice. All the staff was very friendly. I would be happy to attend another event there.

Glad they were open for business for a work trip. Too bad everything in the place had to be closed due to local COVID restrictions.

I was here for a doterra event and it was nice. We didnt need much from the hotel but the place looked very nice and the meeting room was very large

Dated rooms and amenities. It appears there are some remodeling going on but certainly not in the rooms themselves.

Location was nice because it was easy to find and easy to leave. The room was a bit small, but good. The workers were polite and attentive.

I attended a professional event at the Grand Ballroom. The location was nice and staff professional. They also had a breakfast prepared with some delicious bacon.

Anton at Characters Sports Bar is the best in Silicon Valley

Hotel staff was great! Specifically Anne Marie was very helpful when trying to upgrade our room so we could watch the fireworks show at Great America. She was kind enough to even send a cheese platter to our room and chocolate milk for the kids, what class. Thanks again

Not the best Marriott I have visited. The lounge is a little outdated, comparing to Portland waterfront Marriott.

This hotel is CLEARLY not for everyone. I have stayed at hotels across the country from 1 star to 5 stars. I'd rather stay at Super 8's, Motel 6's, and such. Marriott was seriously lacking in the necessities department and they charged excessively for EVERYTHING. Parking...I'm a guest. I should have free parking. Internet...This is a business trip. Charging me for Internet? No Refrigerator...That means no fresh milk whenever I want it. Very aggravating. No Microwave...Fantastic. I don't get refrigerator, why would I have a microwave in my room? That's ok, for the price, they got to have one in the lobby where the continental breakfast is served...oh wait...no free continental breakfast. They charge for it. And no. There is no microwave in the lobby.
Now, they do have a large work out facility which is nice. You don't find that it a lot of places. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. Maid service was more than adequate.
My thoughts: For the price, they need to step it up and add the necessities. Microwave and Refrigerator and Free Wi-Fi are a MUST.

Mediocre rooms. Water does not flow in the taps. This hotel has taken water conservation to a level where the ROI is not there anymore.
Takes 20 mins to have a shower to wash the shampoo off when it should be 5 min.
Other facilities in the hotel are good. Parcel 104 is an excellent restaurant...4.5s for it... bar area is okay.

The food was excellent and the rooms were cozy with free HBO. No complaints.

Decent hotel and rooms. The restaurants are pricy and parking at the hotel is not free.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The restaurant in the hotel was spacious and had good sized portions. Parking spaces are small but plentiful and parking is free for overnight guests. My wife and I prefer this hotel over the hotels within a few miles of Levi's stadium.

Clean rooms, not as updated as other Marriotts but it is nice and typical of an older Marriott. Very quiet.

This Marriott is a great place to do business. They provided ample and convenient parking. Their service is outstanding. The staff set up our tables, chairs, dais, coffee and refreshments . . . all we requested in the manner and at the times we requested. The meals were top notch. I highly recommend this Marriott for professional events.

Great service for private events. Halls were able to mitigate any noise from outside venues like Great America

The staff is very friendly and helpful to make sure that the guests are comfortable. Even though there's construction going on, my experience has been good so far. I'm on the 2nd day of my 6 day stay.

Pros:
Very clean and elegant place.
The pool is wide.
Each room has adjustable air conditioning.
It offers hygiene products such as shampoo for the hair, for the body, for the hands, conditioner, body lotion, mouthwash and soap.

The view to the outside is very nice and you can see the roller coaster.
It is next to the amusement park, but there is enough distance to not hear anything.
There are vending machines for beverages on each floor.
The restaurant's food is rich.

Cons:
There is a horrible noise that suddenly appears, it may be from the air conditioner box but I did not know if it was.

It is not indicated in the restaurant's bar that the prices do not include taxes, so in the end you'll get more than you thought.

I have stayed here nearly twenty times. Nice friendly bar/dinner. Excellent gym. Rooms are pleasant. You can park your car close to your room. Starbucks near reception.
