Staff is nice. Rooms are clean with the exception of the day they forgot to clean my room. Parking is 12.00 a day. No frig or microwave. Do not drink tap water. Room service breakfast was burnt and expensive. Okay one night if needed.

Overall experience I was thoroughly satisfied. Check in was very quick and the front desk staff was nice. We got to our room and the Door wasnt working. Maintenance was there within 5 minutes and found out the door battery was dead. They resolved this problem within a few minutes and even gave us a voucher for food and drinks. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom was a little tight. The valet staff were very nice too. We didn't even valet our car and chose to self park but the valet remembered my face and made it a point to greet me whenever I came back. I'd recommend this Marriott hotel when needing a place to stay in Santa Clara whether for business or for a Levis Stadium event.

The overall stay was ok, but the whole place is loud under construction and hundreds of dollars more expensive the than four season's in Palo Alto down the street. The front desk staff were less than attentive and the rooms were dated and small. I've never spent more on a hotel, and think they need to up their game at this location.

The Santa Clara Marriott is a sprawl but in a good way, favouring breadth over height. It encloses an impressive courtyard with a large pool.

The air conditioning in the room worked but was noisy and automatically controlled so it couldn't be disabled and woke me up regularly.

I was here(about a week for a conference)
and just checked out about a minute ago. Went down to place all ny luggage into the car when notice, my phone was not with me. So i went back to the hotel lobby to ask for helping searching out my phone. I realize i couldn't go back into the room because i had checked out. So i asks the front desk lady to help. She said she'll call someone to go into the room i had stayed to look for it. 2-3 minutes i was waiting. Since im going to the airport for my flight back to texas. Id come back to ask front desk for help again. She said they couldn't find my phone in the room. My feelings tells me it is.
So i request help from the manager or anyone else to help before im late for my flight. Waited another 3-4 minutes or so. No sign of anyone. I was anxious, so i just left and find my own ways. Ive asked my family to keep calling, while i go back to the room(standing outside) and listen if it rings.
Indeed, i could hear my phone with a familiar ringtone of mine. Thank God there was a lady who work there ,so i asked her to help open the door. It was under the sheets.
I understand if the lobby was busy, but i was the only one(and another person, but he left a while back).
To me this is unprofessional, had i didn't go back and check or if that lady didn't walk by. If i had waited for the hotel to assist, then i would have been late for my flight.
Marriott needs to reevaluate and check your professional work ethics, to get more business is to consider your guest's needs. If their needs are met, most likely they'll be back for more, because they know you CARE.

The manager at the bar is the disrespectful and rude to her employees. I was sitting at the bar watching reviews about Kobe Bryant and I over heard her talking to my bartender. Mind you I come here often and know most of the bartenders. It sickens me that such management exist at a well established environment. I learned her name was Juanita. Shame on you.

Excellent service. My room was nicely remodeled. Just wish the room was more sound insulated. I can hear this guy from the room across shouting to get in his room. Also some guests smoke weed and it went into my room as well.

The place was elegant, clean, good customer service. The bed was very comfortable and we had the most amazing view of Great America and could watch the fireworks from our room on the 10th floor. The star rating is down one because we were told it would included breakfast and we confirmed it that morning to find out where we were supposed to go. Oncw we arrived we were told we were not allowed to have breakfast. It was an issue such a hassle and just crappy. I'm not a breakfast eater anyway but it's the point we were told we would get breakfast and then when we went down there we were denied

they are going through a complete renovation in the hotel has been improved significantly. This is a pretty old hotel but they're making great progress and there's a very active bar restaurant area in the lobby now. I like this place I would highly recommend coming here.

Nice place. By Marriott standards not totally up to the brand name (I'd probably just stay at the nearby Courtyard instead), but it's got the Marriott consistency, a good sports bar, and ample parking, so I can't really complain.

This is my all-time favorite Marriott! Love the beds. Every person working for this Marriott is present, for one, and always asking to be sure you are satisfied, and if there's anything they can do for you. There is room service, a GIANT swimming pool and large hot tub. Poolside service is great as well. My check-ins are always pleasant and this time they already booked me into my favorite room. I would love to see French Toast at the breakfast and concierge evenings open over the weekend, those are my only issues. Finally, unlike any other Marriott, they actually read your special requests and they are actually in the room upon arrival.

Staying at Santa Clara Marriott was great! The rooms are very spacious, well air conditioned and pleasant. You won't be facing any external interventions during your stay at the hotel. More over, the employees are very helpful as well.

Attended corporate luncheon for leadership/management quarterly meeting update. The food was delicious! Dessert & drink selection were outstanding in line with the theme of the event. Well organized!!

On this occasion we made use of one of the banquet halls. So, let me just say: The food was exquisite, and the service was nothing short of stellar, the restroom facilities were kept in the best condition and there was always an employee available to assist when the need arose. Thank you Santa Clara Marriott.
