Went to Character's Sports Bar and Grill. It has plenty of TVs all around the room and very comfortable. Definitely a more upscale experience than your typical sports bar. Food is also surprisingly good. I was expecting your usual bar fare but my meal was actually very gourmet and the portion size is generous. Of course the price point is higher but we enjoyed the classy atmosphere. Also very clean.

Had a business lunch at parcel 104 at the Marriott. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was nice. Quality of food was ok, however at $27 for a Cobb salad I did expect to be wowed. For those who are not staying at the hotel: The restaurant did validate my parking.

I would have given four stars but the front desk service and lack of service personal in the lobby to answer questions was frustrating. The rooms are nice but the price point for service was lacking. Over all a clean place with nice rooms close to the airport.

I Didn't stay at the hotel. Stopped by to drop off UPS package at the UPS store inside the hotel. The lobby was nice, the was a line to talk to a clerk. I had trouble locating the UPS store, signs were confusing.

Staff was great. Saw a mouse in the ground floor hallway go under two different room doors while housekeeping was in my room. Moved to a tower room which was much nicer and mouse free. Yeah.

Not the best experience this time. I know I've stayed here before but don't remember if it was the as bad before. Hoping this is a one time thing. I stay at Marriott's all the time and am a Lifetime Titanium Member, and I know it may sound a little too spoiled, but I've gotten a little used to a specific experience. While I understand hotels can't provide an upgrade or a nice(r) room all the time, it feels nice to understand they tried, and I did not get that feeling when I checked in - the room was far, with construction on the way with the pleasure of inhaling paint fumes on the way there and back. And to top it, the lounge people were almost as if they're doing you a favor by providing you the access. While the door was open and they were chatting when I wanted to go in, they had to stand right in front of me (during a quiet time) and make me scan my card. While I understand they gotta do it, but they way they ask makes a difference. It was the same inside, when I wanted a drink, they had to brazenly tell me I gotta pay for it (guess many people don't know it). I understand they have to do it, but hospitality should figure in how they do it. I would get better service at the bar.

Guess I'm being a little too negative, but that's because this is not the service that I expect. Not if this was a one bad visit or there's something to do with this location

I stayed for a conference at the convention center. The hotel was nice. Comfortable room, awesome bed. The gym and jacuzzi were open late, and that was nice after a long day. However, the staff did not know if/when there were shuttles going to the convention center. Also, I asked if there was wireless internet, and they said it was free in the lobby. It was only free to get on their website and it ended up costing $14 to check my email. Tired of being nickle and dimed. However, the citrus bath and body works shampoo, conditioner, and lotion almost made up for it. It was nice not to smell like hotel soap for a day...

Great staff, clean room and comfortable bed. I had the luxury of spending 5 nights here and it was quite enjoyable. The pool area was pretty nice (I didn't spend much time there). The staff were friendly and helpful. The sports bar inside, while boasting hotel pricing, was a great place to hang out. It's very busy with people from all the area tech companies so there's a great energy in the room.

The view from the room was nice. I was also attending a conference there and can say the staff did a good job with that and the food they served during the conference was very good.

The people working the front counter have been great. Very very polite and helpful. The lady I believe originally from Russia that works the coffee station was very charismatic, friendly and made a good caffeinated beverage for me and my friends.

Some of the best service I've ever received was from a server by the name a Jawed (sp) who worked inside of Characters. He was awesome.

The only reason I didn't give his location a five star was the mediocre resistance training equipment and the lack of a co-ed sauna.

Maps directed me to the ballroom/restaurant. Had to walk all the way around that building to get to the hotel lobby
Meetings of some sort were going on in the ballroom.
Suggested the edit to hopefully direct people to the hotel

No space to park while checking in to the hotel, ludicrous overnight parking charge, and charging for tiered wifi in 2019. After reserving a king room, I was given a dual queen that was "newly renovated." It was simultaneously brand new and filthy, clearly not cleaned thoroughly, zero water pressure in the admittedly impressive-looking shower, and to top it all off the heat didn't work. At least I was able to check out direction the TV so I could get out of there quickly.

Hotel was great for the work event, staff was amazing with setting up mics, projectors, rooms, food, etc. The room was nice but the walls are thin making it easy to hear neighbors. The hotel is really big and has many rooms to accommodate which is a perk but if you get put on the other side of the hotel just be aware you may need a map to get back to the lobby or the conference rooms. Overall, the Marriott was a good experience!

I needed to drop off a Ups package. I didn't realize it was in the back of a hotel, but the staff were extremely helpful from valet to front desk (I didn't know where I was going). If they can be so helpful and kind to a non-guest, I can only imagine the service I would get if I had been staying longer.

They are in the middle of renovation so that, and the standard knock on hotel food pricing are the only downside. The staff is excellent. The rooms nice. Don't get a room near the pool if you enjoy peace and quiet. Lots of excellent food options within walking distance.

Rooms was tidy however it was a smaller less appointed bathroom than expected and it would have been nice to have a fridge. The restaurant staff was great but the concierge staff seem to be more concerned with gossip about other staff than helping guests. I would definitely stay there again though.

Great location near many attractions within walking distance. A short Uber ride from the airport and a really nice atmosphere overall. On site fitness center and pool available. WiFi seems to hold up well.

Everything has been fine about this hotel. The location is great. The service is great. Parking was smooth and easy. Everything has been fine here except the price, which is stunningly overpriced. This is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. There is no earthly legitimate reason to charge this amount for a hotel room, even factoring in jacking up the price for a posh conference that most people are putting on their expense account. While every level of service has been great, I would not stay here again at this price.

Being a large hotel, its facilities are simple. Although comfortable the hotel focuses its style on functionality with an austere lobby, complemented by its restorant Parcel 104 steps from the lobby. Something uncomfortable is the lack of safes in the rooms
