I was looking for a specific 'Car', a 2018 Jaguar XF SportBrake (Wagon) Nationwide since they have become pretty rare, there are really no 2019's in the country, and Santa Barbara had the exact one I wanted, every available option. They had the only 2 I have seen with every available option. I decided to go with the CPO one since it had the extended Certified warranty, in addition to factory warranty of course, and only had 375 miles on it. They even let me extend the CPO warranty by 1 years so now I'm covered for 6.5 years.
The price was already such a great deal, much lower than any others I found and this one had more options, I didn't even try to negotiate and I usually like to try and negotiate on everything. Dealing with Don Lowry was such a pleasure, I'm in Denver so had to buy this without seeing it in person, he sent me many pictures and videos in addition to the many online pictures I could already see from the ad. He stayed in touch constantly either by phone or text, even on his days off during the week. without me asking he made the sure was loaded carefully by the car hauler when they arrived on a Saturday, his busiest day of the week, but still made sure mine was taken care of.
I was able to make the deal quickly once I decided to buy and process was very easy. It was only about a week and half from the time I decided to buy until the Jag was in my garage.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with the SB Auto Group - specifically Tony my sales rep who helped me take this from start to finish. I was apprehensive about buying a car out of state but this one I saw online had most every feature I was looking for. Tony was on it from day 1, helping me through every part of the process to acquire, finance, ship and deliver my car with white glove service. thank you Tony and the whole SB Auto Group for a wonderful experience - my arrived today and looks even better than the pictures!

Shane Koblis is a joy to work with and we can"t wait to take delivery on our new Porsche 911 after the most pleasant experience we had with our recent purchase of a Cayenne S. This is our third purchase from SBAG and we have always been pleased with our experience.

I have taken both my Mercedes and Range Rover for service for a number of years. The last time I took my Mercedes for service was disappointing. During routine service my sunroof was checked-- the service person opened and closed it and the fabric ripped in the process. I rarely open it and it has never malfunctioned any way. I was told that because the car was just barely out of warranty the SB Auto Group would be generous and pay for the repair, which was quite expensive. I suppose if it had been a while out of warranty when THEY broke it I would be charged for the repair. I found this attitude off putting, to say the lest. I prefer dealing with people who take responsibility for what they do.

Awesome! The sales, finance, information and management teams were first class. Real professionals that provided a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

I went was met by Jimmy Trieste. He was a friendly looking mature man that welcomed me with a warm greeting and a sincere, gentle smile. I felt very welcomed. He worked with me as if I was family.

I cannot speak well enough of him. He is an awesome asset to have there at Santa Barbara Auto Group. I felt bad for him though because I did not end up buying the car. On a side note Santa Barbara Auto Group, please get a new coffee/espresso machine.

Great dealership and we have bought many cars from them over the years. Recently bought a new 2020 911 and the electronics were daunting. Jonathan from tech support has been available to me 24/7 to answer any questions and even come by the house to show me in person. This is true customer service!

I have bought several cars from SBAG and every experience and interaction with them has been a pleasure. The last car I purchased from them, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I had researched prices online, made my offer on the phone and they had everything ready to go for me when I came in. The sales people are high caliber and the service department is attentive. I love this dealership and will always purchase future vehicles from them. They recently generously donated their showroom and service bay for The Waldorf School of Santa Barbara's annual event and were extremely kind throughout the entire process. The event was most successful and everyone was amazed that we could dine in the service bay because it is so pristine! Great place! Their customer service could not be better. I have historically avoided dealers for regular maintenance. But tho this may be a bit more expensive, the fact that they treat you so well makes it worth while! You can schedule your car online. I have always gotten a loaner...when they don't have one of their own cars they rent one for you at no charge from Enterprise. They clean and wash your car before returning it. The loaner and wash are themselves easily worth $75 every visit! They always inspect the vehicle no matter what else they are doing. The service managers are knowledgeable, friendly, recognize their regular customers, and treat us very well...sometimes just letting you pop in for an immediate issue...which is a HUGE benefit. And I by regular I don't mean every month but every 6 months. I even get to meet and know the mechanic that regularly works on my car. He knows me by first name and recognizes me around the dealership. That seems rare to me! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

Tony was incredibly nice, very professional, and accommodating. They gave us both a fair price on the car (Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro) as well as the trade-in value of our car (Subaru Crosstrek). We're incredibly happy with our new car. We live in South Orange County, but due to the high demand for this particular model, we ended up driving all the way to Santa Barbara to check out the one 4Runner available at their dealership. We had no regrets and would do it again if needed (despite the distance, the drive back along the 101 with a clear view of the Channel Islands makes for a nice experience). Highly recommended.

Absolutely disgusted with this business. We went to Acura and worked with Dave Andre and his manager mike hultberg. My husband is a mechanic (and was a car salesman for 5 years) so we did our BEST to make sure we were getting a good car for the right price. When we went to look at the 2006 Honda Odyssey they had only just gotten it in and it hadn't been through inspection yet. We test drove it and my husband pointed out the obvious problems (alignment was off routers were warped ect.) The agreement then was that they would take the car in for the FULL inspection and let us know ANYTHING/EVERYTHING that was wrong with it and from there we would either lower the price based on my husband doing the work himself or having the dealership do it. They came back and told us what needed to be replaced (nothing serious and nothing that we didn't already know about) so we decided to have the dealership do the work. When we went to pick up the car we stood in the parking lot for an hour inspecting the car to the best of our abilities. My husband asked if he could do his own full inspection of the car but was denied (that is when we should have run) Dave assured us he had paid the mechanics "$1300" for the inspection and they would have no reason to not fix or acknowledge anything wrong with the vehicle. Being that we've always thought of SB Acura as a reputable business and in the almost 10 years my husband has been working as a mechanic/salesman he never has/would think to send a customer in a half functioning car with out their knowledge, so we had no reason to believe they would do that. However when our check engine light came on a few days later, we didn't expect it to be anything serious. However, when my husband ran tests/did an inspection we found that all 6 spark plugs needed to be replaced along with the whole timing belt/water pump system!!! This is not a cheap fix, even for a mechanic that can do the work himself. After confronting Dave we have had received nothing but attitude, and he refuses to own up to the fact that these are things that should have been checked in that "$1300 inspection" that the Acura mechanics supposedly performed. If that timing belt had snapped while I was driving I could have created even more problems for our car costing us more than it already is. I am blown away that such a well known dealership would have such horrible service. Never again will we be returning for business and I assure you our experience will be shared with many whom I'm sure will feel the same.

Purchased a 2016 Jaguar XFS from Ken yesterday. Ken was very professional and not your typical pushy car salesman. One of the things I dislike most in life is buying new cars because of the usual run-around you get from salesmen trying to make a commission. This place is not like that and I appreciated Ken's help throughout the process. Without getting into detail, I will also say that there was a mistake made when they quoted me a bottom line price the day before. It was an honest mistake by a manager (not Ken) and when I went down to actually buy the car they realized it was a $4k mistake. Instead of trying to make me pay for it, they 'ate it' and took it off the price of the car without even hesitating. That's how I run my own business and it's very refreshing to see someone else own up to honest mistakes and not make their customers pay for them. Great job guys, and we love our Jaguar!

While doing many online searches, I found a very particular used car I had been searching for at this Dealership. I was contacted immediately by Tony Clumeck. If they still had it, I would be driving all the way from Orange to Santa Barbara to check it out and didn t want to drive all that way only to find that the car had been sold out from under me. Tony stayed in constant contact assuring me that the car would be there and ready to go at the appointment time. As promised the car was there and in great shape. After a test drive and walk around negotiations were smooth and pleasant. Even got a chance to meet the sales manager who was also great to work with. This is how used car buying should be. After 10 (!!!!!) dealership visits and 15 test drives, I finally got a Mini!!!! Hao was great! I was originally interested in another car, and when I asked about the car I ended up getting, I test drove it and sat down to talk numbers very quickly! No high-pressure tactics, no shadiness, no fast-talking car salesman pitches. It was really pleasant and I didn't have a bad feeling like I had had in most dealerships I had visited prior. He just asked what I wanted and we worked from there. I had a million questions and Hao and Steven in finance were really nice and answered all my questions honestly. And apparently, they'll come pick my car up for service and leave me a loaner - AMAZING! I hope to never buy a car again but, if I do, I'll be coming back here. I only wish I had stopped by sooner, but hey, tenth time's a charm!

Throughout the past 6-7 year I have brought in my car to Kirk Richards. He has always taken care of me and has always addressed all questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend working with this establishment. I have recently worked with Tom Fox and had a pleasant experience as well.

It's a car dealership--not bad, but you don't always get the time of day from the salesperson. There's a lot of turnover between the salespeople here as well. Watch out for their car wash services. The swirl marks they'll leave in your paint can be legendary...

My family and I went to SB Auto Group to buy a family vehicle. It was a great experience instead of a stressful one. Shane Koblis patiently helped us go through all the purchasing process. He was very polite, calm, and not a pushy salesman, which we appreciated well. Before driving the car home, he gave us a thorough tutorial which was very helpful since the vehicle was loaded. Even though their dealership is 350 miles from me (and I have a local JLR dealer 10 miles away), SBA earned my business big time.

I was buying the brand new electric i-Pace which has a ton of features, so the sales team really needs to know their stuff.

We just purchased a Jaguar F-Pace S at Santa Barbara Auto Group and this was a fantastic experience! With Covid-19 and the distance from the Bay Area we had to do all the initial steps online and over the phone, and my salesperson, Sydney Wasem, was super nice to work with. Syd was very patient with me and all my initial questions about the car, very responsive and quick to follow up on everything, and he took the time to take many pictures of the car to help me get comfortable with choosing a car remotely. He is very knowledgeable about the F-Pace and the Jaguar brand in general. Once we decided to go ahead and drive to Santa Barbara to trade in our previous car and check out the F-Pace, he made the whole process super easy. The F-Pace was in top shape and all ready for us to take it for a drive. We just had to sign the documents, Syd and his delivery manager Nic Azzolina spent a lot of time sharing with us everything they know about this amazing car and the whole experience went super smoothly! Syd and the team at Jaguar Santa Barbara are a pleasure to work with and I will highly recommend them for your next Jaguar purchase!

I recently purchased an Autobiography Range Rover and I must admit I was nervous at first buying a vehicle from across the country. I am experiencing the greatest toy of my life at 78 years. Chris Palumbo , my sales consultant at SB Auto Group, found me a vehicle of great perfection that was in my affordable range, a 2017 Mercedes Benz Roadster, hardtop retractable convertible. It arrived as an impeccably kept, leased vehicle with two years left on its original 4-year warranty with 7,000 miles on the odometer. The way it corners and accelerates on the freeway, I have to remind myself I'm not on what I used to drive, a motorcycle. Zooom, Zooom.

I have a very old Mercedes-Benz that I enjoy driving very much. It's a beautifully engineered automobile -- but the body and interior of my vehicle are in marginal shape (at best). My parents taught me that a person's character (or in this case, an establishment's character) is best measured by how well he or she treats the least among them. Unfortunately, the folks at Santa Barbara Auto Group (on the Benz side, not the BMW side) seem annoyed whenever I bring my ugly duckling by to purchase parts. As such, when I'm finally ready to purchase a new vehicle, if I choose to buy a Benz (or BMW or Audi), I doubt I'll purchase it here, despite my desire to keep it local.

By far the smoothest and easiest purchase I ve ever done. Thanks mainly to Tony Clumeck at Land Rover Santa Barbara and his top notch service and transparency. I m a numbers guy and most dealers tend to hide or keep certain numbers from buyers on a lease. Tony was very forthcoming from the beginning and offered the best deal on the exact car I wanted. We just had an excellent experience yesterday with AJ Boumediene in the Mercedes Service Department. We pulled in with a dash idiot light problem. He got his Sprinter tech and the shop foreman out within minutes to help us. The problem was diagnosed and resolved within half an hour. We were totally impressed. AND they were NICE!

Tony and Mike in Sales were very helpful and made our recent purchase very easy. Many things were done via email so our visits to the dealership during Covid were limited. We had a great experience and look forward to working with the Range Rover team in the coming years.
