After 10 (!!!!!) dealership visits and 15 test drives, I finally got a Mini!!!! Hao was great! I was originally interested in another car, and when I asked about the car I ended up getting, I test drove it and sat down to talk numbers very quickly! No high-pressure tactics, no shadiness, no fast-talking car salesman pitches. It was really pleasant and I didn't have a bad feeling like I had had in most dealerships I had visited prior. He just asked what I wanted and we worked from there. I had a million questions and Hao and Steven in finance were really nice and answered all my questions honestly. And apparently, they'll come pick my car up for service and leave me a loaner - AMAZING! I hope to never buy a car again but, if I do, I'll be coming back here. I only wish I had stopped by sooner, but hey, tenth time's a charm!
