Great stay and super friendly staff! We will be back.

We stayed on the bay side so location wasn't ideal but it was only a short car or bike ride to the beach, the room was fantastic, and the people were always kind.

The agent said I'd get a call when the room was ready after waiting 3 hours or so I called and it had been ready for a while

Bed was firm, bathrooms outdated, both indoor and outdoor pools were not available. Spa was uninviting and there was no vacancies for walkin services. What's the use of staying at a resort if the amenities are not usable? Home2 is a better choice under the Hilton umbrella. The grounds are nice and the Gulf view is like any other resort on the beach. This resort is more oriented for business conferences. Please call ahead to get details of what's actually available before you plan your trip. Not worth the money spent this time.

We stopped for a quick drink at Barefoots, service was great. I didn't eat but some of our party ordered the crab and raved about it. Great patio!

The staff the kind and helpful. The room was clean as was the rest of the facilities.

You can tell the hotel hires bots to write good reviews. Owners only respond to positive ratings on all the websites. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Great location. Friendly staff. You never really feel like you are at some overcrowded resort. My only observation on the negative side is a lack of staff attention to the pool areas. Too many people blasting music through portable speakers and leaving trash poolside.

Fabulous hotel! I am booked for a 10 day stay starting next week. This is the destination of choice for me. I have been staying at the Sandestin Hilton for several years. Always return for another wonderful experience!!

Beautiful property. Rooms seemed to be large and have an amazing view of the Gulf. The food provided by the hotel was excellent.

This place was so much more than I expected! The customer service, shout out to James at the front desk, was so friendly upon arrival. The on-site restaurants were amazing! Beach services with the private beach access ,that was enforced, was great as well and the staff so tentative. Anytime we called for something from the front desk to room service well under the estimated time to receive. The putt putt course on site is fun as well, could use some updating, still didn't stop us from having a match and then revenge match lol. I would recommend the breakfast as well super yummy fresh baked pastries to gravy and biscuits to made your way omelets. Once we parked the car we didnt move it again until time to sadly leave. Shuttle service was an awesome bonus as well. It was our first time here but will definitely be returning.

We were here for vacation from 5 October to 7 October, and it was amazing. The suite was very clean and comfortable, and the food downstairs in the buffet area/dining area was superb! Even the indoor pool area/hot tub was great. I didn't get to enjoy the beach due to red tide being in the water, but it was an amazing trip. Hopefully, we will return again soon.

We had an early dinner at Hidashi Sushi Bar. Although the rolls are expensive, they are probably the best in the Destin area. The ingredients are very high quality and very tightly, expertly put together.

Great experience. This is our second summer in a row going. We stayed for 5 days in a beach front room. We enjoyed all three pools. There are many food options, from fine dining to casual. They have an ice cream shop in the hotel and the also serve Starbucks.We liked that they have many activities for the children to do during the day for a small fee.

This place was really nice. The staff was very friendly. Everyone was there to help us. No one seemed to have a bad day and everyone acted the way you would want. The FOOD is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.. the view is incredible. They have a nice gym, inside and outside pool. Inside and out side hot tub, Restaraunt, meeting rooms. The best place to stay in destin look no further.

Went to one of the bars downstairs and had one of the best lunches. Great view of the ocean.

Great amenities, nicely designed room and balcony. Parking is tight but once you are parked you don't absolutely have to leave the area.
The tram operators like to make recommendations so we are about to follow their advise and go get some local restaurant food and drinks.

Went here to eat on the beach. Was good food. Service could use improvement. I would go back.

The worst!! Everyone that worked there had an attitude and were super rude!! It's not a resort at all, and the resort fee of $30 per person per night is absolutely ridiculous and doesn't include anything.. cuz it doesn't have any resort amenities.. 2 hot tubs that you couldn't go in cuz they were filled with children same with the pools. Room was ok. Should be in a 3 star hotel category!! Nothing special about it at all, everything closes at 6pm and just the worst customer service I've experienced!! Not worth the money at all!!

Nice place to stay if you want private beach access. Restaurants are high dollar. It did not have as many activities to do as they had assured us. Therefore with bad weather we quickly ran out of things to do. Shuttle service was a good perk.

Would totally go back, but the shuttle services were over booked at times

This resort has wonderful accommodations in a beautiful location. The beach view room was amazing, the pools were well maintained, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My wife and I cannot wait to come back for another stay!

Lots of seating on the main deck in front of ocean. Plenty of places to eat without leaving resort but food is pretty pricy. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms nice. Little confusing when you first come in of main road as this isn't the only hotel or building in the place. Look for the H on side of hotel to know which hotel to go to. All the hotels in the resort could use some signs Painted on the road to explain where to go.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last week for six nights. I just cannot say enough about our stay. It was a post cancer treatment bucket list vacation. Carol C who is also located at the resort helped me book this and made it the best vacation ever. The room was spacious and clean. The view!!!! Well. That is a view. The beaches were amazing white sands and blue water. The pictures were exactly what she said.
I think it's pricey on the beach no matter where you go. But well worth the visit. Beautiful!! The spa. Another amazing part of my stay. Had a massage and mani and pedi and facial. You all are fabulous!! Don't let the negative reviews scare you. I have found that those people are looking for a reason to be unhappy. It was fabulous. Thank you Floridians and especially Hilton. This gal is so relaxed and happy

Beautiful beach, average property. For what you pay to stay here this should be a little more upscale. Service is not very good.

Not the Hilton experience I am accustomed to. Room was not clean, facilities in need of repair, service was disappointing, and staff was unaccommodating.

The resort is beautiful. We were there for a marriage retreat through my husband's work. They had bunk beds for our kids in the room which they loved but also had two full size beds which didn't work out very well. In fact on our second night we slept in separate beds just to get some sleep. Not very conducive for a marriage retreat, but that could have been the organizers fault not hilton's. We could also hear the elevators running all night. The room did have an amazing view though! The food that was served for breakfast and lunch was lacking in variety but again that could have been the organizers fault. Over all we had a great time and would go again.

Great place to stay with a family! Facilities are clean and the faculty are very accommodating especially with the COVID 19 precautions. Rooms are roomy and quiet (we had the king with the bunk beds).
All food and beverages can be charged to the room and you pay the balance whenever you check out. If you have inflatable items for pool/beach use; they have an air compressor right next to the towel kiosk!

However, I wish there were more USB outlets within the room, so be sure to bring your wall adapters.

Beautiful beaches with awesome soft sand ! The water is very nice throughout the entire day! Seaweed is hit or miss, not terrible . Be sure to have your sunscreen. If you run out, they have extra at the towel kiosk and within the gift shop.

You have the option to rent chairs/umbrellas and change to the room.

A small walk nearby on the beach, there are waverunners/jet skis (be sure to have your driver's license and a boating license as well. If you don't they offer a temporary FL boating license for a small fee), paddle boards, etc to rent as well. You CANNOT charge this to the room, it is a private company, be sure to have your method of payment present.

The town has plenty of things to do, awesome food, and an easy drive! Do a simple Google search and the results pretty much endless.

Great hotel. We had a great time on the beach and at the pool. The hot tub was a great bonus.

Come every year for the past 25 years....always worth the $$ and the drive.

Friendly staff, nice food, nice amenities BUT our room smelled very stale. I could even smell it in my clothes once I got back home.

Great stay this weekend with family and friends!!! Guest services was awesome the beach was amazing. We will be back soon.

This hotel is always fantastic! There s a pool indoors and out doors! A spa! A Starbucks on location! And the beach is just a few steps away!

Overall this was a great experience and nice resort. Customer service was amazing, even though I booked at the 11th hour, they upgraded my room without hesitation. Fitness facility was perfect for what I use when traveling. You are literally steps away from the beach or golf. They have a huge screen in the lobby that's ideal for watching a sporting event. Room was clean as expected. The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars is because I think they need to update their rooms like they have their common areas. I'd definitely stay here again.
