Just walking in is a sensory experience. The service was wonderful as was the view. People in my party even enjoyed the non-alcoholic beverages.

Nice place, beautiful views, friendly staff, little high price tho, but it is Paradise Valley.

Its not worth it.
Only good thing about this place was the valet and bellhop.
Garbage outside in the not so private tub.
Wax on the walls.
Over priced minibar. $60 for a $20 tiny bottle of whiskey.
With the price you pay you would think something from the spa would be included but we saw ridiculous prices for it instead.
The fridge is packed with their overpriced stuff so hard to fit your items in there.
Restaurant didnt work for us my fiance has too many food allergies so we can't rate it.
Salt lap pool was gross with stains on patio chairs.
Over crowded pool made us uncomfortable due to covid 19 so we turned around.
Overall not happy and should have stayed elsewhere.
Keep in mind the charges they put on you.
Paid 100 more than it said on the booking page.
Go to a motel at least you know what you're getting upfront.

What a beautiful property! I finally get the appeal of the desert. The views of paradise valley are amazing. So many great amenities at the resort too. By far my favorite hotel room I have ever been in. I want my apartment to have that clean white brick feel.

Was staying on a blown up mattress and got tired of it. Booked a room here at camelback resorts and they where nothing but fully accomadating. The spa was out of this world. One of my top 3 of all time from Europe Asia Australia and the US. The restaurant and bar was incredible. Every dish from breakfast, lunch, and dinner was an absolute expeirence. No matter where this place was located I'd travel just to stay here.

Attended a beautiful wedding at this resort last weekend. Facility was amazing, staff was fantastic, view was gorgeous - all made for an amazing wedding.

GREAT food, Fantastic view. Chef Boe is the best, most creative chef in North America. Arizona is lucky he is here.

Beautiful resort property! Adult only pool on weekends, spa and fitness center you will not want to leave. Perfect location for small wedding or girls trip.

The Jade restaurant has great views and is a beautiful place for an outdoor walk after dinner.

Little touches abound everywhere, such as the mini muffins and self serve coffee by the gym. The fourth floor outdoor dining and main restaurant Culina are reviewed elsewhere, but I wholly recommend this property as a go-to hotel Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort. Celebrities and movie industry action seems to emanate from the pores of the building - it's almost a movie set....

If tonight is the night then Sanctuary is the place. Don't look anywhere else this is HEAVEN IN AZ. Dinner at Element's... Jade Bar Views .... You Won! Come here as soon as possible. Call for dinner but drop in for lunch.. You will be greeted by the best. What are you waiting for.... Go Now!... Really!!! Go Now!!!!

Nice spa and services but rather expensive services compared to other spas in the area. What made it a 3 star for me was the pre-charge of 20% gratuity presented to you upon check-in. A bit presumptuous given that I havent even experienced my spa service yet. The facial was nice but again, $300 pricey. The hot tub was small and crowded.

Jade bar has an incredible Sunday happy hour special with live music and a breathtaking view. Highly recommend. Great place to bring visitors or a date to impress.

To begin with, everything from your initial greeting with the valet / bellhops, the pool staff, restaurant / bar staff, front desk staff, spa staff, concierge service this resort knows how to absolutely treat you with nothing but five star and diamond quality service. An absolutely amazing 4-night 5-day stay. Highly recommended!

The views of Paradise Valley from Elements, the restaurant, are amazing! The hummus was good. I liked the seasoning on the duck. Very tasty. The person who kept us hydrated deserves commendation for his service. Everything else was just okay.

Very nice, quiet, secluded resort, with amazing views. Rooms and Casas are very nicely appointed, and staff is great.

Beautiful place with beautiful views but bad service. Nicole hardly ever stopped by to take care of us. She was too busy talking to her co workers behind the bar.

No sticky buns initially offered. Was going good until the next seating was offered the complementary sticky buns without hesitation. I hate when that happens!

Wonderful spa experience. One of the best massages of my life...no joke. We spent the day lounging by the beautiful pool the pool staff was wonderful, food and beverage top notch. I would go back again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I treated our mothers for a beautiful lunch at this place they both enjoyed. It was wonderful service hands down the best even more than I could even imagine. The view was beautiful, the food was terrific, the service was terrific, from the managers to the server himself. I can't wait to go back and it was also great to get a Groupon discount for this one as well.
Bravo for job well done totally impressed. If I could have given them more than five stars I definitely would have.

It is a nice area with enjoyable views. The rooms are a little underwhelming. We are enjoying our stay.

Luxury, relaxed and amazing scenery. Throw in a top notch staff all you need to know, stay here you wont be disapponted.

From the moment you come to that restaurant team give you a nice feeling. Very congenial hosts, it is a good place to go out with friends or with your date. yummy cuisine, professional chef de cuisine, competitive pay and attentive service. Warmly recommended.

Beautiful setting. My husband I were both disappointed with our massages. You pay a premium because it's the Sanctuary. I would stay here but get a massage elsewhere.

This is one of the most beautiful resorts here in AZ. I enjoy that the pool is more of an adult friendly vibe.

A true sanctuary in the desert! Just a short stop in the bar but what a peaceful environment!

The resort is awesome, the rooms are great, and the food at their restaurant is also delicious; although the main reason to go to the restaurant is the view. Also the view in my room was great aside from at night time you could see a big red traffic light in the middle of the mountain, who puts that there? The city of Paradise Valley needs to remove that light it ruins the whole scenary. Oh and the reason this place does not get 5 stars is the price, the rooms here are crazy expensive like the cheapest room would be $400.00.

Beautiful location, good food, excellent event venue. We went to a wedding here, and it was well managed, delicious, and beautiful.

Enjoyed a wonderful day at the spa and pool. Massage was great and the service at the pool was phenomenal.

Service was wonderful. I was there for a massage and used pool. Their poolside service was great. They had people going around handing out eucalyptus soak cold towels and offered guest tonhave their sunglasses wiped down. One of the best service I've encountered at resort in the Phoenix area

I don't usually complain, but this facility was not a very good experience. The people at the front are not very friendly and helpful, the seating wad uncomfortable, the lighting and mirrors are terrible, the robe color is terrible, they did tell you that there is construction going on, but we have been before, and still did not feel comfortable. ...the service people were GREAT! We had to go someplace else to enjoy environment!

Disappointment #1 - We were charged for a Fiji water and a Stella beer from the room bar however we didn t drink either. Not sure how they could mess that up. Fortunately I happened to catch it on our invoice.

Disappointment #2 - We were awakened by a smoke alarm chirp at 2 am. It took 30 minutes to have someone come a replace the battery. They gave us $25 towards our bill. I would have preferred that they replace all batteries every nine months instead. It took two hours to fall back asleep But who am I to make that suggestion?
