Totally unprofessional. I have a 2 in 1 Acer One S1002-166V Laptop, bought on 21.06.2016, from EMAG. I sent it twice in the service "SAMA BIT" through the partner Emag, Depanero and I received it every time with the same problem. This laptop is charged in 8-10 hours, and the "specialists" of this service, they sent the laptop back, saying that it works in the normal parameters. Worst service. I had problems with the laptop twice .. once it was the defective motherboard as they say and it would have been replaced. One more hard, the next intervention at the same laptop all the defective hardware and it replaced (only in documents). After everything they did .. after the warranty expired, I wanted to upgrade myself to SSD, after unpacking the laptop I noticed that 3 of the screws did not catch at all because they were too tight and broke the place where they screwed , and all the points of support of the screen were cracked.

I have mixed feelings about Sama Bit. The exchange over email was excellent: quick and to the point every time. Now, getting into their building, this is an entirely different experience. The first time I was with a friend and her two children. The two employees inside were quite categoric: only one person inside, everybody else, including the children should go on the curb in the blazing mid-day Sun because Covid or something. During three trips the two clerks never wore anything Covid related and only put their gear AFTER I got in.
The clerks were in stark contrast with the email exchange: they were slow and each time they were unprepared, always needing to do something and consult each other. Each time it felt like in a comedy show with incompetent government employees trying to understand their job. They type slow, they ask the other about which field to fill up on the form on their screen. Always making you wait because they have some very important thing to attend to before taking your business, although there is nobody else there.
As for the masks, the guys coming all the time from the other rooms in this apartment improvized as an office, well, they never wore any masks either.
Anyway, my problem was solved quickly. But if there were another Acer service anywhere else in the country I'd go there.

The story is called LAPTOP PROST - SERVICE AND MORE PROST. in the first 6 months after the acquisition the motherboard was burned, it was taken into service (they changed the motherboard) and then to take it as broken, you go to the service once more ... so they changed the motherboard base twice plus video card .. after 11 months what to see begins to have temperatures of 100 degrees at the processor, go back in service and after a week to tell you that it is because of the upgrade from the branch on which I did it ... The first repair consisted of changing the motherboard and the lcd cable. Now the motherboard is changing again, because it also works with problems. Where to deduct points:
1. At the time of repair they did not check the functioning of all the subassemblies, so I found out later that it was not working properly.
2. I had to call to see what happened on the day the repair was agreed. It seems that the piece had become stuck in a warehouse. I had to wait another week until the song was sent again.
In total I changed 2 motherboards and 1 lcd cable. At an ultrabook. It bothers me that I gave a considerable amount of money for equipment with so many problems. And apologies don't solve this problem.

From what I read on the net anyway, this laptop is one with problems from the start, so you would expect them to know these aspects.
