First, I would like to say Dr. Ditto & Dr. Ashley are AMAZING!! The office is ran smoothly with their great staff and I am able to get in & out all during my lunch break being able to return to work feeling refreshed.

I have had back pain for years! I had thought it was something normal that happens with age. I was also scared of chiropractors because of a traumatizing experience when I was 6 and my aunts boyfriend (who was a chiropractor) thought it was a good idea to pop a young girls neck without any warning! After having my daughter, the back pain got worse and then the daily headaches or extreme migraines soon followed. After having a two day migraine that keep me out of work and having to have someone else care for my daughter, I knew I had to do something!!

I took a long shot and called Salus Chiropractic. After x-rays I learned just how out of line my spine and hips were! I have been going to see Dr. Ditto or Dr. Ashley for the last month, and I can say I have never felt better!! I tell anyone who will listen how great it has been to not hurt anytime I move and to wake up with more energy!! The best news, I have not had any migraines in the last 3 weeks and only have had a few headaches.
