It's such a very Bad experience with the front desk. Long wait and didn't honor my time. My Schedule were not maintained properly on their system, happen to return back twice. Every time the Front desk person were little rude with me and they keep on saying its my mistake and never agreed for their mistake not having my appointment updated with wrong time. i understand their mistake due to busy or some other reason. But i shouldn't be handled like a stupid man, on top of that my times is completely wasted twice almost 4 hrs back and forth. Decided to dispute.
