It's like being with family! I have been pleased with the treatments given (no knee in the back at least that I have observed!!!). I have experienced sensitivity not only for the primary problem for which I have sought treatment but also other aches and pains as they occur. They also have excellent coffee in which you can imbibe while waiting for treatment.
