Great place for some Pho and some Baos. Quiet intimate place to go eat with your friends or your significant other. Highly recommend it

You must try this amazing place.I am very picky what I'm eating but here I fall in love with their food plus costumer service high level. Definitely we will be back.

Saigon Sisters really gives Vietnamese food a twist and shows you how Asian food can actually become fine dining! I've been here 3 times for dinner, and not once have the dishes let me down. All the flavors are always spot on!

Pros:
- They are a part of TableSAVVY, which allows you to reserve day-of tables for 30% off your dining bill!!!
- Great service - the waiters always know their stuff and cater to your tastes.

Cons: I really can't think of any...

Had a wonderful time with excellent food. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the food was the real draw. Our group shared a decent part of the dinner menu and everything was delicious. The branzino was the standout and is a must try. Thanks for the wonderful evening.

I ve been to a LOT of Pho restaurants and this is definitely #1. Broth is amazing and l highly recommend Bao steam buns specially the pork belly!!!!!

Our daughter recommended the Saigon Sisters, and my wife and I are glad to have stepped in there on a Friday evening, late summer. Mary and Dan have set up this nook on Lake Street (one of their three establishments), that was filled with warmth and Asian hospitality, and delicious food with distinctive Asian flavors. Tasty, flavorful, and light what more could you ask for? Aaaaah - a selection of adult beverages, you ask? Yes, a menu full of those as well in addition to authentic Asian drinks and cocktails.

The Spring Rolls were heavenly, with or without the sauce so much so, that we ordered a second helping (yeah, that good, really!!!). We tried two Baos with turmeric-infused curry chicken (halal, of course), and barbecued Jackfruit. I grew up eating jackfruit as a fruit couldn t ever imagine a barbecued jackfruit could taste this goooood!!!

Dan explained to us that he had some specials that evening, and inquired if we were in an adventurous mood. Our daughter and I were, my wife stayed the normal course. She tried the Pad See Ew with Tofu and extra spices. She was delighted with the taste. We ordered the seared Branzino (fish), flavored with Turmeric and Dill. The light sauce that came on the dish mixed well with white rice. I tried the Bo Luc Lac the Japanese-style seared Sirloins with Arugula and white rice. Delicious!!!

We polished off our meal with a serving of bread pudding a special family recipe, accompanied by Vietnamese-style, cinnamon whipped cream. Light, flavorful and compact in sweetness!! Couldn t have asked for a better finish to our dinner.

Definitely a place to return to - looking forward to visiting Mary and Dan's restaurant on Lake Street, during our next visit to Chicago.

I ordered for delivery the veggie pho and was so disappointed. "Veggies" was actually just a few slices of carrots! the broth was eh and they didn't even pack basil. The only reason they got a 2 was because the beef bowl was decent.

Their beef pho was just like my friends aunts pho. It was fantastic and flavorful!

Unfortunately, the service is terrible. We live around the corner and still won't go back. The food is pricey for what it is. There are better options.

Delicious! Some of the best Pad Thai I've had and it was takeout! I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu, word from the staff is the Pad See Ew is the best. Yum!

This was the best Pho a I ve had in Chicago! My friend and I came across this place looking for Pho near west loop. Excellent service! We made a reservation, just like two hours in advance for COVID sake. The owner was very friendly and spoke to our table several times! All of the food was so flavorful and fresh. We ordered the Siracha Wings (to die for) they came out piping hot. The shrimp fried rice and beef pho, and chicken pho. Don t miss this one.

Purchased a 2-3 ppl Demera meal to pick-up at here. The restaurant was so helpful and has such delicious food outside of their partnership with Demera. With the restrictions on eating out this is a wonderful eatery for the downtown community.

Love this place! The proof belly bao and chicken curry bowl are amazing!

The roast beef pho was excellent. Super flavorful broth, still light and a bit spicy. The steamed buns are airy and soft, and the bahn mi bread was just the right texture, with a crunchy crust.

One dish out of 6 was palatable. Good service, but I can't recommend any of the food I tried. My first time ever giving one star but I think it's deserved.

Amazing service, beautiful atmoshpere. The spring rolls are to die for. This place is right off the train stop and near parking. Don't walk, ruuuuun to this place.

It s been maybe 3 years since we last ate here, and just like the last time, it was such an amazing experience. The food was excellent, as expected, and the service was top tier. Dan made us feel extremely welcome and at home, even going as far as to remember us dining here back who knows how long. We truly enjoyed our time at Saigon Sisters and can t wait to return again for another fantastic meal!

We came for the best dinner! The food and service was fantastic. Ordered delicious dumplings, pad thai, and spring rolls and the Vietnamese coffee was glorious. We're already planning to come back!

Disrespectful service, owner was yelling at employees; no one was wearing a mask. Made a mistake with our order which was 20 minutes delayed for pickup, and was slow to fix situation. Sad service.

Could be better If I had enough basil for my pho. Just give some or none. I had a piece of tiny, like fingernail size basil for my bowl. If I didn t have at all I must assume that basil won t come with soup. Some or none please.

Wow - the food was excellent! There were seven of us dining and the wonderful owner made sure to accommodate us even though the restaurant was full. He was so darn friendly which is one reason we would definitely go back. The other reason was the food. Everyone loved their meal and the service was great. We look forward to our next trip to Chicago and will for sure go back to Saigon Sisters.

My wife and I had our anniversary dinner. The owner was very friendly and accomodating. We especially enjoyed our dessert.

I was a bit hesitant to come at first but overall Saigon Sisters exceeded my expectations. I'd say the food is a 3.5, the service is a 5, and overall the experience was 4 stars. We came on a weeknight and had no wait at all.

We got the shrimp and pork spring rolls, beef pho, and pork belly rice bowl. The spring roll wrapper didn't taste that fresh and was dried up in places, but the fillings and peanut sauce were good. Pho wasn't as good as ones up in Argyle, but the rice noodles were chewy, the broth tasted fresh and clean, and the meat was very tender! The pork belly in the rice bowl was really good, but the bowl was lacking veggies. I felt like the portions would be perfect for lunch, but a felt just a bit lacking for dinner.

Service was very attentive and pleasant, and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

I probably won't come back for dinner, but I'd happily step in for lunch on any day.

Favorite Vietnamese in Chicago. Quick lunch menu with bahn mis and bowls. More elaborate dinner menu. Cozy space and delicious food

This is no doubt one of the finest place to eat in the area. Whenever I visit this place I am absolutely happy. They keep their very high level service and the highest level of food they give. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

I had the stir fry noodles with wagyu beef with an added caramelized egg. The amount of meat and noodles and the overall flavors were great. I just wished there could have been more of the other ingredients. I also would have liked for the egg to be cooked a little softer on the inside.

We found this excellent hidden gem last summer and was very sad when it was not serving dine in customers during Q4 of last year due to Covid (takeouts were great though!!) But very happy to be back here again in March!!!! Extremely loved the food. Quality has not changed. see below for pics!
