They were able to come over within an hour of when I called them to help out with a plumbing disaster.

Kitchen sink waste line was backed up. Called Mark's Ready Router. Sent a gentleman over in a quick fashion. He was very polite. Came in and did an efficient and clean job. Was fairly priced. Would definitely call again.

Mark and his crew are knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Much more than a rooter service, they took on a tough plumbing problem for me and gave great advice and multiple solutions to choose from. Mark was very thoughtful with our historic building and definitely earned my trust.

We used this place for my work and it was an after hours call. Mark was on time, friendly and very informative.

I scheduled an early Friday morning (7:00am) appointment to fix a leak in my kitchen plumbing. The leak was so bad we couldn't use the kitchen sink which can make everyday living somewhat difficult.

I took off of work for the morning to allow adequate time for the necessary plumbing that needed to be done. No one showed up.

I called the company several times, after which I was told they forgot to schedule the appointment. They offered to come in the next day (Saturday). When I inquired what the rate would be, they said they wouldn't charge me the weekend rates (they would still charge me the original rate). I had to take off of work the following morning again to allow them to come in and do the necessary work.

The plumber, Tim, did a good job; however, having to take off of work for two mornings with no reduction in the bill was annoying. I feel they were disrespectful of my time and my having to take off of work for two mornings (loss of income for me). When I bought this to their attention they basically brushed it off and said this is how it is. If it weren't for the weekend I would have called and scheduled another company.

Company was very quick to respond. Price was very reasonable. The plumber, Mark, who came was very professional, knowledgeable, and very personable.

Would most definitely recommend them.

I just called Mark's Reddi Rooter Yesterday.
As a Construction Manager, I was impressed with the quick and knowledgeable correspondence. The Team in the Field was clean working and respectful to the Hospital environment.
I thought, I had a major problem in a 54' pipe run, that was going to cost my clients thousands to fix. They brought every possible method available, to solve my problem with two guys and service trucks. They sent the camera in and found out, that it was the electrician, trying from both ends, who was just not able to push the fishing wire though that many elbows in the conduit. They attached the fishing wire to the camera and thereby solved my problem on the way out. My bill was under 200$ and I got the Bill the same day, Today.
I will call them for any size project I have in the future.

Disconnected the line everytime I tried to get their help on a weekend. Not good for emergencies; will not respond.

Prompt, professional, and effective. Will use them again if needed in the future.

The guy they sent was nice but he was unable to solve my problem (walnuts in a pipe). So they charged me $155 for one hour of having a guy unsuccessfully use a shop vac to vacuum out a nut.

We called Mark's when we were having drain/grease trap issues at our commercial kitchen. The technician who came out (also named Mark) was right on time and extremely professional. Honestly they are lucky to have someone who takes their job as seriously as he does. He fixed our problem, gave us tips on how to avoid future issues, and did a thorough cleanup job before leaving. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are always the first place we call for plumbing issues

Marks service is not only great for your residential but for business too. Mark was they fast and with a solution to resolve the leak. High recommend!

I had a sewer back up in the basement. They got here in less than 2 hours of my call, they were professional, and the bill was totally reasonable. They did a fantastic job

I dropped my toothpaste in the toilet and it ended way up in there after I tried to get it out myself. This guy comes in and pulls it out in less than 10 minutes. Super polite, and he cleaned up after himself as well.

Great guys, great work! I was so happy to be able to call Mark's RR and get an appointment for the same day. Sean showed up and was so kind and friendly and put me at ease that he'd be able to solve our plumbing problem. He was so careful and respectful in our home and with our items and left things much cleaner than when he arrived. We needed our basement drain to be inspected. Shaun, called before he arrived. He was professional, courteous and kind. He answered all questions asked by my four year old son. Plus, he likes dogs. He made sure everything was in working order. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

I called Mark's because my neighborhood plumber recommended them for investigating a sewer vent blockage. Shaun and his partner were fast and honest. They told me about something that might be an issue down the line but didn't try to sell me on fixing it right now. He was also extremely polite and respectful when coming inside the house during COVID-19, wearing a mask and using the booties I offered him. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Disappointing. Had two different people from Mark's plumbing look at my toilet. $230 dollars later I ended up fixing it myself.
